We were a group of 14 cyclist on the way to statue of unity and this was our first stop. The hotel looks great from outside and the rooms are also spacious but management need a lot of training. First experience when we reached immediately were told not to park cycles at the main area. There was no hot water and when called the reception they told just press the red button but in vain. Eventually we had to take bath in cold water in a cold weather. The worst nightmare was when i was called at 12 am at night to move our cycling tempo which was being parked since 5 pm only to realise that no one had seen it parked there and the driver was sleeping at the drivers area which the reception knew very well. Horrible. Location is good and the food was ok as we had dinner

When i made the booking, their number was unreachable. In that my money has been wasted and the hotel management is not ready to support.

Hotel was good. Breakfast was added while booking but hotel charged it. After showing booking details they gave only tea and poha as complimentary.

we reached the hotel, malpani resorts at sangamner at 2.30 pm, but the room wasn't ready, first they allotted us a room with 4 separate beds, and no chair and table, when we told them we are just two of us, they allotted another room, with one double bed in the meantime the restaurant closed at 3, so we had to manage lunch elsewhere. extra blanket that we asked, was not fresh, was smelling of dust and fungus. morning tea and upma was very good.
all in all, average experience.

There were lot of cockroaches in the room and also had house lizards. The manager didn’t bothered to respond on these issues extremely poor service.

This is only resort or hotel in sangamner which have swimming pool, jogging track, gyme. Restorant is very good for test and food prices are fair. This is my second stay in a year. And both tymes i in-joyed my stay here.
