不錯的賓館

We booked for two nights and checked out after one night, I woke up with bite marks on my lower back. Not sure if they're flea or bedbug bites. After looking at images of different bug bites I'm leaning that these are flea bites because they're more spread out unlike the pattern of three that bed bugs do

This is the worst place in Buffalo! Do not stay here. They tried to bait and switch me with a promised price, then tried to raise the price later. When I pointed out that I was promised one rate, they got irate at me for their incompetence. The manager, Raj, is rude and unprofessional. Do not stay here!!!!

First, there is only 2 useable outlets. In the bath and near the table. THE WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN! Serious Fire Hazard! You can use the a/c otherwise you feel you are in a tomb!! There is only 1 Community microwave for the use of the whole motel. The toilet seat slides left to right (ouch!) Pictures shown here or otherwise are Fake! No Snack bar! No breakfast unless you only drink coffee. The bedrooms and beds are very drab and plain and give you the feeling of anxiety and suffocation! This place Does Not promote comfort or relaxation.

I have been here several times before, and have been happy. What changed? Did good management get replaced by really crappy management? We were ready to take our morning shower to find there was no shampoo. I called the front desk, and was told, sternly, "we don't have anyone working. you have to come to the front desk to get the shampoo." First of all, I don't work for Motel 6, so why should I have to pick up the shampoo? Second, why isn't there shampoo in the room already? Did they even prepare this room, or did we just sleep in someone else's filth? Is this why the entire floor of the room feels slimy and sticky? DISGUSTING. And third, the person answering the phone could AND SHOULD have taking initiative and brought shampoo down to our room (which wasn't very far from the desk). Was he just too lazy? Of course, we will not be back.

We checked in later on a Friday night, coming from Canada. When we got there, we were met with a very unenthusiastic desk clerk. He checked us in after making some strange expressions at us and our reservation, and sent us on our way. When we got in to the room, it was disappointing. The room looked more like a college dorm room than a hotel room. It was almost like it used to have two beds but they removed one and put in a tiny square table and 1 chair. There was a mini fridge but no microwave like was advertised and paid for. The bathroom was dated and the shower was peeling. When we saw only two small pillows on the bed, we went down and spoke to a second desk clerk about getting more pillows, when the first desk clerk who checked us in said something to him that we couldn’t hear and then the second clerk said “No we don’t have anymore pillows”. Strange for a hotel to run out of pillows. Other than this, the rest of the night was ok, however the bed was not very comfortable. In the morning, we asked the very nice female clerk (Amy) at the desk for more pillows and she said yes, and when we got back to the hotel room there were two more pillows on the bed. When we checked out, Amy was behind the counter again and asked how our stay was. We said it was ok, and left it at that. Amy was incredibly nice and attentive, making sure we left happy. Overall, the stay was less than great, but it’s a Motel6 after all.

I came to the area for a canine competition event. I came in Friday evening, stayed one night, checked out Saturday morning. The motel was clean, I felt save, had good wifi, the refigerator/freezer worked as did the air conditioning. The place was quiet aside from traffic noise from the interstate. What more can you want for $106 total cost including fees and taxes? If you want more amenities go elsewhere and you will get them but you will pay twice that much for the room at least. This served my purpposes perfectly. thank you!

Motel 6 bills itself as basic no frills so it was what we expected and were not surprised. Room was very clean. Everything worked, nice shower, nice TV with plenty of channels, ample and easily accessible outlets. No refrigerator but they have ice & we had a cooler so no problem. Coffee machine & microwave in the lobby. Bed a little creaky but comfortable. Friendly staff and good value for the cost.

I'm a travel agent and have stayed at this location and booked several clients over 10 years. Since my last stay (Pre CoVid) there is new management. I came from Canada and was told there is a 150 deposit wbich is something new and not posted on ***********. I protested but ended up with the secutity deposit. I was told I would get my money back when I check out. I stayed for two nights with my three grandchildren. The night before checkout I called to get a 12pm checkout. At 1115am the next day a big intimidating man knocked on the door and asked when I will be getting out of the room?? I explained that I arranged for a later checkout. At 1140am he asked when I will be leaving and that if I wasnt out of the room by 12pm that he would keep my deposit?? To make matters worse when I went to the front desk he told me my refund will take upto five business days to be credited to my card. I asked him his name and his managers name he refused to give both names. Then he proceeded to call the police on me and told me to get out of the lobby with my grandchildren. I wasnt rude or disrespectful but wanted to know why I was told I would be refunded right away and I was not. He also said Im banned from all Motel 6 hotels???The police thought it was crazy he called them for such a matter.
