Ich reise oft ruhig und versuchen, mit den Marriott-Marken zu halten, wenn ich kann. Bei Ankunft ist das Hotel beeindruckend. Ein großer Eingang und ein riesiges Atrium begrüßt Sie. Das Personal war willkommen und freundlich. Ich kam am Sonntag spät an und das Restaurant war offen, was eine gute Überraschung war. Das Zimmer war ursprünglich ok, aber nach der ersten Nacht begann es, auf dich zu springen. Ich bin nicht normal, dass ich mich beschwere, aber ich habe eine komplette Linenänderung gefragt. Die Mitarbeiter waren zugekommen, aber der Geruch dauerte während meines Aufenthalts und ich ging auf Fabreeze kaufen, um den Geruch zu minimieren. Die Bettdecken waren gefärbt und die ersetzten Pilze waren mehr als ein gefärbter Tank als ein Schnauzweiß. Die Teppiche waren absolut scharf. Nur durch den Boden zu gehen, nachdem eine Dusche Ihre Füße an die Teppiche gehängt und es machte die Füße Ihrer Füße schwarz. Ich resortierte den Rest des Aufenthalts zu Flip-Flops. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe von der Stadt, wo die Stadt ist.

Dieses Hotel war in Ordnung. Wir haben es gewählt, weil die Lage nahe war, im Hintergrund hätten wir näher an die Küste geblieben und zum Event geführt. Wir machten Cape Canaveral 1 Tag und der Strand am anderen Tag. Mein Hauptproblem mit dem Hotel war der Aufzug, es dauerte für immer - ich würde vorschlagen, auf dem 1. Stock zu bleiben, um nicht irritiert zu sein. Service war fantastisch, aber wenn Sie Handtücher am Pool brauchen, müssen Sie vielleicht einige aus dem Zimmer bringen. Auch nur 3 Wohnsitzplätze am Pool.

When we first tried to check in there was a problem with the system as several of my credit cards didn't work even though they were all good. This was for a deposit. The woman who checked us in was very nice. One card finally worked. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The next morning and every morning the breakfast was very good. We were staying here to go to Daytona International Speedway two days in a row. I found that although it is the Orlando area it is still cheaper than staying closer to Daytona. It is only an hour drive to Daytona from there. The first night we returned to the hotel about 3:30AM and found that our room door was not closed all the way and therefore unlocked. I called the desk right away to report it. Luckily nothing was missing. The next day we went back to the track (Saturday). Upon returning that night just before midnight we found our key cards didn't work. We went around to the front door. The inside door was locked, I couldn't see anyone at the desk and there was no sign directing you to the intercom on wall which I didn't notice. I tapped on door. My wife noticed the intercom after that. The woman at the desk spoke to us through it. I told her our key cards were not working. She asked if we were staying there after that. I said yes. She let us in and blamed us for the card problem because my wife put her phone on the desk saying we put the cards by our phones. I pointed out that my card was in my wallet and no where near my phone. She gave us new cards. She was very rude in my opinion. When we got to our room it was not made up with no towels replaced. We checked out the next morning.

So we decided to stay here for one night as we were going to kings landing in the morning. We had our paddleboards with us and asked the hotel to help us store them and they declined. We asked if we could use the meeting room, happy to pay for it, but they said “no, they weren’t sure if they had a meeting the next day…” they had 6 rooms check in.. shocker there was no meeting. We had to lug our paddle boards to the second floor. What’s disappointing is the front desk girl Sadie, informed me there were 6 whole checkins for the entire day… and they wouldn’t even consider taking more money to store paddleboards in an unused room. There’s no manager there overnight so you know, that’s wonderful. Our room had no conditioner or shampoo. The pool was apparently “broken” but they can’t quite communicate that you can still access the pool at the holiday inn.. as they own both properties. The staff there at night is definitely not the “A” crowd. I don’t feel safe there I wouldn’t stay here or the holiday in. Considering there’s no night managers you’re not getting anyone who cares. Why are you paying a premium. Go somewhere else. But avoid the hotel next door it’s owned by the same company. Give your money to Marriott

I was their attending a weeding the rooms were very clean amenities were also on point clean and relaxing it welt like a home away from home from Gabby,Janez and Pedro in the front seat with 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service as well as Evans breakfast attendant was really cool and pleasant.. and how can I forget about Tasha the bartender she was great to talk to and made me a fantastic margarita..I would recommend this Hilton if you need to stay in the lake Mary area they get 5 star quality of professionalism and made me feel like home for my 4 day stay... Thank you

Ich wünsche, wir hätten es erlaubt, 1/2 Sterne zu geben. Ich gebe diese Eigenschaft 4.5. Während Sanford eine wunderschöne Stadt ist, mit großen Geschäften und Restaurants, bleiben viele Menschen dort, weil sie in/aus der SFB fliegen oder den Autobahn. Dieses Hotel ist sauber und verfügt über alle Bedürfnisse: Gäste Wäscherei, Eis auf jedem Stock, Business Center, wo Sie Dinge ausdrucken können und Gäste Wäscherei. Auch viele Ketterestaurants in weniger als 5 Minuten Fahrt (d. h. Cracker Barrel, Texas Roadhouse, Outback). Während ich den Flughafenshuttle nicht benutzte, war es draußen um 3:40am, als ich zum Flughafen fahren, um mein Mietwagen zu fallen. Das ist ein gutes Zeichen. Es gibt mehrere Allegiant Flüge, die um 6 Uhr verlassen, so dass Sie Zugang zu einem Shuttle um 4 Uhr haben ist eine willkommene Erleichterung. Monique at the front desk was friendly and professional. I am from LA in health inspection field. While my visit does not entail this hotel and my review is solely independent hence the reason it's anonymous, I must say I was very impressed with the breakfast server who I later learned name is Natalie. She does need to learn to smile but she did not stand for people using their bare hands on food items. She reprimanded grown men and replenished the items daily. I am impressed with this because I travel throughout the US and very few Marriott or high end hotels practices this. If I were the health inspector I. Your region who witnessed this daily, I would give you a passing grade with no hesitation along with the current certification. Your management should be proud. My only complaints are housekeeping was poor. They had vacuumed the room and hallway but it still looked dirty. Also while sitting in the lobby I noticed who I later found out to be the GM walked by a piece of trash on the floor on her way to and from. The bathroom. That say a lot to me. Other than that the few people, Monique Natalie Carla and Dennis made my stay well appreciated. Thank you! 😊

Jeff and Christina are 2 of the most kind hearted people I have ever met in my life . They both went above and beyond to help my children and I we are from ohio and my car unfortunately broke down for a bit they not only welcomed us with open arms they called a mechanic and made sure we were comfortable and had help in every way the could possibly help us . This was by fat the best hotel experience I have had.

GGuest UserFirst time there. Construction volume imposed some on business meetings. Suite afforded additional meeting space that was needed and functional. Room was clean and w comfortable bed and nice lake view. The complimentary happy hour was enjoyed and served w a smile. Breakfast was very good and with many options to suit any appetite. The location is convenient to I-4, but the traffic did not present a sound issue for this light sleeper. Lunch at the steakhouse would have been a great option, but was not available. The lake promenade and surrounding venues were welcome respites after long days of work. We prepaid in full but at check-in the gentleman at the desk requested payment. He went into a backroom to inquire and came out w the same communication. I called my manager who spoke w the gentleman about the prepayment including, assurances there would be no problem. My manager had to leave home and drive into work on her day off to obtain details to provide to the gentleman. Around this time, Dani became available and offered to help. She quickly located the reservation, noted it was prepaid and she checked me in without any difficulty. Reason for declaring this incident is so that you can provide training required for the gentleman and whomever he was consulting in the backroom. Both were misinformed and may provide improved service w training.

GGuest UserIch und mein Freund blieben eine Woche im Zimmer 309 und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Front-Desk-Arbeiter Leah war sehr freundlich, willkommen und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und Hausbetreiber und Hausbetreuer war immer freundlich und tat die Arbeit mit der Hand. Insgesamt würden wir, wenn wir in der Gegend wären, gerne wieder im Hotel bleiben.

My stay at Days Inn and Suites was very short, only for business. For the price it was suitable, you get what you pay for. Check inn was easy no issues. Good customer service from staff. Rooms are being renovated, which is a plus. Bed was comfortable but smelled of cigarettes w/ cigarette burns. Other than that, the stay was quiet.

The hotel is being renovated, I knew it was a bit run down so I paid the extra money to have a remoduled room, when I went to go to bed there where roaches on my pillow and in my bed, when I ask front desk if I could speak with management the next morning about it he said she would be back tomorrow, I had wanted t to move to another room at a discounted rate for my troubles instead I got the cold shoulder, aweful hotel
