Alles war großartig, außer dass unser Zimmer nicht bereit war, als wir ankamen. Unsere Eincheckungszeit war um 2 Uhr, aber wir konnten in unserem Zimmer vor 3 Uhr bauen. Hoffentlich werden andere Gäste nicht die lange Wartezeit erleben. Insgesamt 4.5/5 weil der Ort, die Nahrung und die Atmosphäre schön waren.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt hier im Lake Hotel Ta***tay. Es ist auch unser erster Besuch in Ta***tay. Und sie haben meinen Eltern zu meinem Hochzeitstag ein kostenloses Geschenk gemacht. Eine Sache, die mich enttäuscht hat, ist, dass unser Zimmer nicht groß genug ist und es überhaupt keine Aussicht gibt. Ich war beim Einchecken einfach schockiert, dass das von mir gebuchte Zimmer ein Standardzimmer ist, obwohl ich selbst weiß, dass ich ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht hatte. Ich habe auch ein Doppelbett gewählt und darum gebeten, ein zusätzliches Bett aufzustellen, falls das für 5 Personen nicht möglich ist. Aber es gibt keins. Danke an Frau Camille, dass sie uns beim Ein- und Auschecken geholfen hat, aber sie ist nicht freundlich 😁 Ich habe nicht das Gefühl, dass wir willkommen sind, denn wenn sie spricht, verzieht sie ihr Gesicht wie ein Pokerspieler, das ist alles. Und guter Service für Niño, wenn ich mich nicht irre. Er hat uns beim Ein- und Auschecken geholfen und grüßt uns jedes Mal, wenn er uns sieht, mit den Mabuhay-Sätzen und bietet uns auch an, ein Foto von uns zu machen 😍 Gute Arbeit, Niño, für deinen guten Service hast du diese gute Bewertung verdient. Die Aussicht ist großartig, aber der Poolbereich ist nicht sauber und das Restaurant ist langweilig. Würde wiederkommen, wenn ich zufällig vorbeikomme ❤️ Danke!!

Großer Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen. Große Lage. Überrascht, ein Mini-Sanctuary im Stadtzentrum zu finden. Pool besetzt das ganze Hofzentrum. Sehr schön, sie haben ein Restaurant und Kaffee im Immobilien. Auch ein großer Parkplatz. Frühstückszeit könnte ein bisschen länger sein, aber schätze sie anrufen, um zu überprüfen, ob Sie Frühstück vor dem Frühstückszeitpunkt schließen. Das Badezimmer hat einen unbehaglichen Abwassergeräusch, von dem sie entkommen, aber endlich zurückgekommen.

Estancia was a great place to stay at when in Tagaytay. There is a Starbucks that is a 2-minute walk from the resort. There are great restaurants and a church that are not too far. Quite a bit of walk from the entrance to the unit we stayed at. There are stairs on the side of units, and you can walk to the rooftop to enjoy the view of Taal. The place is quiet and at night you can just relax on the balcony looking out to Taal lake, enjoying coffee and an intimate conversation with your significant other. We saw several units that have a great view of Taal, so we'll definitely book one of those units when we visit Tagaytay again. Last but not the least, the staff at Estancia are friendly.

The room is big and staffs are very accomodating and friendly.only downside was the water pressure but all good. Definitely recommended for church wedding/venue. As the church is less than a minute shuttle ride. I love the view and food.will definitely be back

We have a pleasant stay on these hotel. They have a maintained facility. It is regretful that these hotel was not further developed. Overall, these hotel is highly recommended for staycation.

Es gibt keine Aussicht auf den Ta*** Tay Lake, aber für den Preis ist es sauber und das Personal ist freundlich~ Dies ist ein Hotel, in dem ich das nächste Mal wieder übernachten möchte.
