Ein großes sehr professionelles Hotel direkt am Meer mit eigenem Stand. Auch zwei Pools sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, auch zum Dinner kann man sehr gut ins Restaurant gehen. Schwierig ist es manchmal mit Parkplätzen, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, oft ist alles beim Hotel voll. Der preis ist auch für bulgarische Verhältnisse hoch, aber man bekommt etwas dafür

Der Service an der Rezeption war enttäuschend, einige der Rezeptionisten waren in Ordnung, aber die meisten waren einfach unfreundlich. Ich weiß das, weil ich die Rezeption mindestens sieben Mal aufsuchen musste, meine Schlüsselkarte nicht oft funktionierte und innerhalb von zwei Tagen mindestens sechs Mal ausgetauscht werden musste. Ich habe weder eine Entschuldigung vom Personal gehört, noch haben sie versucht, das Unbehagen, das mir dadurch entstanden ist, zu kompensieren. Als ich das Zimmer betrat, stank es, es gab alte Möbel und einen Wasserkocher mit Instantkaffee, was nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels entspricht. Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass die Bettwäsche sauber und neu war und die Handtücher auch gut waren. Das Frühstück war ok, das Essen war gut, frisches Obst und Grundnahrungsmittel. Es gab Instantkaffee und wurde in Kannen serviert, sodass die Bestellung eines Espressos extra kostet. Auch das war enttäuschend, nicht das, was man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten sollte. Die Lage ist gut, der Pool war ok, das Spa nichts Besonderes. Ein Therapeut weigerte sich, während einer Massage eine Maske zu tragen. Hotelgäste trugen nach dem Zufallsprinzip Masken, niemand verlangte von ihnen, im Innenbereich eine Maske aufzusetzen. Insgesamt war der Hotelaufenthalt in Ordnung, aber ich würde nicht noch einmal dort übernachten. Das Hotel wird als High-End-Hotel vermarktet, ist aber in Wirklichkeit weit von High-End-Standard entfernt.

Top hotel, has a very good interior. The rooms are furnished very nice. Has a very good outdoor pool. The actual hotel is huge and has many many rooms. Overall I recommend it. If you consider whether to visit or not, do not hesitate. That's all from me!

One of the prime things a hotel should do is give you a good night's sleep. A seriously firm bed that gives you back ache, thin pillows and bedding that doesn't cover the mattress do not deliver. On our second night I was dreading going to bed and had to find an array of garments to use s bedding to stay warm. Had a much better night in a basic hotel the following evening.

Large rooms, big windows and balconies, excellent service and clean hotel. The pool is brilliant, the garden was nice. Anyone can reach the beach just in 15 seconds. Yes, it’s not the cheapest, but it worth!

The perfect place to unwind, which is exactly what we had wanted to achieve. Absolutely immaculate in cleanliness. The pools were also extremely clean and the towel service invaluable. The hotels beach area could have been smartened up to match the quality of the rest of the hotel, but as it was always so windy there we opted to spend most of our relaxation time by the pools. We had no problem getting a sun lounger as we went out of school holiday season, but still in time to enjoy the sun. Breakfast was incredible! So much choice of good quality food to meet everyone's taste. Very well located near to the bus and train stations, with taxis running directly to and from the hotel. The hotel receptionist arranged for our luggage to be kept after checking out at midday as our flight was late on that day and organised our taxi to the airport that evening, leaving us to enjoy our last day by the pool. What a bonus. Plenty of places to eat nearby for all tastes and budgets. The park was fun to visit on the Sunday as there were lots of people out with their families enjoying music, ice creams, a park run and more. The Spa looked incredible, but we didn't have time to use it.

Beautiful hotel, massif comfortable bed, I didn't like the breakfast, the bread wasn't nice it made horrible toast, the ham and salami could of been better, it was a misserable atmosphere in the breakfast room, the waiters stood about like door men, the best part of our stay was the room maid on the 3rd floor, she was always happy and cleaned the room very well. it was my husbands 60th birthday, I thought they would of give him a bottle of cava in such an expensive hotel.
