Lovely hotel lovely room however the breakfast and breakfast timings let it down which was a real shame. Also no welcome treat for my birthday which other guests received, after leaving a note in my reservation.

Great service, all the time. Food hearty, clever and enjoyable.
Drinks reasonably priced.
Room spotless and we travel a lot, so notice tue small things... even the mini-milk bottle, for fresh milk, when you need a decent cup of tea.
Special thanks to Abi, Hannah and Jack... and the night porter, doubling up on bar duty. All were above and beyond, making it look effortless, when we knew it wasn't !
Don't forget Housekeeping !
Common parts hoovered, clean were almost invisible.
Will be staying again.

This place is amazing, I loved every bit of it.
Staff are friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, so clean and the little duck in the bathroom so cute plus the radio on low, loved it. The hotel looks cosy with a great a**osphere. Can’t wait to come back here.

We had booked the Deluxe double room and it was excellent. Very clean and beautiful facilities as well as having tremendous old oak beams. Our room overlooked the High St so there was occasional background noise but it did not trouble us. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were excellent. We would stay here again and we made sure we got the directory for the other hotels in the chain because if they are of the same quality and price, we will visit those as well. My wife says it is the nicest hotel she has stayed in. I think it's pretty good as well.

Hotel was refurbished approximately 5 months ago and is very tidy all-round.
The staff are very welcoming and friendly and I have to give a special mention to Abi Grace and Tegan. They are a credit to themselves and the hotel. Thankyou for making our short stay welcoming.
We ate dinner there one night and although the menu is fairly limited at the moment, the quality of the food (and service,) could not be criticised. The alcoholic drinks are not the cheapest, however you can expect this. Whilst on food, the breakfast is very good with continental and a choice of cooked.
The room was lovely, good quality bed, complimentary bottled water, quality coffee / tea.
All in all, would recommend this lovely hotel.

Recently refurbished and now a great place to stay. Room, staff and service all excellent and good value. I often stay over in the area on business and this is my new go-to.

It is a beautifully decorated hotel which is so comfortable and friendly.
Excellent service from the staff especially at breakfast.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a choice of breakfasts differing from the normal. The mushrooms and spinach on a muffin and scrambled eggs, worth getting out of bed for.

Lovely stay - The room was decorated really nicely, and was in FANTASTIC condition - I was really impressed. Breakfast was great. Everyone I spoke to at the hotel was lovely. In a great area - very convenient to Stonehenge.
