Receptionist was quite arrogant

Good sized room and close to the airport. Shops near by. Rooms are a little dated but perfect for a small family to stay if flying in or out.

離機場很近，是motel類型的，有免費shuttle bus，這個很好，到了後打電話給酒店，會有酒店標誌的車來接，到奧克蘭國內機場15分鐘，但從機場開過去衹有不到十分鐘。這個還是很方便的。 接待我們的人很好，而且也沒有時間限制，接送機都是免費的。 缺點是隔音一般，卧室裏不吵，但廳是對着外面的，早上就會比較嘈雜。 總體性價比比機場裏面的宜必思好多了，那個房間小到令人窒息，價格和這裏套房差不多。

空間很大，沙發很舒適，有簡易廚房與餐具，有提供沐浴洗髮用品。有免費機場接駁服務很實用。櫃檯挺友善的。可寄放行李

Wir buchten eine Unterkunft samt Frühstück. Als wir am Quartier ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass kein Frühstück gebucht wurde und das extra kosten würde - und das, obwohl wir es schwarz auf weiß seitens ******* vorliegen hatten. Doch der Manager akzeptierte nur das, was er in seinem Rechner vorfand. Das Zimmer selbst roch, als würde kurz zuvor jemand ein ordentliches Geschäft hinterlassen haben, dessen Geruch wir die gesamte Nacht nicht mehr losbekamen. In Sachen Sauberkeit konnte das Best Western leider auch nicht punkten. Es hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Wir sind stets fair bei unseren Bewertungen, aber in diesem Fall können wir leider kein gutes Haar an dem Hotel lassen.

I have stayed here a couple of times now. The staff are accommodating and friendly. The premises are perhaps a little tired but it is clean and the beds are comfortable, it is one of the more affordable places in this area. I would stay again.

That was a nice stay with good equipement to make a lunch. The only thing that’s the website and the confirmation of the room say the Check in is at 1h pm but when we arrived the women at the desk reception tell us that it was at 2pm and there was no possibility of checking in before. Overall that was good.

Basic motel near the airport. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Noise from the airport was not an issue. Plenty of parking and we appreciated the ability to check in late after a late flight arrival. I wouldn’t choose to stay here for an extended period, but for a few nights it fits the bill.

This was our choice for the last night before our return flight and it is conveniently located close to the airport. Due to the same fact it is not the quietest location, close to some major roadways. However, this is a good location for a first or last night if you don‘t want to drive far.

Airport shuttle was very efficient. Manager went above expectations to get us into a room early as we arrived in Auckland at 6 am.

The staff were easy to talk with. We needed to stay Auckland for one night as transit stop and had an early flight second day. They arranged free 24/7 shuttle bus which was really convenient. Feel bad to ask the driver to take us to airport at 3:40 AM. Room is comfortable and clean. Aircon is great.

Awesome place to stay. I stay there every time i work in Auckland clean and tidy and stuff are always happening definitely recommend this motel
