big room n hotel, simple breakfast but it is full of choices, located far from city

Good Hotel

隔音太差了。服務員可能是新來的。攜程付過之後跟我要按金。要完按金退房之後。按金沒退又刷了一筆。還要打電話過去找經理。雖然錢退了。但是沒有一句道歉或者不好意思的感覺。可能這事兒常幹。非常不專業

還不錯 地點也不錯 早餐也有 不過很普通

The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are excellent. It was very busy though. Maybe having another desk clerk cpuld have helped!

We always choose Microtel and enjoy everything! This weekend we stayed, and it was just ok- 3 star vs 5. Room was smaller, not as clean as usual. Pool was over crowded.

Clean, decent breakfast(food needed to be replenished more often, nice bathroom, close to convenient shopping.

We rented the King suite and the space in the unit was concise but efficient. We found the bathroom to be a little on the small side. Some people may not have an issue with the half glass inclosure in the shower but found it to be a bit drafty and while the shower head was good there was no rinse head so the only direction for the water to fall in the shower was directly downward from the ceiling. The breakfast was really good the first morning but we weren’t able to get all of the items we liked and had the second day. All in, it was a good place to stay and had great access to highway 404 and local amenities.

Great location, but not enough parking available. There were kids running around 3-4am and you can hear everything! Other than that hotel is great!

I mentioned at check-in that we were staying because it was my daughter's 13th birthday. We were there with her and her 3 friends. Easily booked two connecting rooms. The front desk staff brought us a small birthday cake with a personalized 13 candle. It was so thoughtful. The downside is that our rooms didn't have towels, which we had to call for, the bathroom door was squeaky and the sheer drapery and rod fell down/out of the wall. Overall the buffet breakfast was great, and the pool and waterslide were fun.

We booked in for a last-minute stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool was fantastic as well as the complimentary breakfast. The room was aesthetically pleasing and the bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The property and staff were great. The bed was horrible. Myself and my boyfriend woke and off all night because we were so uncomfortable. Woke up both in a lot of pain. The hotel was hosting hockey teams and the kids ran up and down the halls at all times of day. They over took the pool area and the parents over took the entire lobby area drinking and hanging out. I won’t be back

Third time staying and it was a perfect stay again! Our bathroom door was very squeaky and staff had fixed as soon as we ask about it! 10/10 recommend
