Really nice little place to stay. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. It’s a newer hotel, and initially the only downside was that there wasn’t any food service available. However, that changed on our last day, they now have a menu with a selection of food and drinks available from the kitchen/bar, which is a great addition. The only other thing to note is that the hotel is located close to a mosque, so it can be a bit loud during the early morning call to prayer. That said, if you’re travelling in Lombok (or any Muslim country), it’s something you should expect and respect, it’s all part of the local culture and what makes the experience unique. Overall, a great stay and definitely worth considering.

Vorteile: freundliches Personal, ruhiges Resort. Nachteile: alt und heruntergekommen. Der Kinderclub war ein Witz. Duplo-Teile waren schmutzig und staubig. Im Grunde wurde es am Pool aufgestellt, da sie ihren alten Bereich umgestalten, so dass die einzigen Spielzeuge, die sie hatten, schmutzig und kaputt waren. Nichts war wirklich organisiert. Mein Sohn freute sich auf Wasserpistolenspiele und die Wasserpistolen waren alle kaputt. Bei der Schnitzeljagd ging es darum, in der kleinen Umgebung des Pools beige Ostereier zu verteilen. Sehr enttäuscht. Das Essen war überteuert und schlecht. Getränke auch überteuert. Das erfuhren wir, als wir ein Auto zu einem schönen Resort und Strand 20 Minuten entfernt mieteten und feststellten, dass das Essen köstlich war, der Preis nur 1/3 davon betrug und der Sand und der Strand dort viel besser waren. Es ist ein altes, heruntergekommenes Hotel. Wir sagen, es ist ruhig, aber in Wirklichkeit waren nicht viele Leute da. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Our stay was perfect. I stayed at a total of 5 different hotels or villa in this Bali/Lombok trip and i must say Lina’s Villa is my top favourite! The service crews are super polite and helpful. The vila itself is simply gorgeous! Just look at the photos, they look exactly like the photos the villa posted. The place is also a short 5-10mins walk to the main Kuta street. Villa offers free scooter ride to anywhere in Kuta area. Only small improvement is perhaps you may have to book or arrange early if you would like to try out their spa/massage service as the availability of their masseurs is quite limited.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Truntum Mandalika sehr genossen. Das Personal ist überaus nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit – einfach großartig! Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, die Aussicht fantastisch und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. In unseren letzten Stunden fiel zwar kurz der Strom aus, wahrscheinlich weil wir Fernseher, Wasserkocher und Föhn gleichzeitig benutzten, was etwas verwirrend war, aber insgesamt ist es absolut empfehlenswert! Ich würde dieses Resort jederzeit gerne wieder buchen :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful stay – perfect little hideaway in Kuta! We absolutely loved our stay at Lavella Villas. The whole team – from the friendly manager to every member of staff – were so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The small, cosy room was exactly what we needed, clean and comfortable with everything you’d want for a relaxing stay. The pool area is lovely and peaceful — perfect for unwinding after exploring. And the location is great too — just a short walk to the town centre, but far enough to enjoy the calm atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing base in Kuta Lombok with genuinely kind people running it.

It’s situated not too far from the main busy area of kuta, but it’s still bit far from the beach. So overall not too bad for location. Pros: - Good facility of coworking space and a spa, which is much appreciated. - room layout is good with balcony. Would suggest to opt for the one level up so there is some privacy compare those has direct ground level access. - overall service is great, very strong SOP driven and ensure you are taken care the same by everyone. - room is clean and housekeeping is quite good. Thought some spots could be improved. Cons - the room sound proof is issue. Due to gaps and room material, can obviously hear all the rooster sounds, azan and even people talking. Might not be good for light sleeper. - it is surrounded by lots construction, though the noise doesn’t affect but it’s not too pleasant as at now. - restaurant food option is quite limited. Hard to stay excited if stay for longer. - wifi is an issue, hardly can connect at my room. But totally no problem at the coworking space

This place is amazing , everything and more that you could want from a stay in Lombok . The location is second to none , a private location, on the cliff side with amazing views and the beach to yourself . There is a fabulous infinity pool and plenty of sunbeds and pool towels provided . The onsite restaurant is great offering flavoursome food at fair places . What really stood out also was the guest experience and superb service . The reception staff are the most informative and helpful I’ve ever experienced. Full of useful information and at hand to help with anything they can to make your stay more enjoyable . Thank you Thia, Mala and Santi . See you all soon I hope .

Zimmer: Das Resort ist seit einigen Wochen offen und einige hangende Dinge fehlen im Zimmer (leere Wand). Tonnen von Moskito, auch wenn wir sie verhindern suchten... (sie kamen aus dem Badezimmer?). So kein Moskitonetz für das Bett (was vielleicht in Zukunft etwas zu suchen ist). Keine Seife, keine Zahnbürste (es sei nur erwähnt, war kein Problem für uns). Menschen: Das Personal war wirklich nett und es gab einen Surf-Vibes. Wenn Sie also Leute suchen, dann ist es sicher der Ort für Sie! Lage: ein wenig von der zentralen Straße entfernt, was Ihnen ein wenig Ruhe gibt.  Das Frühstück wurde einbezogen, und Sie haben die Wahl, fast alles zu wählen!

Schönes Hotel mit eigenem Spa. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe nur deshalb keine 5 Sterne vergeben, weil es im Zimmer über uns ein Leck gab, das nicht repariert wurde. Zum Glück hatten wir beide Ohrstöpsel dabei. Außerdem war das uns zur Verfügung gestellte Fahrrad ständig kaputt, sodass wir es zurückgeben und uns woanders eins mieten konnten. Das Hotel erstattete uns den Betrag umgehend, entschuldigte sich und bot an, uns ein neues Fahrrad zu bringen, aber wir gingen einfach wieder zu unserem vorherigen Verleih. Der Pool ist schön und das Frühstück lecker.

Schönes Zimmer mit ausgezeichneter Aussicht, geeignet für junge Menschen und der Preis sind erschwinglich.Die Straße zum Hotel ist ziemlich schlecht, aber immer noch zugänglich. Guter Wasserdruck mit netflix tv.serene Umgebung. Lokalisierung weise etwas weit von allem, es sei denn, Sie haben Transport sollte nicht ein Problem sein
