We love this place. The owner is lovely. Nothing is too much trouble this is our 4 stay here and we plan to go back in 10 days to thw same destination to get married, if you have not been please book the staff and food are lovely clean and happy place

Das Personal war mehrheitlich unfreundlich und unkooperativ (bis auf die Putzfrau und eine junge Serviererin). Die Apartments waren mehrheitlich sauber. Während unserem 6 tägigen Aufenthalt, wurden unsere Frottiertücher ein einziges Mal gewechselt (auch auf Anfrage, weil sie dreckig waren nicht). Gratis Parkplatz war praktisch. Preis-Leistung Essen ist okay - haben nur gefrühstückt - war in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist gut, wenn man häufig weg ist und nicht allzu viel Zeit hier verbringt, dass es billig war, war das Beste daran.

We have just come back from an amazing holiday in the cosmelenia apartments .They really don't disappoint been coming now for about 15 years .cornelia is lovely and so is the new bar man robbie .Thank you for making us so welcome again .see you next year love paul and cheryl xx lovely food ,spacious rooms,lovely service What more can I say x

Genuinely have never stayed in such a horrifying place. The whole experience was NOTHING like advertised. Firstly, the front door lock was broken, meaning I couldn't leave the flat for an entire day until they fixed it. Next, the kitchen was so half-baked that I couldn't cook anything more than an egg, despite it being "sold" as a 1-bedroom apartment. The air con price was misleading, on Hotels they claim it's 7.50E "per stay" when it's in fact per night, leading me to foot an extra 50 euro bill. On top of that, the air con was ONLY IN ONE ROOM, so half the flat was unusable when it's hot. The bathroom was atrocious too. Firstly, there was little to no water pressure, so I struggled to shower. The towels were stained with brown marks. The taps were also mislabelled. Worst of all, in a flat suited for up to 4, the bathroom DIDN'T lock. The general condition of the property was shocking aswell: The wifi did not work The electrical plug sockets were clogged up - only had 2 usable ones There was no do not disturb sign - got woken up to cleaning staff multiple times. There were old gummy bears under my bed My blankets had holes in them. The communal pool table jammed twice and took my money. The worst part was the owner. She was unfriendly, hostile and patronising. She really tried to nickel and dime me, claiming I had a 300 euro fee to pay, which I had to dispute. The customer service was just horrible, she wouldn't even let myself and a friend split a bill. STAY AWAY!!

I’ve rated this 4 and not 5 but it was close. We decided on a last minute holiday and this came recommended. If you want to be bang in the middle of Ayia Napa it’s not it’s a taxi/bus ride. It’s a 10 minute walk to the lovely municipal beach with toilets and shower. 2 sunbeds and a brolly €5 per day. Just sit down and eventually they’ll come to you. The apartments are clean and simple and comfortable. Air con extra (we needed it) The grounds were lovely and clean, pool cleaned every night. Simple bar with good staff. All in all this is a hidden gem on this lovely island with nothing too much for the staff. I’d comeback anytime

Great hotel on the outskirts of Aiya Napa, clean, lovely rooms, great staff and the bus to Aiya Napa stops right outside the hotel at a cost of 2 euro to anywhere on the route. My only issues are paying for Air conditioning (70euro for 10days) erm...No! A lot of places I go Air con is free and you do need it in Aiya Napa. And the WiFi only magically reaches the bar and pool where you have to buy their drinks and cannot bring your own. I get the not bringing your own drinks bit, but I want to use the WiFi in my room on a night and I can't. Big No! I wouldn't have chosen this hotel if I'd known this before I booked.

I had lovely room- the hotel was extremely clean in all areas at all times. The bar staff, kitchen staff, cleaning staff and reception staff were very helpful, efficient, friendly and welcoming. There was a breakfast choices and a well stocked bar. The bus to Nissi beach and beyond ran every twenty minutes both ways and was only €2 per trip. There was a supermarket very close to the hotel and couple of restaurants within walking distance. The beach was a ten to fifteen minute walk away. Lovely quiet and sedate base to explore Cyprus. Thank you to all and will definitely return.

First thing first.. they are providing you the hospitallity service for the minimum budget you spend over there so please stop complaining. We ( me and my partner) was there end of may. Service and food they provide was excellent for us, in exchange of the budget that we spend in cosmelenia. Food was 10/10, portion wise and taste wise. Service is 10/10, lady working at the bar: cornilia she deserve a big thanks for making people holidays memorable, she is so helpfull for any situation u fell onto and always there if u need her. Hotel is clean in compare to the place around, housekeeping is doing excellent job. But if you want your towel to be change everyday, bed to be made everyday. You must increase ur budget next time and book a 5 star hotel (im not sure if they do that over there as well). Pool is clean and there are enoughf sunbeds to enjoy the sunny day with their happy hour cocktails and local beers. Offcourse you are not allowed to bring ur drinks in the pool area because they have a pool bar serving drinks and snacks which is fair i guess. You can stay on ur room balcony if you want to enjoy supermarket drinks :) Overall we enjoyed our stay at cosmelenia. Big thanks to cornilia, lolos and team for making our holiday. Will see you again.
