Wonderful place to stay while visiting Philadelphia. Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Wonderful continental breakfast, also close to several restaurants. Our host Mark was so friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend Manayunk Chambers Guest House.

Manayunk Chambers Guest House was a fantastic experience. It was a small urban bed and breakfast. Manayunk is a cool part of Philadelphia, it feels like a small town of its own, with lots of restaurants and some shops. It was a great experience. Management really wants to make sure you enjoy your stay and are a wealth of knowledge of the area. The room was very nice and nicely appointed. We would definitely go back.

The Guest House is lovely and lovingly maintained by the perfect host, Mark. Breakfast included a remarkable variety of fresh-baked breads, bagels, and scones as well as delicious fruit or light fare. Coffee made to order and generous offering of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks...all as part of the hospitality. As classy as the hosts themselves. Rooms are well appointed; not huge but comfortable and having private bath is real plus. While you have any privacy you want, you can still feel as if you are a guest in friends' home. Very convenient to the pleasures of Manayunk. We will likely stay here again on future visit to Philadelphia.

This is a gem of a place to stay! Mark, the owner/host of this charming B&B has gone over and above to make sure that his guests feel at home and every detail is perfect! The parlour is beautifully decorated in a Victorian style with a lovely player piano, a comfortable covered porch is accessed from the parlour to use on warmer days. I was able to enjoy the porch in the evenings when the weather permitted. Mark has provided drinks and snacks for his guests to enjoy 24/7 and his guest rooms are beautifully appointed to meet your every need. Breakfast was a delicious, wonderful, artistic presentation of baked goods, fruit and other items. I totally appreciated the bonus of having a cappuccino each morning! The location of Manayunk Chambers is walkable (hills are part of the topography) to a quaint main street in Manayunk with cute shops and numerous restaurants. The parking is on the street, but Mark makes every effort to ensure that you can comfortably park your vehicle. Bottom line: this is the perfect place to stay in the Philly area with a truly wonderful and accommodating host. I highly recommend this B&B, it will not disappoint!

Very very nicely decorated with warm atmosphere in common areas. Really really nice host and fellow guests. Excellent baked goods for breakfast. Great room, furnishings, and private bathroom. Location is prime for walking around Manayunk’s popular spots.

Mark is a wonderful host, we really enjoyed our stay at Manayunk Chambers Guest House! Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend, especially if you’d like to explore Main Street in Manayunk which is full of restaurants, breweries and unique shops.

We visit our daughter in manayunk quite frequently and we have stayed here before. It’s by far the best place we ever found in manayunk. One of the best places ever. Mark it awesome, the location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious. There is nothing negative to say about this wonderful place.

Amazing weekend. Comfortable room, very clean, soft and luxurious bedding. Very convenient location, walking distance to Main st., and the walkway along the canal. The Guest House is furnished beautifully, has a very warm and cozy feeling. The breakfast served by Mark is exceptional. Fresh baked goods, fresh fruits, among other goodies arranged in a beautiful presentation.

Manayank Chambers is an excellent place to stay close to all the restaurants and shops in Manayank. The owners provide every convenience needed and the rooms have been renovated to showcase old Philly charm. The included breakfast was better than any restaurant and we looked forward to the selection of fresh baked goods each morning.
