Old and worn out hotel apartment which needed major renovation. Broken walls and telephone hub, dusty table and floor.

basic room and average cleanliness, i found dust on the bed, for the price i paid, could have been better, but the location is very good and staff friendly..

Hôtel à deux pas du vieux centre .Trouvé facilement, très bon accueil et excellent conseils pour la visite de Aix-en-Provence.

Calme, bon accueil. Tout proche du centre, le cours Mirabeau est à 5 mn à pied. Nous n’avons pas pris nos repas à l’hôtel, rien à dire de ce fait sur le sujet.

Très bon accueil du personnel ! Seul bémol la hotte de la kitchenette bouton cassé du coup aucun fonctionnement, un bon rafraîchissement des chambres serait nécessaire !

It’s an apartment hotel but with many quality upgrades in terms of appliances and things required in a great area close to the center of town to walk but relaxed safe location.

My recent stay at Odalys City Aix en Provence L'Atrium was nothing short of a disappointment. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was evident that this was not the experience I had hoped for. Common Areas: The first impression was far from pleasant. The common areas of the hotel were shockingly filthy. The lobby, which should set the tone for the entire stay, was dimly lit and had a musty odor. The floors appeared to have been neglected for a long time, with dirt and stains that made you question the last time they were cleaned. It was an unwelcoming introduction to the hotel. Sleeping Rooms: If the common areas were bad, the sleeping rooms were even worse. Upon entering my room, I was met with a stifling smell. The carpets were stained, the walls showed signs of water damage, and the overall cleanliness was severely lacking. The bed linens were questionable at best, and I had serious doubts about their cleanliness. The bathroom was equally disappointing, with mold in the corners and a showerhead that barely produced a trickle of water. Overall, my stay at Odalys City Aix en Provence L'Atrium was a regrettable experience. I had expected a comfortable and clean environment, but what I found was quite the opposite. The common areas were filthy, and the sleeping rooms were even worse. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, and I urge potential guests to consider alternative accommodations in Aix-en-Provence. This was an unfortunate and unforgettable experience.

Very conveniently located; close to the city centre (rue d'Italie connects it to cours Mirabeau) and Aix-Marseille university. The rooms are studios proper (which I had not expected/noticed upon booking), including a separate kitchen, and very spacious. The room was very quiet, as well.

It was a great location but the hotel is very old and worn. Basically clean but not spotless.
