Hotels mit Balkonen in Batu Ampar

Mein Partner hat für meinen Geburtstag ein Standardzimmer reserviert. Das Zimmer war im 12. Stock mit Hafenblick (Zimmer 1231). Das Hotelgebäude ist 13 Stockwerke mit der Lounge im oberen Stock. Das Zimmer kam mit Königsgrößenbett mit Bayfenstersitze, das Badezimmer hatte ein Bad und ein separates Duschezimmer. Pluspunkt für Damen, leistungsstarke Haartrockner! Die freundliche Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Der Pool + Schwimmbad + Kinderpool ist im 5. Stock mit Meerblick. Der Fitnessraum (24 Stunden) und der Spa (angeboten von der Spa-Personal, die sie öffnen 10am bis 10pm täglich) ist auch im 5. Stock, leicht vom Aufzugslobby zugänglich. Der Fitnessraum ist gut ausgestattet mit 3 Laufbahnen, 2 Elliptischer, 3 stationäre Fahrräder, 2 kostenlose Gewichtsbänke und einige Maschinen. Der Pool ist sauber (Mein Aufenthalt war am Wochentag) 25m lang in seiner längsten Länge. Anständig für Kinder. Große Aussichten auf das Meer. Der Whirlpool an der Seite ist ein Pluspunkt. Ebene 2 des Hotels verbindet sich mit dem angrenzenden Bayfront Mall. Die Restaurants am Promenade sind von Ebene 1 des Hotellobby zugänglich. Es gibt viele Lebensmitteloptionen, meist Meeresfrüchte Restaurants. Auch ein Hotpot-Restaurant. Nur enttäuschend war der Spa (Quan Spa). Für den Quan-Tag-Ritual für zwei (2.5 Stunden) ging es um Steinmassage, Ohrkünstler, Kaffeekörperschrub und Maske (plus V-Spa Retus für Damen) für Rp 2,000,000 vor Steuern (mit Steuern war Rp 4,000,000 = SGD 400). Die Qualität der Masseuren war schlecht (Massagetechniken, Zeit der Hot Stones), unaufmerksamer Service, unklare Anweisungen (möglich aufgrund der Sprache; Masseuren sprechen einfach Englisch). Es wurde nicht über den Beginn der Maske erzählt, nur um zu bemerken, dass wir für den Maskeprozess 15 Minuten ausruhen mussten. Auch unzureichende Informationen für V-Spa Retus, die am Ende der Spa-Session gemacht wurde. Sehr enttäuschend angesichts des Preispunktes.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Sie gaben uns ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, obwohl wir nur ein normales Zimmer gebucht hatten. Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt und einige der Einrichtungen sind ziemlich abgenutzt. Aber insgesamt ist es für diesen Preis immer noch gut. Die Lage ist auch gut. Wenn man direkt rausgeht, findet man zahlreiche Restaurants.

Die Lage des Hotels ist bequem und leicht zugänglich (zu Fuß) vom Hafen Bay Ferry Terminal. Es gibt ein chinesisches Restaurant direkt gegenüber dem Hotel und ein Komfortgeschäft ist auch in der Nähe verfügbar. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und wir haben auch ein willkommenes Getränk erhalten. Hotelausstattung und Einrichtungen sind modern. Das Zimmer war angemessen und in gewissem Maße sauber, da es einige kleine Farben auf dem Bettwäsche/Bettdeckel gab. Der Wasserdruck für die Dusche war gut. Allerdings wurde der Toilettenboden aufgrund der kurzen Deckung durch den Glasduscheskörm immer noch leicht nass. Laut Musik und Menschen singen konnte man nachts hören, da es einen Club/Pub in der Nähe gab. Das wäre gut, wenn Sie nicht so früh schlafen. Im Allgemeinen ist das Hotel sicherlich wert für Geld und die Lage ist großartig!!

I was impressed with the majestic lobby that has enermous interior decoration 😁. ( I was not prepared that the lobby will be that majestic) The check-in process was quick and smooth and had spa treatment while wating the room to be ready. I booked the leading category one but i must say the room is exceed my expectation, it was very very spacious (really spaciouss) the bathroom also veryy verryy verryyy spacious and superr cleannn,its a good choice to have short staycation, the hotel is quite near to nagoya shopping area. But too bad i didn't take proper picture because i was enjoying my ”me time” at that moment. I would like to return for another short vacation again!

Sehr gut! Sauber und schön. Ruhig und ruhig. Bucht 3 Zimmer. Die einzigen Probleme gefunden sind Bett sind wenig zu laut während der Drehung und eine der Toiletten Dusche Kopf braucht Ersatz (gebrochen) aufgrund früherer Quests schäden es wahrscheinlich. Frühstück ist ok. Service ist gut. Einlagen sind auch dann erforderlich, wenn sie vollständig bezahlt sind.

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)
