Pretty good experience, i loved the location but i had to pay 100 LE at the gate to enter the Montazah area. This should be included in the hotel package.

宰客又對中國人不友好的酒店，預訂時大家要注意⚠️，他們的雙床房和大床房衹能住一個人的，多一個人住要多交錢！而且，前台缺乏培訓，一開始同意我們住兩人，一會又變卦讓我們多貼錢，補貼價格也是變來變去，預訂部經理特別強硬，對我們態度很不友好！幸好我們在攜程後台購買了無理由取消險，這家酒店是埃及全程不美好的回憶！

進酒店所在公園的時候衹要告訴保安自己是住酒店的，並且出示酒店訂單，就不需要給公園門票錢。酒店風景很好的，就是還有很多地方正在建設，房間隔音也不是很好。

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, mainly thanks to its fantastic location, nestled between beautiful gardens and royal palaces, offering a serene environment. The lobby staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in and overall experience smooth. While the hotel did feel a bit crowded at times due to the high number of guests in various areas, it didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. The standout feature, however, was the food—the selection was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to suit different tastes. The rooms were decent in size, offering enough comfort for a relaxing stay. Though the hotel shows signs of age, it still maintains a good level of service and charm. Overall, a good choice for those seeking a well-located hotel with great food and friendly service.

very nice hotel with excellent service and amazing location. many thanks to Mrs Amira Fouad public relations manager she always does everything to make guests satisfied and to all staff they are attentive and helpful. The beach is fantastic with comfortable beds and an amazing view .

Best family vacation ever we really enjoyed our stay there The hotel staff was really helpful and respectful and always smiling and welcoming us especially Mrs Marian from the reservation department helped us to get the rooms we wanted with the best view and ensured that our stay was confortable and all the receptionists members were also friendly.

Great place and one of my favorite hotels , the location is unique , the view is amazing , and the rooms are very nice , large and clean and in very good condition with charming views. Also the service are warming start from professional front office reception team who accommodating us fast and nicely , also the housekeeping were very good.

The hotel is perfect but the staff is very rude and unprofessional when I checked out I found out that there were a lot of items I didn't order one of them with 1000 EGP not only the check but also one of the waiters signed on behalf of me instead of sending the check to my room, I tried their sushi restaurant, we select from the menu and after 1 hour and a half they bring me a plate of "HIS SELECTION" as he said he didn't bring our order as it's not available it's a good hotel Bad staff & F&B
