If you want to go somewhere quite and just chill this is the place to be. It has a stunning view of Tagaytay. The only down side is their pool has no heater so it would be freezing as expected lol. Their in house Spa inside the hotel is a super plus, super relaxing and not iver priced. I also love the food at their restaurant, I ordered a lot lol. Complimentary breakfast is standard. Parking lot is spacious when we came in. Area is accessible to nearby Tagaytay spots. I will definitely comeback if I am in the area.

Für: 1. **Elegant Atmosphäre:** Sprachvista Hotel nimmt Elegance aus, vor allem mit seiner großen Architektur und schön gepflegten Grundstücken. We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.

Wir haben das Zimmer für eine Online-Promo und hier ist eine Zusammenfassung unseres Aufenthalts hier: Nach der Ankunft wurde uns gebeten, einen QR-Code für die Registrierung zu scannen. Ein 2000 Einlagen wurde beantragt und sie werden Ihnen ein kleines Papier geben, das bei der Abfrage vorgestellt werden soll. Also vergiss nicht, zusätzliches Geld für die Einlage zu bringen. Lage: 4/5 Hotel ist nur wenige Kilometer von der Runde entfernt. Keine Anzeige von Sprache. Einfach zugänglich, wenn Sie mit dem Auto reisen. Obwohl es überall Tricycles gibt, ist es auch für Schalter einfach. Zimmer: 5/5 Was Sie sehen, ist, was Sie bekommen. Wir erwarteten ehrlich ein kleineres Zimmer oder etwas anderes, aber als wir in unser Zimmer eintraten, war es wirklich geräumig. Das Zimmer hatte keinen besonderen Geruch. Komplett mit Minibar, Kleiderschrank, TV, Esstisch, Sofa, elektrische Kettle, Wasserflasche und instant Kaffee. Badezimmer Einrichtungen umfassen 2 Zahnkits, Bar-Seife, Duschegel und Shampoo. Unser Badezimmer hatte eine geringfügige Ingenieursorge, aber das kann vergeben werden. Reinigkeit: 4.5/5 Im Rahmen der Hygieneindustrie bewerten wir selten ein Zimmer mit 5 Sternen. Es geht nicht um die Menge der Chemikalien, die Sie verwenden, es geht um das Gefühl des Gästes und sehen, dass das Zimmer sauber ist. Wenn Sie ein Reisende sind und ein Zimmer betreten, wissen Sie einfach, dass es sauber ist. Pluspunkte für getrennte Müllbänke (bio/non bio/hazardous). Personal: 5/5 Hotelpersonal sind sehr freundlich und untergebracht.

Overall experience was great and meaningful. First, the staff were all accommodating. From the reception down to the room service attendants, everyone always greeted you with a smile and you can feel the positive disposition. The room was kept very orderly and my special request was granted. They did come up with a nicely done birthday themed decoration for my partner and kid. The complimentary cupcake with greeting was a really nice gesture. This hotel had a huge area that featured facilities to cater to different interests. I like the thought of visiting and feeding the animals at the Farm and the outdoor playground provided a good spot for my little daughter to run around and explore nature. There was an indoor playground too, which was very useful because it also rained the next day and we couldn't afford to expose my kid to the weather. There were 2 pool areas, and I like the thought of the kiddie pools with heaters, since the cold breeze was giving us the shivers. My little one was able to enjoy the dip in the water (also props to the staff who helped inflate the pool toy :)) The buffet breakfast didn't have that many selections, however, the quality of the food was superb. I like their Filipino breakfast lineup of chicken adobo, tocino, danggit and fried rice. The salad bar was also pretty decent with their selections of garnish and dressing. In other words, I wouldn't mind a second visit. Highly recommended!

We reserved last year of June 2023 here to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Supposedly to renew our vows in Tagaytay. But the Church and reception did not reply. Only this hotel replied and i adjusted my reservation because we wont be able to continue our renewal. We would like to consume the downpayment made in this hotel. Last year, no second thoughts i wanted here to have my prenup. The place is so beautiful and romantic. The staff are accommodating. We where upgraded to a Premier Rooom with balcony. The stay has plated breakfast you should try the longanisa. They have a small cute chapel we had pur short prayer to thank the Lord in having our 10th Year Wedding Anniversary. All in all this hotel is so memorable to us.

Es wäre meine erste Bewertung und erste Buchung mit Trip.com, und ich bin froh, dass es so ein erinnerelicher Aufenthalt im Anya Resort war. Das Resort war so entspannt und ich liebe die Einrichtungen, vor allem den Schwimmbad; es war ein erwärmter Pool, auch wenn Sie nachts schwimmen. Auch das Personal ist sehr gut zu beherbergen, wohin auch immer Sie gehen, wenn Sie am Tag sehen, dass sie nicht zögern, Sie zu begrüßen. Es war eine Freude, dass sie uns ein exklusiven Frühstücksbuffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge gegeben haben, obwohl wir nicht Elite-Mitglied im Club Lounge sind. Mein Verlobter und ich genossen, im Hotel zu bleiben. Anya Resort ist eines der besten Resorts, die wir bisher besucht haben. Wir planen bald wieder zurückzukommen.
