Antwort der Unterkunft: Dear Michael, Many thanks for your comment following the recent visit to Riad Palais d’hotes Suites & Spa in Fez, As a manager, I'm very disappointed reading your comments published on google & trip advisor, Please accept my apologizes even if there is many points to clarify. Our central reservation system forced a new reservation, which is why we were overbooked, beyond our control. Concerning the overbooking: You categorically refused to stay in this room with two separate beds, the only solution to have a large double bed, was to change rooms each night, our receptionist proposed it to you and you accepted, I understand that it is painful, but we did our best to satisfy you following this problem. Concerning the dinner: Your order was made at 9:20 pm and served to you at 10:00 pm in your suite (controlled with the video surveillance), you refused to open the door to our collaborator and never contacted the reception or cancelled your order, you claimed the next morning at 8:00 am that you wanted to be refunded your dinner! Concerning the airport transfer : according to our records, you requested the transfer at 8:30am and not 8:20am. Mr. Michael, in view of the facts quoted and encountered, the staff of Riad Palais d'hotes Suites & Spa in Fez did their best to satisfy your requests and demands throughout your stay, but you were very strict and unpleasant with us, you've taken it out on our establishment and constantly looked for problems (dinners, airport shuttle, same comment on tripadvisor and google)...
