2. **Family-Oriented:** This hotel is a haven for families. The expansive lawn provides ample space for children to run and play.
3. **Wide Parking Space:** Ample parking space makes it convenient for guests arriving with their vehicles.
4. **Breakfast Buffet:** Though the breakfast buffet had limited choices, every dish served was delicious and satisfying.
**Cons:**
1. **Unheated Pool:** Unfortunately, the pool is unheated, which might be a downside for those looking to take a dip in colder weather.

Es wäre meine erste Bewertung und erste Buchung mit Trip.com, und ich bin froh, dass es so ein erinnerelicher Aufenthalt im Anya Resort war. Das Resort war so entspannt und ich liebe die Einrichtungen, vor allem den Schwimmbad; es war ein erwärmter Pool, auch wenn Sie nachts schwimmen. Auch das Personal ist sehr gut zu beherbergen, wohin auch immer Sie gehen, wenn Sie am Tag sehen, dass sie nicht zögern, Sie zu begrüßen. Es war eine Freude, dass sie uns ein exklusiven Frühstücksbuffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge gegeben haben, obwohl wir nicht Elite-Mitglied im Club Lounge sind. Mein Verlobter und ich genossen, im Hotel zu bleiben. Anya Resort ist eines der besten Resorts, die wir bisher besucht haben. Wir planen bald wieder zurückzukommen. Just checked out from a stay at the One Ta***tay Place Hotel. This place had its contrasts, so it's difficult to give a simple good or bad verdict.
Firstly, let's commend the staff. Their service was top-notch – always available, ready to help, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. We had inquiries and requests that were accommodated promptly and efficiently. They are genuinely an asset to this establishment.
On the other side of the spectrum were the amenities and the room. It seems that the hotel could benefit from some much-needed refurbishments. Signs of wear were noticeable in the room furnishings and certain areas in the hotel. They weren’t a deal-breaker, but they did detract from the overall impression.
Another plus side of One Ta***tay Place: its location. It's perfectly nestled close to the most scenic vistas Ta***tay offers. Its proximity to major attractions is a bonus and is something that future guests would definitely appreciate.
In conclusion, One Ta***tay Place might not be a picture-perfect stay but it offers a decent, service-oriented experience, and uses its location to great advantage. A few upgrades could definitely elevate the guest experience.
Would I come back? Yes, though I do hope to see some improvements next time around. For the price, service, and location, it's still a considerably good deal.

Had an amazing restful time at Via Appia Tagaytay! We checked in late so we were kinda worried we wouldn't be able to fully enjoy the stay, but it's still a nice experience.
Toiletries and slippers were provided, towels weren't in the room yet so we had to request and it took some time for the staff to deliver it to our room since they're fully booked and we were informed that there was only one staff doing room service that night, probably because it was already a bit late. But other than that, the staff and even the guards are all accommodating and super nice. Plus points that they are not super strict with pets, unlike other ”pet-friendly” hotels.
Serving of breakfast took a bit of time but the food is nice nonetheless. Property is far from the Taal View but the view from the room and the open area of the hotel is beautiful in itself and also very relaxing. Good for families!
We weren't able to use the heated pool and the game room due to lack of time, so I'd recommend staying here for 2 nights or more.

Overall experience was great and meaningful. First, the staff were all accommodating. From the reception down to the room service attendants, everyone always greeted you with a smile and you can feel the positive disposition. The room was kept very orderly and my special request was granted. They did come up with a nicely done birthday themed decoration for my partner and kid. The complimentary cupcake with greeting was a really nice gesture. This hotel had a huge area that featured facilities to cater to different interests. I like the thought of visiting and feeding the animals at the Farm and the outdoor playground provided a good spot for my little daughter to run around and explore nature. There was an indoor playground too, which was very useful because it also rained the next day and we couldn't afford to expose my kid to the weather. There were 2 pool areas, and I like the thought of the kiddie pools with heaters, since the cold breeze was giving us the shivers. My little one was able to enjoy the dip in the water (also props to the staff who helped inflate the pool toy :)) The buffet breakfast didn't have that many selections, however, the quality of the food was superb. I like their Filipino breakfast lineup of chicken adobo, tocino, danggit and fried rice. The salad bar was also pretty decent with their selections of garnish and dressing.
In other words, I wouldn't mind a second visit. Highly recommended!

The room has a large screen TV, air conditioning that is cool enough, save in the part that you want to use a notebook and a relaxing corner with a comfortable sofa, a clean toilet with strong liquid flow, complete toiletries
Make sure that is clear and very relaxing to see a little soft light through and start the day very well
The staff here also provide good service, no jam and talk about travel information or recommend delicious restaurants nearby.
To get a great room, worth the price and really suitable for relaxation and will definitely come back again!

AAnonymer BenutzerWir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt hier im Lake Hotel Ta***tay. Es ist auch unser erster Besuch in Ta***tay. Und sie haben meinen Eltern zu meinem Hochzeitstag ein kostenloses Geschenk gemacht. Eine Sache, die mich enttäuscht hat, ist, dass unser Zimmer nicht groß genug ist und es überhaupt keine Aussicht gibt. Ich war beim Einchecken einfach schockiert, dass das von mir gebuchte Zimmer ein Standardzimmer ist, obwohl ich selbst weiß, dass ich ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht hatte. Ich habe auch ein Doppelbett gewählt und darum gebeten, ein zusätzliches Bett aufzustellen, falls das für 5 Personen nicht möglich ist. Aber es gibt keins. Danke an Frau Camille, dass sie uns beim Ein- und Auschecken geholfen hat, aber sie ist nicht freundlich 😁 Ich habe nicht das Gefühl, dass wir willkommen sind, denn wenn sie spricht, verzieht sie ihr Gesicht wie ein Pokerspieler, das ist alles. Und guter Service für Niño, wenn ich mich nicht irre. Er hat uns beim Ein- und Auschecken geholfen und grüßt uns jedes Mal, wenn er uns sieht, mit den Mabuhay-Sätzen und bietet uns auch an, ein Foto von uns zu machen 😍 Gute Arbeit, Niño, für deinen guten Service hast du diese gute Bewertung verdient. Die Aussicht ist großartig, aber der Poolbereich ist nicht sauber und das Restaurant ist langweilig. Würde wiederkommen, wenn ich zufällig vorbeikomme ❤️ Danke!!

MMPMGEstancia was a great place to stay at when in Tagaytay. There is a Starbucks that is a 2-minute walk from the resort. There are great restaurants and a church that are not too far. Quite a bit of walk from the entrance to the unit we stayed at. There are stairs on the side of units, and you can walk to the rooftop to enjoy the view of Taal. The place is quiet and at night you can just relax on the balcony looking out to Taal lake, enjoying coffee and an intimate conversation with your significant other. We saw several units that have a great view of Taal, so we'll definitely book one of those units when we visit Tagaytay again. Last but not the least, the staff at Estancia are friendly.

Von der Ankunft aus fühlten wir uns unglaublich willkommen. Der Blick auf unseren Aufenthalt war die erstaunliche Aussicht auf den Talal Volcano aus unserem Zimmer. Jeden Morgen war es wirklich magisch, auf einen so atemberaubenden Blick zu wachen und einen besonderen Touch zu unserer Feier hinzuzufügen.
Wir waren auch froh, viele wilde Affen um das Gebäude zu treffen. Es war eine einzigartige und spannende Erfahrung, die unseren Aufenthalt noch erinnerelicher machte.
Das Frühstück in Villa Ibarra war fantastisch. Es gab eine Vielzahl von leckeren Optionen, und alles war frisch und gut vorbereitet. Es war der perfekte Weg, unseren Tag zu beginnen, und wir freuen uns auf ihn jeden Morgen.
Eines unserer Lieblingsmerkmale war der gemütliche Jacuzzi. Es war der ideale Ort, nach einem Tag der Erforschung zu entspannen und zu entspannen. Das warme Wasser und die ruhige Atmosphäre machten es einen perfekten Ort für eine gewisse Qualitätszeit zusammen.
Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in Villa Ibarra außergewöhnlich. Die Kombination der erstaunlichen Sprachen-Volcano-Ansicht, die spannenden Wildlife-Treffen, das leckere Frühstück und der entspannende Jacuzzi für eine perfekte Geburtstagsfeier für meine Frau. Wir sind dem Personal dankbar für ihre warme Gastfreundschaft und für die Erinnerung an unseren Aufenthalt.

JJuvy BendijoWir genossen unserem Aufenthalt, obwohl es perfekt wäre, wenn die Hauswirtschaft auf die Reinigung aufmerksam gemacht - es ist Haustier freundlich, so dass die Lobby und das Zimmer einen fehlenden Geruch hat, der wirklich ein wenig gründliche Reinigung benötigen könnte.
Der Taschentuch für das freie Wasser war schmutzig, wir haben nicht die Wasserglasses verwendet, weil es nicht sauber ist auch.
Der Pool war nicht so sauber wie auch - vielleicht war es wegen des Regens, ich donno lol. Der Regen ruinierte das Gefühl des Gartens und wäre so entspannt gewesen, um ihren Garten zu besuchen :( was wir nicht konnten.
Die Empfangsbüros waren hilfreich - sie gingen oben und weiter, indem sie mir mit dem Wasserheizer helfen :) Danke!
Die Einrichtungen wie Haartrockner, Kaffee, Shampoo und Waschbeutel waren nicht im Zimmer bereit und ich muss sie anrufen, bevor es angeboten. Es war alles komplimentär, so ist es ok :)
Die Reste sind vernünftig bezahlt und das Essen war ok ~ wir hatten Abendessen in Sweet Knot Haven und Frühstück in Bodhi Café.

AAnonymer BenutzerWe booked a Superior room for an overnight stay at Lee Boutique Hotel Tagaytay. It has two available bed types: one queen size or two single beds. We requested for one queen-size bed and also noted that we will be checking in late since it has conflict with our work schedule. We called the property, and the Baguio branch replied to us and referred us to the Tagaytay branch contact number. They didn't reply to us when we contacted them, but when checked in, we had a smooth transaction. Our only concern is that they don't have slippers, which was stated on our confirmation email. Guards are accommodating. We asked if the pool was available, and the guard opened the gate for us to access it. We were occupying the whole pool in the morning. Thank you!

AArdin SusanaTagaytay has always been a popular destination for a quick getaway, offering breathtaking views of Taal Volcano and a refreshing escape from the city heat. Recently, I had the opportunity to experience a staycation at the Tagaytay Residence by SMCo, and I'm happy to share my thoughts.
The Accommodation:
I stayed at the Wind Residences, a towering high-rise condo with a cozy and classy lobby. The staff and security guards were polite, and the elevators worked smoothly. The unit itself was basic but comfortable, with a wooden wall separating the living room from the bedroom. It had a TV, Wi-Fi, a comfortable sofa set, a refrigerator, chairs and tables, and a double-decker bed. While the air conditioning wasn't centralized, the natural cool air of Tagaytay was sufficient. The bathroom had a hot and cold shower.
Amenities and Facilities:
The Wind Residences has a fantastic clubhouse with three swimming pools, two outdoor and one indoor. While there's a fee of ₱150 per person for using the pool, it's worth it for the experience. The clubhouse also has a gym, function rooms, billiard tables, darts, basketball, badminton and lawn tennis courts, and a kiddie playground. The jogging path is huge, and there's a vacant lot in the middle where guests can fly drones. There are also a few shops on the first floor of the buildings, including Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, Ace Hardware, BDO, and a 7/11.
What I Loved:
- The scenic garden and open field
- The clubhouse and other amenities
- The location
- The security
Areas for Improvement:
- The parking is expensive.
- The Wi-Fi is limited.
- The sky deck is unfinished.
- The restrooms are unfinished.
- A heated pool or small jacuzzi would be a great addition.
Overall:
My staycation at the Tagaytay Residence by SMCo was hassle-free and enjoyable. The host was responsive, and the accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and affordable staycation in Tagaytay.
