love the hotel!!! super clean, extremely affordable, breakfast was decent, sauna was amazing as there was outdoor and indoor and the service staff were all friendly. best part was the free drinks station at the concierge 🤣. we wanted to book a restaurant for dinner but could not speak japanese so the counter staff helped us with the booking. will definitely come back if im in asahikawa again 🌸🥰

Very good location! Near the JR station and AEON mall. Parking is convenient. There are two carparks, a sheltered one in the same building and one open air one opposite. Laundry is available in the hotel.

Very convenient and nice hotel. Neat, clean and staff all very friendly. Breakfast quite good especially the plain bread with Hokkaido butter. Unlimited drinks supply! Located near 2 malls, next to JR station and reasonable driving distance to popular food restaurants. 山头火 is located like 5mins from our stay. To Zoo driving about 30mins. For those who driving can see the pictures attached on where to park. Overall 10/10 experience!

Is a new hotel with good location . Room is buggy and comfortable , breakfast usually very nice and free coffee and hot water at the lobby

We only stayed one night as this hotel was meant to be a stopover for our long journey south from Wakkanai to Hakodate. Boy did we regret not staying longer at this gem of a hotel! Just 200m from JR Wakkanai and you can even see the hotel once you step out of the station. The rooms were small but beautifully furnished and lighted up. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. We did not even use the shower as we enjoyed ourselves at the onsen on the top floor. The onsen has a great view of JR Wakkanai station and AEON MALL. The best part of the hotel was the wondrous hotel cafe which in the evenings have free drinks from its drink machines such as expressos, soft drinks and hot chocolate. We drank our fill after a long day outside before going back to our rooms. We will back here for sure next time and use this hotel as a base to explore Asahikawa!

Functional room but very tiny space for two persons. Unable to open our luggages fully but it is sufficient for a very short stay. Hotel location was superb, just under 5 minutes walk to JR Asahikawa station and loads of food/ entertainment around the hotel area. There's also a drug store located at the first floor too.

Not sure why this hotel ranked so high. Probably because it is still quite new. It is not bad but also not great. Reception and breakfast area felt quite crowded whenever we were there. Breakfast standard, not high quality. Parking there are 2 options, take the pricier indoor one if need to get out and in again within 24h. Room rates much pricier on week ends.

The location is great with AEON and many restaurants nearby, JR station is also within walking distance. Too bad there's no free parking from the hotel but there's a few choices of paid parking areas around the hotel, the parking area without roof opposite hotel is cheaper than the one in the building. Sleep wear and deodorize spray are provided. Public bath is clean. All the basic amenities are provided. Clean, new and well maintained hotel. Overall happy with my stay here.

There’s adequate space in the room for family of three. Amenities provided are good, there’s also an ice machine at the lobby. Location is great, just opposite asahikawa station and right beside its aeon mall with food court with a selection. There’s also a supermarket and an atrium to get souvenirs. Right downstairs from the hotel there’s a convenience store too. 10/10 would recommend and would visit again with family during a different season.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. For the price I paid, I got more than what I expected. Daily cleaning and amenities, super nice crew, daily complimentary drinks which you can customize yourself, cozy room, swift service, great location, you name it. I’d definitely be back.

Room is quite a compact size which is normal for Japan, but rare compared to other Hokkaido hotels I have stayed in. Service levels were hit and miss, the male receptionists were friendly and polite but there was a particular female receptionist who was not quite helpful :/ The hotel reception level 3 is connected to D Parking next building. It would be better if there were clear signs outside the hotel with directions to carpark or stated online. Parking was reasonably priced at JPY 10,000 for 24 hours.

The service was very good, amenities and space very comfortable and clean as well.
