Hotel is brand new and you can tell as everything is incredibly clean and spotless. Towels were changed daily, bathroom and shower were great and staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Great location with everything just minutes walk from the hotel!

Decided to splurge a little this time. Upon arrival, the check-in process was super smooth, he was already expecting our arrival. We were shown to our cool and prepared room. Very sweet of the hotel staff to make a welcome message from leaves and flowers and folded elephant towels ❤️ What I love most about this hotel is it's spacious bathroom and the shower came from the top, like water coming from the sky 🩵 Breakfast was decent, a good range of choices, though the ingredients used are not top and more on the saltier side. The juices are too sweet, the orange juice is something quite odd too. Nonetheless, it is complimentary, so it's a good start to the day. Didn't use much facilities there except for refilling water, which is really nice too! Check-out process is just as smooth too! If you have a little extra budget, treat yourselves a nice room, close to the city centre and approx 10 min walk to the promenade. Local markets are close by if there's where you'd like to go too!

Amazing stay! This hostel is nestled in a quiet area but close enough to the action. The restaurant area is well-maintained and the food was delicious. The pool was clean, and the lounge chairs were great. Lots to do in the hostel for recreational activities. The room service was nice, and they also had laundry on site, which made it so convenient. They also have motorbikes for hire. Fun time riding to Kep and back! Would definitely recommend this hostel, especially the privates! Loved having a balcony and view!

Ich liebe die Atmosphäre dort wirklich, sehr kalt und entspannt. Haben Sie eine erstaunliche Aussicht auf den Fluss sehr frisch. Am Abend gibt es eine Bar und der Sitzbereich ist einfach erstaunlich. Das Zimmer sehr gut stinkt schön. Mein Reise war erstaunlich!!

Ich habe zwei Nächte im Square Hotel verbracht und hatte eine tolle Zeit. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr sauber, alle Möbel sind vorhanden. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, ich liebe die Bar und das Restaurant dort, die Leute sind sehr freundlich, besonders Lika, er war jedes Mal sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn ich dort etwas essen oder trinken ging. Ich liebe es, hier zu bleiben, und ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen🥤

This resort has to be one of the better ones I’ve stayed in. I would definitely recommend. Breakfast, the pool facilities and room were all amazing.

Das Hotel liegt gegenüber dem Zentrum, auf der anderen Flussseite, in ruhiger Lage – ein riesiger Pluspunkt, um dem Lärm und dem Touristenrummel zu entfliehen! Das Hotelgelände ist klein, aber gepflegt: Grünflächen, ein Pool, Liegestühle, Stühle und Tische! Allerdings gibt es nicht genügend Liegestühle (nur sechs Stück), sodass wir uns buchstäblich einen Platz in der Sonne suchen mussten! Vielleicht denkt die Hotelleitung ja noch darüber nach, denn im zweiten und dritten Stock befinden sich ungenutzte Terrassen, auf denen man problemlos eine Entspannungsecke mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen einrichten könnte! Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist, dass man im Hotel nicht einmal frühstücken kann; man muss in die Stadt fahren, da es in der Nähe keine Geschäfte gibt. Zum Glück fährt in eine Richtung ein kostenloses Tuk-Tuk. Und vielleicht am wichtigsten: die Sauberkeit 🤦🏻‍♀️, oder besser gesagt, deren Fehlen, genauer gesagt, ihre bedingte Präsenz: Handtücher werden gewechselt, Bettwäsche nur einmal pro Woche! Die Böden waren nicht gewischt, der Staub überhaupt nicht entfernt!!! Wir mussten die Mitarbeiter oft daran erinnern, das Zimmer zu reinigen und nach Wasser, Tee, Kaffee und Hygieneartikeln fragen! Aber 👍 jeder unserer Wünsche wurde von den Administratoren sofort erfüllt – dafür gebührt ihnen Respekt ✊ und ein herzliches Dankeschön 🙏

Perfekt ! . Der Pool ist schön und die Zimmer schauen auf den Pool, wo großartig. Das Frühstücksraum war wunderbar und das Personal super freundlich. Ich komme zurück :)

Ein gemütliches kleines Hotel, etwas abgeschieden. Ich würde empfehlen, sich ein Motorrad zu besorgen, wenn man hier übernachtet. Die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden, da während meines Aufenthalts alles sehr staubig war und die Lampen im Zimmer kaputt waren. Vom Frühstück sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten, da es nicht einmal Getränke gibt und die Auswahl (Reis, Nudeln, Omelett) sehr begrenzt ist.

Peaceful Retreat with Excellent Service Overall, Bali Villa Kampot is a great place to truly unwind and do nothing for the whole day. The environment is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and escaping from the city. The only setback is the location. Google Maps and Grab do not link directly to the villa, and there are two listings named “Bali Villa Kampot” on the Grab app. If you select the wrong one, you may end up dropped off in a very remote area. It took me some time to figure this out. That said, the staff service is excellent—so warm and helpful that it quickly makes you forget about the transportation inconvenience. Their hospitality really stands out and enhances the overall experience.
