Really nice little place to stay. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. It’s a newer hotel, and initially the only downside was that there wasn’t any food service available. However, that changed on our last day, they now have a menu with a selection of food and drinks available from the kitchen/bar, which is a great addition. The only other thing to note is that the hotel is located close to a mosque, so it can be a bit loud during the early morning call to prayer. That said, if you’re travelling in Lombok (or any Muslim country), it’s something you should expect and respect, it’s all part of the local culture and what makes the experience unique. Overall, a great stay and definitely worth considering.

Ins Zimmer kamen und überprüften, ob der Kühlschrank funktioniert OK, es funktionierte nicht, Ich informierte die Rezeption sofort und sie schickten ihren Fixmann ins Zimmer, der sich im Kühlschrank gefühlt hat und sagte mir, es sollte in 10 Minuten kalt werden, Er sagte ihm, es sei unbetrieben und eine Ersatz-, aus ging er. 15 Minuten später kontaktierte ich die Rezeption und ein freundlicher Mann informierte mich, dass der vorhandene Kühlschrank ok war, weil es ein Kühlschrank war, nicht ein Gefrierschrank! Sie wussten nicht, dass ich ein Kühltechniker war, so dass ich nach unten Rezeption ging und informierte sie über meinen früheren Arbeitsstatus und eine Bedrohung, den Manager zu kontaktieren, sie plötzlich merkten, sie konnten mich nicht ********, 5 Minuten später hatte ich ein Arbeitskühlschrank! Nicht glücklich mit der Lazität der Empfangspersonen

This villa made it to the highlight of our trip. Firstly, the service of the Lina Team is amazing. From the moment we checked in, even to the time we checked out, we were well taken care of by the staff. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. The villa was well-maintained and fully furnished. Really great touch by the team to provide turn down service every night during our stay. The villa is located near the main street Kuta but away from the hustle of it all. Fret not, as the villa provided free scooter shuttle within the Kuta area which made the stay even more accessible. Rentals for motorbike and airport shuttle was also settled by the team. Breakfast was really great and the team even offered to pack our breakfast when we told them we were travelling out early during one of our mornings. Definitely will be returning here when I’m back in Lombok.

Dejama è un paradiso immerso nella natura, la location è spettacolare e il personale fantastico. Abbiamo apprezzato tutto, soprattutto la coocking class.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Truntum Mandalika sehr genossen. Das Personal ist überaus nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit – einfach großartig! Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, die Aussicht fantastisch und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. In unseren letzten Stunden fiel zwar kurz der Strom aus, wahrscheinlich weil wir Fernseher, Wasserkocher und Föhn gleichzeitig benutzten, was etwas verwirrend war, aber insgesamt ist es absolut empfehlenswert! Ich würde dieses Resort jederzeit gerne wieder buchen :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful stay – perfect little hideaway in Kuta! We absolutely loved our stay at Lavella Villas. The whole team – from the friendly manager to every member of staff – were so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The small, cosy room was exactly what we needed, clean and comfortable with everything you’d want for a relaxing stay. The pool area is lovely and peaceful — perfect for unwinding after exploring. And the location is great too — just a short walk to the town centre, but far enough to enjoy the calm atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing base in Kuta Lombok with genuinely kind people running it.

It’s situated not too far from the main busy area of kuta, but it’s still bit far from the beach. So overall not too bad for location. Pros: - Good facility of coworking space and a spa, which is much appreciated. - room layout is good with balcony. Would suggest to opt for the one level up so there is some privacy compare those has direct ground level access. - overall service is great, very strong SOP driven and ensure you are taken care the same by everyone. - room is clean and housekeeping is quite good. Thought some spots could be improved. Cons - the room sound proof is issue. Due to gaps and room material, can obviously hear all the rooster sounds, azan and even people talking. Might not be good for light sleeper. - it is surrounded by lots construction, though the noise doesn’t affect but it’s not too pleasant as at now. - restaurant food option is quite limited. Hard to stay excited if stay for longer. - wifi is an issue, hardly can connect at my room. But totally no problem at the coworking space

Zimmer: Das Resort ist seit einigen Wochen offen und einige hangende Dinge fehlen im Zimmer (leere Wand). Tonnen von Moskito, auch wenn wir sie verhindern suchten... (sie kamen aus dem Badezimmer?). So kein Moskitonetz für das Bett (was vielleicht in Zukunft etwas zu suchen ist). Keine Seife, keine Zahnbürste (es sei nur erwähnt, war kein Problem für uns). Menschen: Das Personal war wirklich nett und es gab einen Surf-Vibes. Wenn Sie also Leute suchen, dann ist es sicher der Ort für Sie! Lage: ein wenig von der zentralen Straße entfernt, was Ihnen ein wenig Ruhe gibt.  Das Frühstück wurde einbezogen, und Sie haben die Wahl, fast alles zu wählen!

Das ist das netteste und freundlichste Hotel, in dem ich je war. Jeder Mitarbeiter ist sofort zur Stelle, um zu helfen und zu unterstützen. Ich hatte einen Unfall, und die unglaublich freundlichen Angestellten dieses Hotels, ausnahmslos alle, haben mir beim Reparieren meines Motorrads geholfen und mich unterstützt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Täglich wurde gereinigt. Manchmal gab es ein Frühstücksbuffet, manchmal à la carte. Alles war sehr lecker. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Aber am meisten hat mich die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit aller beeindruckt.

Schönes Zimmer mit ausgezeichneter Aussicht, geeignet für junge Menschen und der Preis sind erschwinglich.Die Straße zum Hotel ist ziemlich schlecht, aber immer noch zugänglich. Guter Wasserdruck mit netflix tv.serene Umgebung. Lokalisierung weise etwas weit von allem, es sei denn, Sie haben Transport sollte nicht ein Problem sein
