The Staff (even though) short handed was attentive to our needs. We were treated like VIP. We were here in August 23 and because of the staff and of course the balcony,we decided to come back.

Took an hour to check in due to issues with key machine. Staff seemed overwhelmed. I thought our room was nice and clean, until I climbed into bed last night and could feel something under the sheets at the foot of the bed. Upon investigation, I found a pair of dirty socks not belonging to me. This means someone slept in that bed before me and the sheets weren’t changed. Unacceptable. We also discovered an article of dirty clothing not belonging to us on the shelf of the nightstand. Better attention needs to be paid to cleaning the rooms.

Asked for hair dryer at the front desk at 5 p.m. never received it! Had to leave at 7 p.m. with wet hair!

After a six hour drive for a concert we paid over $300 per ticket, we came into a packed lobby and waited over 2 hours in line to finally be checked in. Then still didn’t get room keys until an hour later. We had to get dressed in the lobby bathroom and almost missed our Uber to the concert. We ended up missing the first 45 minutes of the concert and we were very upset and disappointed. I will never use this hotel again. The manager took over 20 minutes to check each person in and had no sense of urgency.

When we arrived we had to wait in line over 30 minutes to check in. Check in was at 3 pm and we arrived at 4 pm. Rooms were not ready and we did not get the King room with accessibility bathroom that we had booked. We ended up on top floor with two queen beds a good distance from elevator. Staff was trying but apparently they were already working 3 hours past the time they were supposed to get off.

Very nice property. I’ve stayed here twice and will continue to stay when I’m in the area. The rooms are clean and quiet. And the breakfast is extremely good too.

i have to say in all of my years going to the hilton hotels. have i ever had such a rude representative for check in and ha a nasty attitude with other customers on top of checking my love an i in then she decided she did not even care to update the information correctly for the name change for our few nights. i had to literally reach out to the virtau bot and they were able to update the information very easy. the room was not clean, the bathroom floors had dirt on it. and the counter tops were very dusty. and the white towards were not their were brown stains all through out different towels. a lot of miantence and cleaning crews but no cleaning happening only one agent was at the desk with 12 different customers. i was very disappointed. also were informed that that the cookies were chocolate chip/ sugar cookie/ their should be a true description of if nuts are put in the cookies. or make a seperate batch for customers with nut allergies. very disappointing.
