One of my best staycation experience. I am traveling from Australia and was visiting India. The Machan experience will be the highlight of my visit. Very well trained, friendly and loving staff with delicious food experience. All Machan are beautifully designed and little things are being well considered. My recent stay at The Machan in Lonavla was truly unforgettable! Nestled amidst lush greenery, this eco-resort offers an experience unlike any other. We stayed in the Heritage Villa, which exudes old-world charm while providing modern comforts. The expansive glass walls brought the surrounding forest to life, allowing us to wake up to breathtaking views of nature every morning. The attention to detail in the villa’s design and the perfect blend of rustic and luxurious elements made our stay extraordinary. A special mention goes to Rahul, the General Manager, whose hospitality and professionalism were exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel right at home. Velina, the receptionist, was equally amazing—warm, welcoming, and attentive to every request. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is a testament to the resort’s high standards. Whether you’re seeking a serene getaway or a chance to reconnect with nature, The Machan is the perfect destination. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life!

Cocoon- it is a perfect mix of serenity and beautiful architecture and aesthetics. We were there to celebrate a family event with ages ranging from 70 years to 1 year. All were able to enjoy the place to the hilt. The remarkable Machans constructed amidst the jungle leave you in awe of the place. The beautiful dinner sit out, serene environment, guided treks, delicious food, excellent spa services provide for a wholesome experience. Last but surely not the least the hospitality of the staff uplifted the pleasantness of the whole experience.

It was a nice experience, pavithra helped us settle in, the staffs were all nice. Some drawbacks are; they charge you for water, the water takes a lot of time to reheat, they should have curtains on the loft of tree house( hard to sleep with all the morning light) Ac in the loft didn’t work, it smelled damp & mouldy, the bed sheets smelled as well. We stayed for two days at two different rooms. The charge for one night is pretty high than it should be.

Amazing starlight and canopy rooms Room design and structure are very luxurious yet has a great vintage touch Indian food options are better and are very flavourful Extremely helpful staff right. Great way of welcoming with welcome drinks and cold wet towel to beat the heat. Special mention to Mansi and Prabhakar for their attentiveness and polite behaviour Internet service could be better however of you’re looking for a digital detox - this is the place Overall experience was top notch.

Awesome view and amazing service it’s been a peaceful stay throughout with a lot of calm and privacy the staff were friendly and helped as much as they could to make our stay comfortable would highly recommend visiting, I would plan to visit with Family next time and probably spend more time on trekking and nature trail didn’t spend time on activities the time went by quick !

The stay was nice and peaceful. Nature helps to calm down the hectic stress and enjoyed the stay. Must visit if you want to disconnect with the city life. Food options can be increased for in room dining to include variety. Must visit once to experience.

The canopy stay was extra vagrant and rich experience. The checkin time should be increased or they may delay checkout time by an hour. Food quality and overall service is 10/10. The bathtub leaks from inside as it was not able to hold water and your to keep pouring water in that was a huge headache.

The place is extremely cozy tuck in the forest, the front desk staff and the restaurant staff were extremely responsive and always helpful. Be it during losing our room keys or preparing a special birthday cake at 12 midnight or the restaurant staff preparing a surprise birthday cake during our dinner at burrows . Everything was top notch. I must say it's better to go with the lunch or dinner buffet options . It's totally worth the price and the quality of food and spread is amazing. Had the pleasure to also meet the GM of this fabulous property and have a pleasant conversation.

I stayed with my aunty in the Sunset machan. 2 nights is the perfect duration in my experience, to explore the campus and take in all the nature. Recommended for everyone who needs to disconnect. Be prepared to walk up and down the roads to be able to reach your room/ spa / restaurant. (Not for people with special accessibility needs, unless you book a room type that can be accessed by their internal cart or your own car.) Excellent disconnect from routine, internet and city life.

We planned a one-day stay at Machan for my birthday celebration. The surprise booking was made by my wonderful wife. We stayed at Jungle Machan; it was a blissful moment. The jungle vibes and birds chirping were mesmerizing throughout the stay. The dining experience was top-notch, and the food was scrumptious. I love their service quality. Rosemary, Sameer, and Shubham gave us a comfortable dining experience. A special thanks to Chef Santosh. I recommend Machan to those who want to indulge in nature.

Beautiful experience. In the woods. Just what we wanted for a break from the city life. Had gone with my daughters. We had a great family time. Excellent rooms and amazing ambience. Worth a visit to enjoy nature and stay in a forest. Breathe and enjoy the pure oxygen……

The way it is secluded from city hustle and bustle, with zero network here. We loved our time here and recommend 10/10 during monsoon time. This guy, Sushil patil is the sweetest, he made sure we had no problems during our stay. Also, a quick suggestion do not charge for WiFi

The Machan in monsoon is surely an experience!! At that price?! Debatable. Would i go back there?! Definitely YES. They have their challenges but sustaining in the wilds I think they are doing a phenomenal job, little manageable discomfort here and there but you still won’t get enough of it, the staff try hard to make your stay comfortable are polite and welcoming, special mention PRABHAKAR & Ms VELINA. Thank you The Machan you will always be amongst one of my best stays !
