New hotel and very clean rooms. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Love the muji vibes in the rooms. Only 10mins away from Queensbay. Staff are all friendly and courteous. Will definitely stay again.

Ich kam gegen 10 Uhr im Hotel an und wurde vom Hotelpersonal informiert, dass der früheste Check-in um 14 Uhr sein wird. Im Allgemeinen waren die Hotelmitarbeiter höflich und professionell. Als ich das Zimmer buchte, bat ich um ein Zimmer in einem der oberen Stockwerke und mein Zimmer war im 18. Stock. Fantastische Aussicht, teilweise mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Es verfügt über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein Dampfbad und einen privaten Pool. Großartig für Paare oder sogar für Familien. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Flughafens.

This was our 1st time at Amari Spice but from the on set was a bad experience. Driving into the hotel I could not drive to the lobby entrance to drop my family & luggage as it was blocked for some reason best known to Amari. Security at the entrance was of no help & I ended up blocking the way of a car at the back. What was supposed to be destress trip, started off on bad note. Anyway cursing Amari Spice for being worst than a 1 star hotel, I reversed back into the lobby entrance. Told this bad experience while checking in to the front office staff but they were not bothered  Going to the room found the mattress to be too soft sinking when you lay down & the air cond temp tops up at 26.5 degress, not everyone likes the room super cold. These 2 shortcomings are something that you wld not find in a 4 or 5 star hotels but looks like Amari is still figuring out where they stand. Even many 3 star hotels are better. Moving to the shower both rain & hand shower water flow was dispointing at best with temperature regulation being a challenge. Since my home is at Bukit Jambu & the main reason of chosing Amari was to destress, which was not possible with the said room conditions, I had to leave my family both nights to head home to rest. The matteress, shower & air cond at home the best. Wondering how Amari claims to be home away from home. On a good note the staff were courteous & friendly. Inclosing would I stay at Amari Spice again. NO.

Die Lage ist relativ abgelegen, nicht so praktisch wie in anderen Hotels, in denen ich zum Essen und Einkaufen übernachtet habe. Alles andere ist in Ordnung. Ich verstehe nicht, dass der Parkplatz kostenlos ist Hotel? Vorab eingecheckt

Wir kamen um 16:45 Uhr in der Lobby an, aber das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Wir warteten bis 17:30 Uhr und baten um ein anderes Zimmer. Der Parkplatz ist voll, da im Hotel eine Veranstaltung stattfindet, also muss ich weit weg vom Hotel parken. Ansonsten ist alles zufriedenstellend👍

I recently stayed at Eastin Hotel Penang and I was disappointed with the lack of basic amenities. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Additionally, I requested hand soap, but housekeeping failed to refill it during my stay. This experience fell short of my expectations, and I hope the management will address these issues for future guests.

No television in the room. Bathroom/ toilet quite small. There's a gap on the bathroom door (u can see thru the gap). During day time, there's noise coming from construction site nearby. It's near to the airport, but our visited places mostly very far from the hotel (example: batu feringghi, batu maung, komtar etc.)

Ich habe dieses Hotel zum ersten Mal einen traditionellen Hotel Malay besucht. Ich war nicht enttäuscht. Der Eingangsfoyer hat eine Reihe von alten Artefakten, darunter sehr alte Fischerboote. Es gibt einen berühmten Restauranteingang über die Fenster des marokkanischen Stils. In der Nähe eines zu besuchenden Muss ist der charmante Sam Poh Fußabdruck-Tempel.
