What a disappointing hotel. The service was awful throughout. Whatever the question the answer was always NO! Check in time was 2:00pm. I arrived at noon and asked for an early check in. NO! The room was ready but unless I paid $50 they would not allow early check in. (A different clerk did eventually check me in early) The restaurant closed at 7:00pm for dinner and there was no nearby option. I got take out and just asked for silverware and an empty glass. NO, you may not take to room. Eventually I procured a single fork (still no glass allowed in room. “People steal them”). 30 min later, a knock on the door asking for the fork back! Bar was horribly stocked. Red wine? NO. White Wine? NO. Just beer Breakfast opened at 7am. I arrived at 6:50 and just asked if I could have a coffee while i waited. NO. They ran out of juice, asked for more….wait for it…NO. Power was off several times, once for 2+ hours. Windows don’t open so it became very stuffy. Room was not cleaned one day. I asked just for fresh towels. I had to bring my used ones down to the front desk, where they counted them to be replaced. I guess their guests steal towels too! On checkout I asked politely if I could speak to the manager. “No manager here”. That kinda sums up the whole stay. Many, many better options here and this should never be part of IHG with the terrible service

On a holiday in Kazakhstan for 15 days, my wife and I stayed at this hotel on 3 different occasions and have returned with mixed reactions - 1) 2 Nights on the first leg of our trip - Though the hotel and room looked a little rundown requiring refurbishment, it was a comfortable stay and service though, very stiff and formal, was acceptable. Breakfast - Very good; Communication - Poor due to most staff members being unable to communicate in English. 2) 1 Night on the second leg - Room very good. Service - Stiff but again acceptable. Breakfast again very good and communication poor. BUT the worst part was that the integrity of house keeping and reception staff was suspicious. While checking out after our first stay, my wife had left behind a set of clothes in the wardrobe. This came to realization, after reaching our next destination and I immediately called up the hotel and informed them. The lady assured that she would check and ring back, which she never did. When we checked-in around 5 days later, I was told that house-keeping had reported that nothing was left behind. My wife was firm and we asked to speak to a senior manager or the GM. It was then that we were asked to please wait for a recheck once again. One hour later, I received a call in my room, requesting me to collect the dress from the reception, without the courtesy of having it sent up to our room. 3) 1 Night on the last leg, before taking our flight back home. Room - Small and in very poor condition with walls having peeling wall paper and stains, Shower room, very small restricting mobility for me at 184cms height. I requested if the room could be changed but was answered with a curt - SORRY. OVERALL - This hotel definitely needs to upgrade it's service which is the FIRST ESSENTIAL in the hospitality business. A mechanical smile and words of welcome are not enough to convince a traveller to come back. If my bookings were not pre-confirmed, I would certainly not re-visit after our experience on the second time.

首先我要澄清一下，所拍攝的照片比實際的狀況漂亮太多了！實況非常一般比想像中更差！第一次住入像公寓式的老宿舍房間內很特別！沒有空調（只提供電風扇），沒有冰箱，設備簡陋老舊，電視掛在牆上像裝飾品不使用！房型全部都一樣沒有任何選擇！住了4晚清潔人員連招呼都不打，人与人完全沒有互動看起來很冷漠（可能語言不通的緣故吧！）本人4晚住下來完全沒𠕇倒過垃圾也沒有作清潔工作完全我自己自助！估計什麼叫「服務」她們應該不懂？！我想可能承襲以前蘇聯時代遺留下來的壞習慣吧！這回總算讓我大開眼界見識一番也算是難得的旅行經歷吧！提醒想入住此宿舍的旅人要有心理準備！簡單純樸習慣就好…. 平安順利。

In einem komplett guten Hotel ...da müde ... Still .... Handtücher für die Hände der Füße des Gesichts und des Körpers ... Seife alles da ist ...bar Bit .... Teezucker ist ....Fen Teacher.. Es gibt einen glatten Raum ... gute Lage .... viel, dass es ... und geben Sie einen Platz ruhig ...

The breakfast was good, but not fantastic. The room was good and clean, there were some supplies in the toilette. Parks and places around the hotel are nice, and you can have a good walk around, if you wish. There were always noise (I'd assume cleaners did some work) quite early in the morning. Another issue is that the breakfast time in the morning is until 10am sharp, which is not convenient for people travelling from Europe for leisure. As I understood, there're no alternatives available. We asked a bottle of water and an additional blanked to the room, and it was challenging to get them. Particularly, with the bottle of water, as they refused to put the cost of it on the hotel room, but requested a cash payment. It was a surprise for us.

Stayed there for a night during my KZ trip, the hotel is located at a very comfortable location , the hotel rooms looks like more of heritage room with a few old decor plates and felt really warm, they provided with all the necessity services, and a secured cloak room was also there, I kept my luggage after checkout for almost a day and they were really helpful to store them at their place without any hassle and provided back the same in couple of minutes, They staff here speaks fluent English as well and take extra efforts to help their guest. Would definitely recommend to stay and get to know the services of the same.

Die große Schwester Kasach, die die Rezeption empfängt, ist besonders stark. Zum ersten Mal nach Almatu, kann sie im Grunde kein Englisch. Die große Schwester kann Englisch ohne Hindernisse kommunizieren. Alles ist klar und deutlich, wie ich meine Familie gesehen habe. Das Flugzeug ist morgens angekommen, kann das Hotelzimmer im Allgemeinen um 2 Uhr bleiben. Also wählen Sie ihre Familie, und ohne Zeit zu überprüfen, können Sie direkt bleiben. WiFi, heißes Wasser und die Wäsche sollten vollständig sein. Alle Arten von Touristenattraktionen sind besonders nahe am Hotel, ich verspreche, dass die Große Schwester einen besonderen Kompliment bei ** geben wird.

Das ist das schlimmste Hotel in allem, was ich jemals getroffen habe. Und es ist nicht einmal kleine Zimmer - es ist nur ein niedriger Preis zu erklären. Ich kam an der Arbeit, lebte 6 Nächte, während dieses Mal war das Zimmer nie gereinigt, änderte nicht die Kleidung und Handtücher! Selbst der Müll wurde nicht entfernt. Das Frühstück war einfach schrecklich - selbst der Backe konnte zerstören (alles Fett in Öl, mit einem unglaublichen Geschmack). Die Kontrolle wurde zwei Tage nach der Ausweisung vorbereitet (!). Nun, ich verließ nicht sofort Almaty, aber nur bewegt. In der Regel, wenn Sie ein paar Nächte ohne Frühstück bleiben, dann wahrscheinlich normal. Aber lange Pausen sind nicht geeignet.

Das Zimmer ist klein, die Einrichtungen alt und es fühlt sich sehr sowjetisch an. Das Frühstück war großartig und die umliegenden Gebäude waren so schön, dass ich das Gefühl hatte, in der Blütezeit der Sowjetunion zu sein. Nach dem Schnee ist die Landschaft besser und die Bar gegenüber ist schön. Ausstattung: OK Gesundheit: gut Umgebung: wunderschön guter Service

Das Hotel ist wirklich gut, zentral gelegen und im Gegensatz zu Dostyk Mall. Wir waren im Oktober auf dem 9. Stock. Die Zimmer waren sehr nett und sauber mit Stadt & Berg 🏔️ Blick'. Confrance Hall Schwimmbad Einrichtungen Spa-Einrichtungen Geheimclub im 9. Stock Sie haben auch einige Rauchen 🚬 Zimmer Über all dieses Hotel ist wirklich gut und wert für Geld.
