Noch 3 Wochen am MD und noch einmal nichts zu schmeißen (nicht wie jemand, der morgen früh aufsteigen muss und nur denken, was wir heute schmeißen können). Alle Mitarbeiter, ***Agement, Rezeption, Sicherheit, Bar***, Zimmerjungen und die Gartener (und alle Mitarbeiter, die wir verpassen können) machen ihre Arbeiten nach den höchsten Standards, um unseren Aufenthalt jedes Jahr zu einem erinnerebaren zu machen. Wer braucht TUI und eine Rep Cos wir sicherlich nicht, wenn wir alle diese herausragenden Menschen auf unsere Bedürfnisse zu suchen. Was für eine Oase, die wir immer wieder, die Lage um die Seen und die Sauberkeit der Boden ist etwas, das Sie nicht woanders in Goa finden können, nur auf dem Balkon mit einem Honigbienen und Koks schreiben, das macht mich mit Freude zu lächeln wie wir sind so Danke allen am MD so sehr, wie Sie alle Ihren Schritt tun, um 3 Wochen unseres Lebens jedes Jahr so glücklich zu machen. Our stay at this 5-star resort in Goa was far below expectations, and we left feeling deeply dissatisfied with the experience, especially considering the price. Check-in and Initial Impressions: The check-in experience set the tone for the stay – unwelcoming and chaotic. Despite emailing ahead to inform the hotel of our 10-year anniversary, there was no acknowledgment of the occasion. The package we booked included a welcome drink, but this was never offered, and even basic hospitality, like a glass of water, was absent. Room Quality and Cleanliness: The room was underwhelming and lacked the cleanliness one expects from a property of this caliber. For the rates charged, this was particularly disappointing. Breakfast and Dining: Breakfast was another letdown. Unlike other 5-star resorts in Goa, it wasn’t clear where to order freshly made food, and staff seemed unwilling to accommodate special requests unless I insisted on speaking to the manager. Shockingly, I had to ask every single day to speak to the manager, even when dealing with the same staff members. Their reluctance to assist without managerial intervention reflects poorly on their service standards. Inconsistent Policies and Smoking Rules: My husband enjoys a cigar in the evenings, but when we inquired about smoking near the pool, we were informed there was no smoking allowed anywhere on the grounds and directed to stand outside. While we accepted this rule, we later observed other guests openly smoking cigarettes on the premises. This inconsistency in enforcing policies was frustrating and felt unfair. Positive Aspects: It wasn’t all bad. Once I finally managed to speak with the manager, they made efforts to accommodate my breakfast request. The SPA experience was genuinely delightful, and the pool was well-maintained and enjoyable. Reception and Staff: The reception staff were the worst we encountered, offering nothing beyond polite smiles and nods. Their default excuse for any issue was that the manager was ”in a meeting,” but I later learned the manager was actually on leave. This dishonesty and lack of transparency were incredibly frustrating and undermined trust in their service. Final Thoughts: While there were a few highlights, such as the SPA and pool, the poor service, lack of cleanliness, inconsistent rules, and dishonest staff overshadowed them. For a 5-star resort, this property fails to deliver on both basic and premium expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and suggest looking at other options in Goa for a more consistent and welcoming experience stay at hotels Such as W Hotel, Marriott etc.

Our first visit to Goa we stayed here for 9 nights 10 days , what can I say hotel staff amazing can not do enough for you , onsite restaurant served lovely food , breakfast , Lunch and dinner plus snacks . Rooms, we stayed in a suite as we had our disabled son with us , it had patio doors ( locked with 1 bolt quite flimsy}opening out on to a terrace overlocking the pool , the room was very spacious . Overall the room was in need of refurbishment but spotlessly clean , we loved the fact that is was cleaned every day and clean sheets every day and very good air con in both the bedroom and lounge area . Pool was clean and we had it to ourselves for nearly all of our stay , Sun loungers all 4 of them in very poor condition as were the brollies these do need replacing asap , there are 2 pools one behind the restaurant we did not use this one , but it was again very clean and sun beds same condition and need replacing, there is also a children's play area that also needs attention . Electrics in the room questionable some kept sparking . Communal areas are very well kept and clean the pots and plants around look beautiful . 24 hour security on the gate so didn't worry to much about the patio doors, lovely guys . Free transport to Baga beach and back from the hotel . Overall we had a brilliant stay and would not hesitate to return , would love to see the sun beds replaced as they did not look very welcoming and broken so was sure how safe they would be .
