Lassen Sie mich sagen, dass dieses Wyndham wirklich nicht gut ist. Nach nochmaliger Bestätigung an der Rezeption: Erster Aufenthalt 2 Nächte, in der ersten Nacht nur eine Flasche Wasser bereitstellen. (Ich möchte fragen, ob Sie mir am nächsten Tag einen Rabatt gegeben haben oder so?!) Zweitens habe ich nicht einmal einen „Bitte nicht stören“-Schalter eingestellt, weil ich das Zimmer aufräumen musste. Ich ging zur Rezeption und fragte, und sie sagten, vielleicht habe ich es vergessen. Drittens hatte ich die 4-Euro-Steuer bereits beim Einchecken bezahlt, aber als ich auscheckte, kam ich zurück und fragte, ob ich sie eingezogen hätte. Wie auch immer, dieses Hotel hat keinen nennenswerten Service. Es ist immer noch ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel during my stopover in Athens, on my way to the islands and again on my way back home. This is definitely one of the best hotels I have encountered on my many travels around the world. The staff are friendly, kind and eager to assist. We booked a king deluxe room. This hotel has modern furnishings and the bed is very comfortable. We had a spacious balcony with a great view. No noise issues due to the double glazing. We included breakfast on our return stay and it was well worth the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel liegt günstig zur U-Bahnstation Ambelokipi zum Flughafen; im Hotel hat alles ein bißchen Fernost - Atmosphäre; alles wirkt sauber, ordentllich, ruhig und gediegen; außerordentlich kulante Check- out Regelung; Super Frühstück mit ruhigem, aufmerksamem Service; mein Zimmer - nach Upgrade - mit allem , was ich mir wünsche! An der Reception : aufmerksaner, freundlicher - und persönlicher Service! Ich komme gerne wieder!

This is an extremely nice hotel situated in a perfect location. Our stay and review are based on a Superior room You would be hard pressed to find an Athens hotel in a better location. You are right in the middle of all the action with shops and restaurants nearby. You are spoilt for choice. Although in a busy area we found the excellent double- glazed doors/windows kept any noises out and it was not an issue at all. Our Superior room came with a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities although that is not listed on their website. It may be worth e-mailing them if this is important to you. There was air-con but in March there was no need to make use of it so we cannot comment on its efficiency. The toilet/bathroom came with those tiny bottles of shampoo and body wash which we refuse to use on environmental grounds so we brought our own and used that. There was a sign saying that if the used towels were hung up then it was assumed that we were happy to reuse them. The cleaners replaced them daily regardless. The rooms were kept very clean. This hotel has much going for it. We grabbed a deal here at a very attractive price which included breakfast. The breakfast arrangements were in a fairly small area but we felt that a good selection was provided considering the space limitations. Plenty of fresh vegetable choices and delicious too. The Tomatoes and Cucumber just tasted so much better than we are used to. Cereals, bread, cakes, fruit and coffee from a machine. We looked forward to our breakfast every morning and didn’t grow tired of it. Minor gripes (being very picky). The over the bath shower was a mini battle in so much that it was prone to shoot water out onto the floor if you weren’t being careful. It could have been better but all we had to do was to adjust our showering habits and all was ok in the end. Our room had a balcony facing out to the street below. It would have been nice for a couple of chairs out there rather than just a large pot plant and the air-con unit for company. I did notice that no other balconies on other building had chairs out so perhaps that is just the Athens way. We had a Fridge in our room. Very welcome. A very close mini supermarket was the cheapest place we could find to buy water. E0.39 for 1.5 litres as I recall. We loved this hotel. All the staff were so nice and so helpful. I can’t remember all of their names but Irena and Eva come to mind. They helped make our stay wonderful. It had a curiously homely feel about the place. March time was a great time of the year as it was a pleasant day time temperature with it getting a bit chilly in the evenings. You could still dine outdoors but with a patio heater nearby. We loved Athens and have decided to return next March with the flights already booked. We will stay at the Plaka Hotel again. 5 stars from us

Der Ort ist im Stadtzentrum und ist der Preis wert, nicht erwarten große Porsche wie es im Stadtzentrum, es im durch die Strecken und hat kleine Cafés und Bars auf Ihrem Weg. Sehr nahe OMONOIA SQUARE & SYNTAGMA SQUARE. Das Personal vor allem DARIA war sehr hilfreich und verständlich, das Frühstück ist gut. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Würde diesen Ort für einen Budget, aber erstaunliches Aufenthalt empfehlen. Es ist zu Fuß auf die meisten historischen Orte, alles ist in der Nähe von 3-4 kms Ich habe mich unsicher, als ich zuerst Trucks der Rebellenpolizei auf der Straße mit der Polizei auf der Einfahrt zu jeder Spur sah... aber dann, als die Tage vergangen, war es sicher, Sie fühlen sich beängstigt, weil es von Schienen gibt, die dunkel sind und Sie müssen durch einige Junkies gehen(Sie sind in ihrer eigenen Welt) Sie könnten einen Fähren für Santorini buchen oder gehen Insel Hoping, HOP auf HOP OFF Busse,Toy Train Stadttour, Es gibt kostenfreier Experience Park für alle in der Nähe von Ellinikos, auch Sie haben Strand und Strand.

Ich kann von diesem Hotel nur abraten, zumindest was die Ehrlichkeit betrifft. Pandemie bedingt wurde das Hotel geschlossen und unser Aufenthalt damit storniert. Das ist jetzt fast 2 Jahre her, bis zum heutigen Tag habe ich das Geld nicht zurück bekommen. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung, Drohung mit Anwalt und Gericht werden wir nur hingehalten. Jedes Mal wird versprochen, wir bekommen unser Geld. Ich vermute betrügerische Absichten und deshalb warne ich jeden vor diesem Hotel.

This was my second stay at Athens Center Square Hotel and it was as good as the first. Location is fantastic in the old marketplace with a great restaurant at the corner and easy walk to Monesteri and metro. It is a budget hotel - so don't expect luxury and can be a little rough around the edges, but the price is good and the staff is fantastic. From the roof-top bar you get as good a view of the Acropolis as you have from any luxury hotel with friendly service and good prices at the bar. Breakfast included in the rate and was excellent with a large variety of fresh local items plus standard international options. Highly recommended if you want great value, comfortable rooms and fantastic staff. Not luxury, but my choice in Athens every time!

Excellent value for money hotel in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk from Athens’ most visited spots. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. No tea/coffee making facilities but I don’t know if that’s normal in Athens, but there is a fridge and great air conditioning. Then roof top bar in their sister hotel Plaka is well worth a visit. Highly recommend.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut für Ausflüge in die Altstadt gelegen (2km enfernt). Mein Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und etwas entfernt vom Aufzug. Das war sehr ruhig zum Schlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und umfangreich. Der Pool auf der Dachterasse war erfrischend und der Ausblick grandios.

Wir blieben hier drei Nächte nach einer Reise nach den Inseln und es war wunderschön. Die Zimmer waren schön und komfortabel, und wir hatten eine Terrasse über die Frontstraße. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich glücklich darauf einverstanden, unsere Post zu posten, da das Postamt am Wochenende nicht geöffnet war. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist groß und das Personal ist sehr willkommen - Espresso und Kaffee zu bestellen. In unserem Aufenthalt waren zwei Tickets zum Acropolis Museum und ein 3-course Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant. Ich habe meist keine hohen Hoffnungen auf Hotelfütterung, aber unser Essen hier war lecker. Wir haben die Kirschentomaten, Rindfleischcarpaccio, Meeresbasse und Lamm geteilt. Ich hatte die Pavlova für Dessert. Unser Abendessenserver war eine absolute Freude. Ich würde empfehlen, hier zu bleiben, wenn Sie eine oder zwei Nacht in Athen haben.
