Artemis Village Apartments & Studios

This really is such a special place. Staff make you feel so welcome and they seem to genuinely enjoy having guests - taking time to talk with them and get to know them. If you are looking for somewhere for total relaxation, where the only real noise is the circadas, then this is for you. The pool area is gorgeous and we loved the litle table of toys that you can borrow - pool noodles, buckets, balls etc. There's a little bar that does some lovely snacks and a few main dishes if you don't want to venture out - definitely recommend the Cretan breakfast. Love the honesty bar that you can help yourself to if no-one is around. Apartments are just lovely and have everything you could possibly need. The cleaners do such a thorough job and they always have the biggest smiles and call over 'Kalimera' when they see you at the pool. There is Stavros beach and a few restaurants and bars with about a 10 minutes walk. This was our second time at Artemis and I hope it won't be our last. Well done Team Artemis, you really have made somewhere very special.

Lovely staff, so helpful and seem genuinely glad to have guests, which is rare in the service industry these days! The apartments are clean and the air con is a dream. The fridge by the pool is a lovely touch and works on a trust system when there are no staff. I can't imagine anyone taking advantage of this. Great stay.

This is an incredible place. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. We had the best holiday in years! We would recommend getting a car- not that we ever wanted to leave but there are lots of beautiful places to visit nearby and a car helps if you have kids. Thank you Artemis for an amazing break

Amazing place very peaceful and beautiful, easy enough to get to Chania on the cud and manager is very helpful with great food available pool side as well as restaurants and supermarkets nearby, great room with fantastic sea views

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we felt cared for and valued. The apartments are beautiful and maintained to a very high standard. The cleaning process is faultless in these challenging times. We have been visiting Artemis for many years and each time we are not disappointed. Panos is a very special manager. He cares about and demonstrates customer care. It is clear everyone loves him and we do too. He truly is Professionalism personified. We are looking forward to returning. Third time in Artemis and everytime better. We have quite turbulent holiday this year - landed in Crete two days later than expected but departed 3 days later!!! All due to constant cancellation Wizzair performs with no respect to their customers what so ever.... anywho - Panos from Artemis was our Guardian Angel ☺️ Extended accommodation,helped with taxis,booking , rebooking,ringing never answering Wizzair customer service etc!! Overall holiday was devine! Recommended everyone to eat at Artemis -Panos's burgers ,suvlaki and Greek salad are unbeatable and he loves to make them 😉..If you want to go out dedo try Irene Taverna near by!! Food is from heaven and they will pick you up and bring you back!! Everyone should try Artemis...it is not a place- it's is a way to be.
