Just returned from a 10 night stay. Family of 3. Our room was lovely, modern and spotless. Yes some staff were more friendly than others but they worked very hard and were immaculate at all times You could only hear the pool music at certain spots around the pool during the day. If u sat right next to the speakers then yes it was louder. The aqua aerobics gave you a real good workout and it was a bit of fun. Holidays are all about having fun, to us anyway. Food lovely especially the breakfast. The only criticism was the restaurant on an evening did not open until 8pm which was a little late for us but the Spanish do eat later so that's fair enough. Looking to book again next year we enjoyed it that much. Thank you Cap Negret

Lovely hotel would recommend to all. 10minute walk from Altea old town. Lovely building and pool area. It was very quiet when we were there had the pool to ourselves. All facilities clean. Staff friendly and approachable. We had bed and breakfast lovely selection of fruit, pastries, cereal, breads, cold meat, cheese, eggs and bacon. It is down a lane therefore slightly precarious walking back at night. Wouldn’t recommend for a lone female. We booked a twin room and there were balcony doors with a tiny balcony not big enough to able to sit out there. We only booked last minute for a one night stay but that would put me off if we were there longer and that’s the only reason I have marked down to 4/5.
