Altura Hotel

Can not fault this hotel at all, clean, nice food,friendly staff. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh bedding and towels. Food was different each day,with a range of foods for all tastes.desserts was to die for absolutely mouth watering. Drinks you have a good range and choices. We stayed 27th May till 6th June and we will be returning nxt year. The pool was clean and was cleaned every day. I would like to point out that the staff here work very hard to keep the place clean and maintained,working from 7am till the early hours. The only bad thing about this hotel is there's not enough sunbeds and you have to get up early to grab one,but we didn't sun worship around the pool 24/7 so really wasn't a issue for us.. me and my husband had a brilliant honeymoon and loved staying here. Look forward to returning next year. See you nxt year when we bring the rest of our family..

Can I please just say ignore the bad reviews! I really don't think you can please some people. We have just returned from a lovely week at The Altura, everything was great. Room lovely and clean, the staff work really hard and always have time for a hello and quick chat. Food was good and plenty of drinks to choose from. I can honestly say we had nothing to complain about. We will definitely return.

We stayed for 10 nights, I honesty didn't know what to expect after staying at a few three star hotels before that were awful. Well I was pleasantly surprised we had to change room twice first room was rather small for a 10 night stay and the second was a bit of a walk which was too much for my ill sister. Our third room was perfect we entered to a bottle of wine and a fruit plater a gesture from manager, staff very friendly the reception staff during the day are fantastic will help with everything. The food for a three star is hot yes shocking isn't it, only one day where it wasn't very good but your always find something The entertainment is good through the day and evening. I would definitely return only down fall is pool closes at 6pm then there is the odd humans that put towls on benches and dissappear for hours, I did mention this to the guy on reception and he dealt with it straight away, the manager is always about and on the ball and will sort any problems you have. All in all a great hotel.

WOW - What a fantastic hotel! Two couples retuning to Tsilivi after 32 years.... We have all really enjoyed a week at the Altura Hotel. Please ignore any previous negative reviews as we could not fault the hotel in any way. It may be a 3 Star, but we have been very very well looked after by the excellent staff. Rooms were cleaned daily, AC worked great as it was 37 degrees during our stay, safe available in wardrobe, bathroom facilities good. Two pools were clean and comfortable with beds and extra towels available. Food was absoloutley delicious and generous from breakfast, lunch and dinner, with lots of choice of soup, fresh salads and fruit, hot food and deserts. Lots of options especially for the fussy eaters. Dining room was kept very clean and very well organised. Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Maria, the kitchen and dining room staff, the reception team, bar staff and all the cleaning team for really looking after us. We all fully recommend the Altura Hotel for our Zante 24 Adventure. XXXX

We found all staff polite friendly and helpful, the room was clean and shower worked well, the pools were lovely, food choices plentiful, minutes away from tavernas etc if you chose to eat out occasionally, couldn’t fault it for the price we paid.we went with tui who as usual were faultless.we would return.

Just got back, spent a lovely 10 days here. Please ignore any negative reviews. I could not fault the hotel, food was really nice, always hot and fresh. Staff very friendly. We had a lovely room, very spacious, very clean. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. We will definitely be returning 😊

Obviously had reservations reading some of the previous reviews. I stayed with my wife 17th June and leave 28th June. All I can say is our stay has been great. The room was clean, plenty of room for two people and hanging space in wardrobe enough. Safe and AC all included (just 10 euro deposit for safe key which you obviously get back when you leave). We had twin beds that were comfy. Rooms cleaned daily, clean towels daily, toilet bin emptied daily. Breakfast, could make a cooked breakfast up from what's on offer if that's what you want, but yhete is so much choice Inc fruit and yoghurts, pancakes, French toast to name a few items on offer. Dinner lots of warm options, but we had a lovely salad each lunch with numerous options of cold cooked meats and/or cheeses. Evening meals again lots on offer, this is first time we been AI in Tsilivi, and we normally eat out at night however we did eat at the hotel a few times while here and food was very tasty and a reasonable choice. All drinks Inc tea coffee, wine and soft drinks good, beer ok. Pools nice and clean sun lounges in good working order with comfy padded cushions and umbrellas for shade if you need them. No towel wars while we been here which was nice people putting out towels when they went to breakfast not 6.00 in morning. We booked to come again in Sept so think that if that is not good recommendation nothing is. Thank you Altura it's been great see you again soon.

This is the best three star hotel we have ever stayed in. My wife and I have just spent four weeks at this hotel and enjoyed every minute. All the staff are wonderful, this is a Greek family run hotel, friendly and always happy to help. The food is excellent traditional Greek dishes, great fresh tasty salads, lots of choice something for everyone. Also tasty snacks hot and cold in-between meals. There are two swimming pools, one for adults only the other is used for pool games and keep fit. Every evening there is always something going on quizzes, karaoke, shows and bingo with the entertainment team. The rooms are clean and comfortable with nice balconies and views. Me and my girlfriend came here on the 7th of June to the 14th. All staff are extremely well mannered, smart and very friendly. I personally want to thank the barmen and the cleaners who worked tirelessly throughout the day even though the weather was 33°+! Our rooms were perfect, the shower worked just fine aswell as the tv, kettle and fridge. The pools were cleaned + checked daily and the food was excellent. There were plenty of sun-beds to choose from and a lovely choice of cocktails from the pool bar. For this wonderful hotel to be rated 3 star is absolutely criminal, certainly close to 4.5 star. The shops and bars of Tsilivi were no more than a 5 minute walk away, the water park a little further but that is nothing to worry about - just stay hydrated! Me and my girlfriend would like to give our upmost thanks and we will be sure to come back in the near future.
