Ein Hotel, das 4 Sterne+ verdient: freundliches und stets verfügbares Personal, tadellose Zimmer, internationales Frühstück voller süßer und herzhafter Speisen, das Stadtzentrum ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Wenn wir nach Ancona zurückkehren würden, würden wir ihn auf jeden Fall wieder wählen.

Located in a beautiful place, close to the city center and railway station. Breakfast is generous and there is all you need. Totally recommend it and will choose it again.

In der Nacht unseres Aufenthaltes fand in der Nähe ein sehr lautes Konzert statt, welches bis nach 1 Uhr Nachts ging und auch durch die Fenster drang. Unsere Frage nach einem Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels wurde mit einem Angebot auf 2 Einzelzimmer beantwortet, was wir ablehnten. Nach dem Konzert ging der Lärm bis 04:15 Uhr durch Personen direkt am Hotel weiter, die sich laut unterhielten. Wir mussten also das Fenster geschlossen halten, als die Klimaanlage automatisch abschaltete. Bis ca. 5 Uhr war die Luft stickig, wir hatten eine schlaflose Nacht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Gebäude schien etwas etwas gealtert und nicht dem uns bekannten NH-Standard zu entsprechen.

The Mole Vanvitelliana is a historic building of the city, it is located 5 min walking from the hotel and it is an area dedicated to events, conventions, concerts, museums, etc. It has nothing to do with the hotel. Wir sind nach Ancona gekommen um das Schiff nach Griechenland zu nehmen, aber da es Probleme mit dem Schiff gab, hat sich die Fahrt auf den nächsten Tag verschoben. Wir haben von einem Italiener eine empfehlung für das NH hotel bekommen und sind gleich hin gefahren. Wir waren Um 21 :30 abends im hotel. Wir waren zu dritt. Es gab Leider kein Zimmer mit 3 Betten und der Mann an der Reception hat uns empfohlen ein doppelt Zimmer und ein einzeln zu nehmen. Das doppelt Zimmer hat 120 € gekostet und einzeln Zimmer 70 €. Die Zimmern waren sauber es gab Klimanlage, saubere Wäsche und Tücher, handseife, shampoo, conditioner, hand und body lotion es war wirklich Luxurius für die price!! Nächste Tag um 7 Uhr morgens haben wir ausgecheckt, morgens war ein andere Mann an der Rezeption dieser sagt uns ''ihr habt eine 30 Euro Nachzahlung offen'' wir fragten wieso und dann kam die Antwort weil das einzeln Zimmer 100 Euro gekostet hat. Warum der Kollege auf der Frühschicht plötzlich 30 Euro mehr wollte haben wir nicht verstanden, weil eigentlich hat der Kollege auf der Nachtschicht und ein anderen Betrag genannt den wir auch sofort gezahlt haben. Auch wenn ich daran denke, dass es ein System Fehler war, dann sollte man dies im nach hinein nicht auf den Gast abwälzen. (hätt der Kollege es uns bei einchecken schon gesagt, dann wären wir in ein anderes Hotel gefahren)

If You arrive late in the evening be prepared to get a cab... There is no transport to the city center after 10 pm from the airport. And it is difficult to arrange one...

Great welcome upon arrival. The restaurant was closed but the guy let us stay anyway with some Pizzas delivery. We loved the Conero wine suggested and the story of it were interesting Really appreciate all..

I have stayed here multiple times when travelling for business but again my review remains the same. The decor needs updating and the rooms need cleaning better. I found rust on the towel rails and on the shower. Things need to be refurbished instead of charging the same money for outdated rooms and worst of all is the WI-FI this is so poor and not good enough in a 4* hotel. In my opinion this is not a 4* hotel it is closer to a 3*. The only good thing I would say was the staff were really nice and welcoming

While the Lobby and restaurant are very nice the hotel could really use and update. The hallways are dark and really outdated. The AC gets shut off every night so it is hard to sleep because the temp goes from cool to hot. Every day when the room was made up they cranked the temperature up so it was very hot after walking up 2 flights of stairs then up the hill to the hotel. The wifi was terrible, video would buffer every 45 sections if it ran at all. The staff was great though.

Questionable fire life safety and compliance with statutory requirements. Smelly rooms and old furniture. Sigarette smell in corridor and outdated amenities in the room. Average service by staff with pleasent experience at the restaurant.

An excellent hotel with very good a/c and very clean also.Very good location near the port but also near to the centre. Very quiet with a large refrigerator in the room and comfortable bed. I choose it for 9 years !!
