Dies ist ein wunderschönes Hotel, tolles Gebäude und Grundstück, fantastisches Interieur, extrem sauberes, schönes Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett, liebte die Dusche, toller Service von den Rezeptionisten, aber leider ließ die Restaurantgabel nach, der Wein, den wir wollten, war nicht auf Lager und abgesehen von meinen Männern Vorspeise mit dem Fischkuchen, die er wirklich genoss, meine Vorspeise mit Lachs war langweilig, das pochierte Ei war leicht verkocht, die Hauptspeise meines Mannes war Ente, von der er sagte, dass sie verkocht war, also war sie zäh, und meiner Hauptspeise, dem Kichererbsenburger, mangelte es an Geschmack, wir gingen nicht weiter Um einen Pudding zu haben, ist unser Hauptgrund für das Weggehen das kulinarische Erlebnis, also waren wir enttäuscht (wir haben im Beleverdere Arms 10 Minuten die Straße hinauf zu Mittag gegessen, was uns absolut gefallen hat), aber das Frühstück war viel besser, obwohl es dort war war keine fleischfreie Alternative zu Speck oder Wurst und nichts auf dem Tisch, um zu erklären, ob es eine gab.

Ich war kürzlich am späten Bankfeiertag am 22. August als Gast auf einer Hochzeit. Es war eine fantastische Erfahrung - die Anlage ist atemberaubend und der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Der Service war hervorragend und das Personal war immer zur Stelle und keine Anfrage war zu viel. Ich habe in einem der coolen Zimmer übernachtet, was ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine wirklich gute Nachtruhe bot. Ich kann diesen Ort für Hochzeiten nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir haben 2 Nächte im Berkshire Club Golf gespielt. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert und hatte eine sehr gute Größe und war komfortabel. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war das Standard-Full English und gut zubereitet. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem sehr schöner ruhiger Ort, um ein paar Nächte zu verbringen.

Hier entschieden ich und mein Mann, im Mai 2022 zu heiraten (war ursprünglich 2020, aber Covid hatte andere Pläne). Der Veranstaltungsort ist atemberaubend und das Personal noch besser - aufmerksam, nett und es gab nichts, was ihnen zu viel Mühe bereitete. Ich bin Veganer und mein Mann nicht und die Küche war so zuvorkommend und half uns mit dem perfekten Menü für den großen Tag. Wir können Debbie und dem Team nicht genug danken, es war unglaublich!

Ich habe gerade ein Wochenende in diesem wundervollen Hotel mit über 100 Familienmitgliedern und einer neuen Familie bei der Hochzeit meiner Söhne verbracht. Nichts ist zu viel Mühe, jedes kleinere Problem wird sofort gelöst und ich würde nicht zögern, wieder hier zu übernachten

I stayed here for 10 days as part of a work programme. The hotel was clean and my room was spacious, the hotel grounds were immaculate and the coffee lounge was always stocked with drinks and sweets, not to mention the various other snacks. The food in the restaurant was good too. The only negatives were the noise from the wedding functions that take place here and the lack of lifts, which makes lifting heavy bags to the upper floors inconvenient. I would stay again.

We came to visit The Royal Berkshire back in February 2020 before lockdown. We meet the lovely Evie and after that meeting we know we found the venue of our dreams!! And booked straight away!! After lockdown staff had changed and we went through a couple of temporary wedding coordinators. I must say the communication was lacking and I found myself feeling very nervous and not sure who was looking after our big day. Then something magical happened! The Royal Berkshire found the perfect team! And we was met by the Lovely Dominika who invited us in for a chat. We spoke about the day, voiced our concerns and we were heard, listened to and reassured that our wedding was in good hands. The venue invited us to an open evening, where they had revamped the wedding space to update it, we were able to check out the new fresh rooms and try the delicious canapés. Near the time of the wedding we did our menu tasting. We were given a choice of food and wines to try for the big day. 2 months away from the wedding, we was given our personal wedding coordinator for the day it’s self!! The lovely Lydia!! At first I was a little upset that Dominika was not going to look after the day it’s self! But we met with Lydia and fell in love!! She saw my vision my bible book!! And loved it!! The Friday before the wedding we had are final handover with Lydia who was looking after the day of the wedding and Sam who was looking after the evening part of the wedding. The handover was perfect we went through all the details and was happy knowing our big day was in the best hands. The wedding was a big success with no hiccups, Lydia was able to take everything from my wedding planner and make my vision come true. She was a dream to work with and a great asset to the Royal Berkshire family. I want to say a big Thank you!!!! The Royal Berkshire is a home away from Home. With the best wedding team!! A massive Thank you!! To Lydia your an amazing person, you made the final process so easy and made us feel so relaxed towards the end. We had a great laugh with you, keep being you!! Amazing 🤩! An absolutely wonderous wedding day at The Royal Berkshire. I still get emotional thinking about how perfect the venue was. If you are planning a wedding you must go and take a look. The attention to detail, the service, the food, the options to have the day of your dreams are all possible here. From the outdoor ceremony that we were lucky enough to have because of the weather, the day was PERFECT. Seamless and stress-free, they really do think of every single thing for you before you need to. Every guest commented on how friendly and professional every single member of staff were - just so accommodating and helpful - we cant thank you enough. Special mentions to Dominika who is just the nicest and best wedding co-ordinator and Lay who stayed for the entire evening with a huge smile on her face. Every single member of staff contributed to us having our perfect day. Rooms are beautiful, bedrooms are generous and beautifully appointed. THANK YOU SO MUCH

We are regular visitors to this lovely hotel, our visit this time was for a weekend break to celebrate my birthday. We got a free upgrade to a beautiful room and the staff had left a box of chocolates with a handwritten note. So thoughtful. We dined in the restaurant on the second evening, the food was excellent and they gave me a complimentary plate of fruit with happy birthday written in chocolate, again a very thoughtful touch.
