Positiv: Wer ein Boutique Hotel im Style einer Geisterbahn ala Disney Land sucht der kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Alle Details wurden mit größter Hingabe gestaltet und es macht Spaß so etwas zu erleben. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Negativ: Das personal ist furchtbar unmotiviert, unfreundlich und wirkt unglücklich. Jeden Handgriff muss man erbitten. Gegrüßt wird ein Gast dort nur, wenn dieser zuerst grüßt. Unser Gepäck mussten wir selbst aufs Zimmer tragen. Wir haben im lebensfrohen Paraguay in unseren letzten Jahren keinen Ort besucht, der so unfreundlich war. In unserer Privatsphäre haben wir uns sehr belästigt gefühlt. Schon beim Check-In hat man unsere Impfpässe kopiert und jede Benutzung des WIFI ging ein ausführlicher Fragebogen voraus. Das geht unserer Meinung nach gar nicht. Wenigstens durften wir die Hose beim Check-In anlassen JJ. Der Pool war schmutzig, das Wasser sehr trüb und wohl chemisch nicht ausreichend eingestellt. Wir werden bei den nächsten Besuche in Asuncion hier nicht wieder buchen und die anderen großen Hotels bekannter Häuser bevorzugen.

Wow! We were so impressed with La Factoria Hotel in Asuncion. The hotel is stunning – beautiful architecture, lovely rooms, gorgeous common areas, and excellent food. The high attention to detail is noted throughout the property. The location is perfect – near great restaurants and shopping. We cannot wait to return to this world-class luxury property. I would highly recommend booking a suite – which provides a large amount of space and is beautifully decorated.

Quirky, yet elegant hotel. Very comfortable room and bed. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff were moderately aloof, but I’ve found that is the rule in Paraguay, rather than the exception.

The best hotel we stayed in during our time in SA. Rodrigo and Lewis especially were amazing. The hotel and the service is incredible. This would be £1000 a night if it was in London or Italy. Anyone visiting Asunción should stay here if you can. The food and cocktails also 10/10. Thank you.

Truly enjoyed my stay here and plan to return. The property was beautiful - my room, the common areas, the pool area. The food at the restaurant was also very good. All of the staff were exceptional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend

La Factoría is hands down, my favorite hotel in ANY country in the world. We stayed many nights sprinkled through January and May/June 2021, and although this review is late on my part, this gorgeous property MUST be recognized. From the 5-star service to the spectacular, gothic-inspired property, meticulously framed by tropical foliage and an inviting pristine pool, this hotel is a true gem. It would be well over a thousand euros in Europe. I still dream of their room service breakfasts, elaborate and delivered with supreme service. We were so lucky to be able to visit multiple times during the pandemic, and they took great safety measures here, for anyone concerned with that—employees always masked, and sink outside with a doorman who handed you a fresh paper towel to dry your hands. The Hotel Manager is amazingly kind and detail-oriented, as are his entire staff. The photos in the review don’t do this properly justice. We hope we are lucky enough to return to this jewel of hospitality next time we are in Paraguay! Muchísimas Gracias Rodrigo y equipo! ¡Espero que nos veamos pronto!

This hotel was so exceptional that I took time to write this comment, which I usually do not do. I stayed in Factoria for 6 nights. It is the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen, including boutique hotels and top-end establishments. Both interieur and exterior is designed with a lot of taste, each room is different and furnished uniquely; they are very spacious. The restaurant is excellent and esthetically very impressive. The staff and the management was very professional and responsive. I would love to return to Paraguay just to stay in this hotel again.
