"The hotel is old and is undergoing renovation in some areas but it doesnt affect our stay. What i like in this hotel is the location and accessability to public transport. Its my 2nd time booking in this hotel and will definitely book again."

"We always stay there when we go to Bacolod City. It's right on the highway and if we need to board the ship the pier is just down the street. Breakfast is okay. Guards are always kind and remember us. Super cheap and decent place. Also lots of parking. Good AC."

MmcspikyThis is my family's second time staying at Seda Hotel, and once again, they did not disappoint. The staff is incredibly kind and courteous, always quick to acknowledge and accommodate any requests. The breakfast was excellent—especially the coffee, which was a standout! The overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Seda for anyone visiting Bacolod. It’s truly the place to be! 😃

TTracing the TraceysThe hotel was so accommodating and helpful. We booked the large room because in the app it says there’s 2 king beds in it. As a group of 3 we were beyond excited thinking we would have so much space. We were disappointed to find out it’s only one king bed and there’s no way we can have additional bed due to the restrictive space of the room. Thankfully the medium room has 2 full size beds and the attending staff suggested it to us. Although it’s a downgrade, the room didn’t feel like it at all. It was still roomy and spacious and didn’t make us feel claustrophobic compared to the large nest. It doesn’t make sense, but the medium is bigger than the large 😆😅. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. They really compensated us and didn’t charge for the extra meal since only 2 meals were supposedly included in the booking.

RRichard CA very nice hotel. Excellent penthouse breakfast with a great gym next door. Small rooms are OK, will get the larger one next time. Street parking is outside the hotel's corner lot with a guard for night-time. Stonehill is centrally located next to the Locson corridor with numerous restaurants, shops, 2 hospitals, professional offices, etc.

Denken Sie sich an ein luxuriöses Bett am Ende eines spannenden Tages, gefolgt von den Mundwasser-Glücklichkeiten eines delikatigen Buffets, um einen unvergesslichen Morgen zu starten. Und mit nahestehenden Hotspots wie Starbucks, Calea und Bongbong’s nur einen Stein wegwerfen, endet die Aufregung nie!

Not for people with disabilities, AC wasn’t working properly, basic hotel commensurate to price, only good thing is Alex in front desk and julius was king and accommodating, and location is near restaurants and pasalubong centers, will not likely stay at this hotel again when in Bacolod

JJ Christopher PerezDas Zimmer ist sauber. Es ist größtenteils mit Marmor gestaltet. Der Stil ist zwar etwas altmodisch, aber elegant. Mir gefällt die Unterkunft, weil sie in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums und des Restaurants Manukan liegt, das für sein Bacolod Chicken Inasal bekannt ist. Die Angestellten sind sehr zuvorkommend!

GGastnutzerThe hotel is situated in the downtown area making it very accessible to the different go to places in the City like malls, restaurants, stores selling local food products, even the parks where one can stroll and enjoy the local delicacies. Transportation available are tricycles, jeepneys, and modern mini buses. Grab cars are also easily bookable.
The hotel is 35 years old so the interior is expectedly dated but surprisingly well-maintained. The employees are very accommodating and polite making the stay truly relaxing.
There are weekend activities at the poolside, namely acoustic night on Fridays and a DJ playing music favorites from different eras on Saturdays. I think these events can attract more customers if they are advertised well in the hotel and its vicinity.

TTaehyungshieThe place was good. However, accomodation wise, it was stressful. The owner of the unit did not provide us the room number so the front desk personnel had to scour all sources to find the right unit. It was not organized properly and owner did not communicate prior to our arrival. We had to get the keys from a locked mailbox. So imagine the hassle and difficulty of reaching out those keys and keycard which were not inside the pouch. It was stressful.
The first thing that greeted us upon entering the unit is a broken mirror on the table, incorrect wifi password and complicated door locks.
We had to ask the receptionists downstairs for the owner's contact number so that we can have a wifi access.
Lastly, we hate it that the pool is only open from 6am-9pm. I mean, can't you make it accessible until 11pm at least for some guests prefer to swim late in the night.
Overall, it was an okay experience. Will come back but will not rent tge same unit because the owner is irresponsible and inconsiderate. We wanted to de stress but checking in was not smooth sailing given the fact that it was expensive but paid beforehand.
P.S. Please tell the owner to be give extra care to the guests and not be a burden.
