Schönes Hotel, sehr nahe an 2 Stränden, Spazierweiterung zu *****, aber nicht so nah, dass Sie alle Parteien hören können! Zimmer war schön, cocktails sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich und willkommen! Nur etwas würde ich weniger kommentieren, dass 5/5 Es gab fast keine veganischen Optionen am Frühstück, was schämend war, da wir für das Frühstück bezahlt hatten und ich nicht viel essen konnte! Jedenfalls anders als dieses wunderbare Hotel, wird sicherlich hier wieder bleiben!

Arrived on our first family holiday with our baby booked 1 bedroom pool view apartment. It was ready on our arrival and as described very clean and comfortable. A number of days our dream holiday turned into nightmare….. it was 4.28am and we were woken by those who were staying in the room above us laughing, jumping around, moving furniture it continued for over an hour as it was our first disturbance and sounded like a few young girls we gave them the benefit of doubt that was was going to be a once off… the following night not a sound however my god did they make up for it the following night/early morning it started at 5:45am our baby woke and my husband had no option but to go to reception however it continued. After breakfast I went to reception to speak with management again explained my grievance only to be asked if I wanted to change room now due to fact it was no fault of ours and traveling with a baby I genuinely did not see why we as a family should move room (I would be of the option the party causing the problem should be moved) !!! We received no satisfaction from reception apology was given. On returning to our apartment later that afternoon there was a printed apology along with 3 apples 3 oranges and bottle of water for inconvenience we had suffered… whilst we appreciated there token it genuinely didn’t make up for the disturbances. Unfortunately I won’t be returning

Stayed for 4 nights in a self catering apartment which was great! I was abit apprehensive about this hotel as the price was very cheap, so wasn't sure what to expect however was pleasantly surprised with the room which was very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pools as water was too cold in April. Location was good, was walking distance to the old and new towns. We booked a boat excursion to explore the caves and dolphin spotting which was absolutely amazing and a must see!

Das Zimmer war zwar mit allen Einrichtungen bequem, einschließlich einer Safe, deren Gebühr nicht zurückerstattet werden konnte {Warum} . Der Duschekubik war so jung, dass man nicht ohne den Fächer umdrehen kann. Wir beschwerten uns und sie waren genügend freundlich, uns ein anderes Zimmer anzubieten. Eine große Geste des Hotelmanagers, kam sie persönlich zu entschuldigen. Sehr zentral gelegen und das alte Büropersonal war großartig.

Ich finde, dass bei jedem Gästewechsel eine gründliche Reinigung erfolgen sollte. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben viele schmutzige Flecken. In den Ecken der Häuser wird wenig geputzt, wir finden immer Spinnweben, tote Spinnen und andere Tiere. In 7 Tagen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Handtücher jeden zweiten Tag gewechselt würden, was aber nicht geschah. Die Handtücher wurden nur einmal gewechselt und wir mussten zur Rezeption gehen, um nach neuen zu fragen. Da wir am Eingang unseres Hauses keinen Teppich hatten, brachten wir Schmutz von der Straße hinein. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, die Pools sind wunderbar und die Lage in der Nähe von Supermärkten ist sehr gut.

Fantastisch zehn super aufmerksam staff Sterne war ich mit 3 Kindern und konnte eine hervorragende Lage der Wohnung bieten. Ich empfehle es sehr. Ich wiederhole für das Jahr ohne Zweifel. Sie sind alle zu Glück.

Gut bedient und elegante und neuer Zimmer. Kleine Beschuldigungen: keine grosse Spiegel im Badezimmer, keine Badfarben verfügbar. Gute Frühstück. Sie sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Andernfalls ist ein Fahrzeug für den Bewegungsweg unerlässlich, denn die Gegend ist sehr ruhig.

Amazing place, 2 big bedrooms we booked and they were huge. Clean in general. Had all kitchen and catering amenities. Staff was kind. For the price it was a steal. Highly recommend this place. It’s about 12 min drive to albufeira center. There’s a Aldi in 5 min drive very handy. The place has a common swimming pool we did not use it as it was still a bit chilly and we were tired too. Lot of parking around inside the villa. The only downsides I can say and they are minor the shower could be slightly better spray that’s it. 5/5 for me.

Booked a 3-night twin room to attend a friend's lecture in Lagoa. The hotel, or better, motel is excellent for those on wheels, not for those on foot. If you have disabilities find another town in the Algarve. Some sets of stairs do not have rails, you have to go round the entrance to physically 'get in'. The reception has only 1 staff member when off-season, be prepared and do it all online. Forget questions about taxis, transportation, and restaurant advice is really subjective. The room was very comfortable, the second door to a set of stairs (curled) with direct access to the car park/entry of the hotel area was not. Cold and humidity pass through the doors (front door leading to corridor inside as well), as doors need maintenance. Breakfast is good and varied, for all tastes, except gluten-free options. Internet signal very weak, had to use phone data package. Check-in is only at 4pm. Pro's. besides what I already mentioned: bus terminal 5 min walk, good restaurants each way 5 min walk (one is just next door), supermarket passing the roundabout, beds very comfortable. You can walk to the centre (10 min walk) but the town is without interest, unless you are there for an event, for those on foot, you can stay here and get to know other nearby cities in the Algarve by bus, as the terminal is so close, and it is not expensive to go around by bus.
