friendly staff, really appreciated having breakfast packages prepared the night before to bring to our room as we had to leave extra early in the moring, more convient with kids, will deffinetly stay again

The hotel is right off of the snowmobile trail. There is ample room for trailer parking and 24/7 fuel station on site. Breakfast is simple pre-packaged items in which you can choose from, but handy to have that. It is a bit out of town, so you need to travel by vehicle into town for any restaurants. The gym's equipment is simple but in very good working order. Staff were very pleasant despite our fairly non-existent knowledge of the French language.

The rooms are very nice. Outdoor hot tubs are a nice amenity. Very friendly helpful staff. Right on the snowmobile trail with gas station and convenience store. Unfortunately not close to any restaurants

Absolutely amazing room, huge , jetted tub ,great price. Only downfall is 18 wheelers driving by actually shook the room.

Breakfast was “make your own coffee in your room and given a cold bagged breakfast sandwich as you leave!” Yuk! Go straight to Tim Hortons!!!

Awesome hotel, very comfortable bed and good air conditioning! Looking forward to go back.

It’s needs no real floor not rugs. Rugs make it seem dirty

Housekeeping clean the room only "upon request". The problem is they don't tell you that upon check-in. So no clean towels, coffee cups or coffee. They advertize "American breakfast included". The worst breakfast I ever had. You need to complete a form and select 4 items. Then you need to go pick-up your breakfast the night before and keept it in your room. The egg sandwich with bacon in frozen and completely dry. You have to warm it in the microwave oven. There is a choice of Muffin or croissant. They ran out of croissant. I asked for a chocolate muffin, I got a bleuberry. Again, those are factory made muffins mostlikely prepared weeks in advance. I ordered an orange juice: there was a note in my bag that they had no more orange juice and they gave me apple juice. And you have to make your own coffee in your room. No service and awful food. Finally, the hotel censure the sites you can access on the internet. Totally ridiculus. I will never stay there again.
