Minus: The toothbrush holder looked very dirty, I would probably give it a deep clean. There were some signs of mold in the shower and the toilet paper holder was loose from the wall. The rain shower head lived a life of its own, very inconsistent with how the water came out, it also took time for the water to warm up. If you care about noise, don't get a room with a street view, the windows really weren't soundproof at all. The location is a bit sketchy at night. I would also recommend the hotel to advertise to people not to waste food at the breakfast buffet because there was A LOT of it by others when we were there. This is a big thing for hotels in the north. Pros: The room looked quite newly renovated. Seems like the hotel was under renovation because when we were there it was a completely different style from the breakfast room to the room. It's probably going to be very pretty when it's finished. Plus for the minibar and kettle in the room. Plus for a separate toilet room and shower room. Great view from the balcony in the room and from the roof terrace. Great, down to earth staff. Also a very good breakfast, I have stayed in many different hotels and this is one of the best breakfasts in Europe for me.

Ich bin ein Mädchen und bin alleine nach Athen gekommen. Nachdem ich dieses Hotel gebucht hatte, las ich die in den Bewertungen erwähnten Probleme, was mich jedoch sehr beunruhigte, als ich tatsächlich eincheckte, dass es überhaupt kein Problem gab. Die Hygiene im Hotel ist sehr gut, das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist sehr ausreichend, so dass ich mich nach der Rückkehr vom 40-Grad-Außenwetter gut erholen kann. Ich habe am ersten Abend erst um ein Uhr morgens eingecheckt, aber solange ich Abstand zu ihnen hielt und keinen Blickkontakt herstellte, traf ich sie Es war immer noch sehr sicher, dass sie die vorbeikommenden Fußgänger nicht bemerkten. Ich werde das nächste Mal, wenn ich nach Athen komme, wieder hier übernachten!

Das Hotel hat definitiv positive Eigenschaften. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Empfang, Zimmermädchen, Barkeeper, Kellner. Im Frühstücksbereich auf der 9 Etage besonders der Herr mit Zopf der das Team leitet. Es gibt wohl auch einen Frühstücksbereich auf der 2. Etage. Es lohnt sich aber den Aufpreis für die 9. Etage. Die Aussicht ist noch besser als auf den Fotos, was oft nicht der Fall ist. Schöne, ausreichend große Pool Fläche. Auch zum Abend/ Mittag Essen ein toller Platz. Außerhalb 3 tolle Restaurants nebeneinander direkt hinter dem Kreisverkehr. Zweimal rechts um die Ecke ist ein Super Bäcker, auch warme Gerichte im Angebot. Links runter eine tolle Eck Kneipe/ Bistro. Taxis direkt vor der Tür. U Bahn auch. Wir empfehlen ein Zimmer zu nehmen was nicht in der Nähe der Housekeeping Räume ist. Das war sehr laut. Generell sehr hellhörige Gänge. Auch vom Straßenlärm bekommt man einiges mit. Das Viertel ist nicht sehr schön. Ist aber generell so. Vom Hotel zum Airport kostet ein Taxi 50€ mit Trinkgeld.

Wir haben ein Zentrales Hotel für eine Tour durch Athen gesucht und können dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen. Nettes, saubere Zimmer. Leckeres Frühstück mit schöner Aussicht vom 7. Stock. Zentral gelegen und trotzdem relativ ruhige Umgebung. Vom Preis her waren unsere Erwartungen nicht allzu hoch und wurden gut erfüllt.

5 Tage in Athen. Zunächst das Positive. Das Hotel ist nahe einer Metro-Station, vieles lässt sich zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Frühstücksbüfett gut und vielfältig. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. (Gilt nicht für das Bad - das ist top.) Da wäre eine Erneuerung zu wünschen. Der Kleiderschrank im Zimmer hatte keine Fächer oder Bretter, eine Ablage der Wäsche war nicht möglich. Wenn man sich auf das Bett setzte - am Fußende - rutschte die Matratze durch das Gestell. Schade. Nun das nicht so Gute: Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr verkehrsreichen Straße, der Straßenlärm ist unangenehm. Ruhiger Schlaf ist nicht möglich. Ebenso für uns nicht zu begreifen (da es einen Fernseher gibt), dass es nicht einen einzigen Fernsehsender gibt, der in einer anderen Sprache als griechisch ist. Es waren mehrere Nationalitäten zu Gast und nicht einmal ein Sender wenigstens in Englisch. Sehr schade! Lässt sich aber vielleicht ändern.

Mein zweiter Besuch in Athen war dieses Hotel in einer perfekten Lage in der Nähe von allem, was wir besuchen wollten. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal war erstaunlich und das Hotel war sehr sicher nach einer bestimmten Zeit die automatischen Türen geschlossen und Sie konnten nur mit Ihrer Schlüsselkarte eingehen. Wir reservierten die Junior Suite mit der Akropolis-Ansicht, die es nicht enttäuscht. Sie hatten Schlepper an den Türen und Fenstern, so dass die Sonne nicht das erste tötete Sie am Morgen. Die Reinigungspersonal waren erstaunlich, dass sie unser Zimmer zweimal am Tag reinigen, so dass wir sie am Ende unseres Besuchs am Spitzen hinterließen. Dieses Hotel empfiehlt sehr jedem, der diese schöne Stadt besucht.

Excellent value for money hotel in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk from Athens’ most visited spots. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. No tea/coffee making facilities but I don’t know if that’s normal in Athens, but there is a fridge and great air conditioning. Then roof top bar in their sister hotel Plaka is well worth a visit. Highly recommend.

Ich bin wirklich mein Lieblingshotel geworden! Von der Stadt zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten. Von dem Dach aus wird die Stadt Athens schiefgehen. Ich mache es in ein Zimmer mit einem Schnurrbart, aber ich bin überrascht über diese Position, aber die Athener sind sehr freundlich und möchte langsam gehen. Sehr stark empfohlen. Es gibt auch die Keller 300 Jahre vor B.C. Das ist ein Hotel, das Sie in der Geschichte fühlen können.

This is an exceptionally lovely place to stay in the centre of Athens. Walking distance to the Acropolis, Plaka District and all the fabulous restaurants. Very nice rooms and amenities with very friendly staff. Excellent service. Make sure you go up to the roof top bar for food and drinks with a fabulous night time view of the Acropolis and make sure you say hi to Marios… the best and friendliest of bar hosts!

I stayed here for one night on 3rd September. The location is very convenient. The port of Piraeus is safe and ”rising” a lot in recent years. If you feel like going on prettier areas, it's only a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes taxi. (Town Hall, Pasalimani/Zea, even Mikrolimano or Piraiki and so on... Metro is 3 minutes walk away too. I liked the facilities in the room (coffee maker, toiletries, ”smart” technology.) Decoration-wise, I liked the hotel. I personally like the blue color in the room, however dark shades make the room seem even smaller.The double bed was comfortable for me traveling alone for one night. It's a city hotel and I knew beforehand that the room would be small, so for me it wasn't a problem. But the classic I stayed in I don't think would be suitable for 2 people and/or a long stay. Some small complains are that there were some tiny stains on the pillows. Cleanliness was good overall, but in 4+ star hotels you expect attention to detail. The staff were polite but the inexperience of some of them shows, they seem kind of anxious and they don't talk comfortably or naturally, tt's like they're parroting a text. I didn't like the breakfast system and something urgent happened, so I left too early and didn't get one. All in all, despite any objections, it will be among my choices for the future.
