We were very happy with the service. The receptionists were all very helpful, especially Bruno, and the room and beds were very comfortable too. When we requested a mini fridge, they efficiently provided us with one. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we, as hotel guests, still had to pay €4 to park our car inside. This should have been free for hotel guests.

Das Hotel ist zwar zentral gelegen aber direkt unter der An- und Abflugschneise des Flughafens. Die Flugzeuge starten und landen bis gegen Mitternacht und ab 06.00 am Morgen. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber Das Frühstück und Abendessen als Buffet mit ausreichend Abwechslung. Viel frisches Obst. Etwas umständlich ist, dass immer alles was nicht zum Minimal-Standart gehört, separat verlangen muss wie, 2. Zimmerkarte, Pooltücher etc. Auch umständlich finde ich, dass die Getränke nach jeder Mahlzeit abgerechnet werden musste und nichts aufs Zimmer gebucht werden konnte.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Viele Bushaltestellen in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen sowie Restaurants und Supermarkt "Pingo" (tolle Auswahl) Das Hotel ist ca. 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, liegt also in der Einflugschneise. Die ersten Flugzeuge kommen gegen 6.00h. Teilweise Chaos beim Frühstück (Tassen fehlen, langes Warten an den 2 Kaffeeautomaten) Personal ziemlich kurz angebunden.

I travelled as single parent with 2 children, we were left disappointed with the service offered. I appreciate check-in time was at 2pm, but reception would not offer to check if the room was ready earlier. They checked for other guests who were allowed to check-in early, but would not try for us. We had to wait until exactly 2pm. I found it frustrating that guests were receiving different treatment. It was unfair to see other guests arriving after us who were notified that their rooms were ready, however I was told it would not be possible to even check if our room was ready. There was no one in the bar area to serve food or drinks despite it being advertised as open at lunchtime so had to go elsewhere.

What we loved about this hotel was the attention to detail and a management team who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and special: early check-in (we were exhausted), complimentary breakfast as we waited for our room to be cleaned, and as it was my daughter's birthday a beautiful cake was delivered to the room, a huge surprise. Thanks to all!

This is a very nice three-star hotel in Ponta Delgada. That's a great location a short walk to the downtown area. The rooms were extremely clean and the pool area was very nice. The buffet breakfast was also very good and the staff could not have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed for four nights in a king room and returned for one night to a standard room on our way home both were excellent , Check in was so pleasant nothing was a problem stored our cases for 12 days while we visited islands ,Welcome drink is a nice touch and personal card in room each time . Off street parking ,really nice pool with towels available at reception ,lounge off reception with menu was our stop for lunch . Breakfast was perfect lots of fresh fruit and pastries. Outside was repainted while we were staying and looks great, you can see the management are investing and improving the hotel and when you walk in reception lounge/bar has a real fresh feel . Hotel is well located at the end of the sea front and a short walk to plenty of good restaurants. Thanks to staff for a super stay and we will definitely return next year . Honestly couldn’t recommend hotel enough.
