Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen! Wunderbare Lage, Aussicht, viele verfügbare Annehmlichkeiten, Hoteldeko, familiäre Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal und Essen – insbesondere Buffet.
Aber in der ersten kalten Nacht war die Heizung, für die wir bezahlt hatten, außer Betrieb, Klimaanlage und Zentralheizung. Die Leute, mit denen wir nachts an der Rezeption sprechen konnten, konnten uns nicht helfen.
Am nächsten Morgen schickten sie uns einen Techniker – wie wir verlangt hatten – und das Problem wurde behoben, aber niemand kam zu uns, um über eine Rückerstattung zu sprechen, da es sich um eine verlorene bezahlte Leistung handelte.
Und obwohl ich ein Zimmer für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder gebucht hatte, 9 Jahre und weniger als zwei Jahre alt, sagten sie mir, dass sie das in ihrem System nicht sehen könnten. Sie sagten, sie würden es arrangieren.
Schließlich haben sie uns ohne Vorankündigung eine Gebühr berechnet, obwohl ich unseren Aufenthalt online bezahlt hatte.

Das Frühstück war ok.
Ab 5:40 Uhr gab es ein Stromproblem. Wir riefen um 6:20 Uhr an der Rezeption an und sie sagten uns, dass sie versuchten, das Problem ohne Angabe von Fristen zu beheben. Ich erzählte ihnen, dass ich ein Kleinkind habe, da ihm kalt sei, und sie halfen überhaupt nicht.
Der Strom kam spätestens um 8 Uhr wieder zurück und sie zeigten keinerlei Unterstützung oder boten Hilfe an.

Μέσα στον Νοέμβριο κάναμε δύο διαφορετικές κρατήσεις αρχές και τέλος του μηνός μας έδωσαν σχεδόν το ίδιο δωμάτιο δηλαδή ήταν 223 μετά 225 τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν κλιματισμό και θέρμανση όλα ελεγχόμενα από την διεύθυνση αν θέλουν σου θέτουν αυτή την παροχή!! Το κρύο το νοιώθεις είναι παντού!! Καλό πρωινό και το μπουφέ μπορώ να πω έκαναν φιλότιμες προσπάθειες!! Επίσης στα δωμάτια δε παρέχουν βραστήρα τουλάχιστον να κάναμε κανένα ζεστό ρόφημα!! Το ξενοδοχείο με λίγη προσπάθεια μπορεί να βελτιωθεί κατακόρυφα επίσης κατέλαβαν προσπάθεια να είναι όμορφα στολισμένο λόγω Χριστουγέννων!!! Το συστήνω γιατί μου αρέσει η περιπέτεια και η άγρια φύση!!!

Größeres 3 Sterne Hotel im Trodosgebirge. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht , welches vor nicht so langer Zeit wohl renoviert wurde. Das Hotel bietet einen unbeheizten Pool der im April nicht wirklich nutzbar war. Wir haben das Hotel als Basis für unsere Ausflüge genutzt. Frühstück recht einfach. Glas Orangensaft kostet drei Euro extra. Ansonsten Qualitätsstufe Discounter. Als Basis für Ausflüge einigermaßen geeignet, je nachdem was man vor hat.

Um 9 Uhr morgens klopfte die Putzfrau, mit der sie uns weckte, an die Tür, um sie zu öffnen, weil sie den Badekarpfen wechseln wollte. Wir öffnen und sie möchte rein, weil es wichtig war, wie sie sagt. Ich gab ihr, was sie wollte, und sie ging. Um 9:30 Uhr verließen wir das Zimmer zum Frühstück und brachten vor der Tür ein Schild an, das darauf hinweist, dass das Zimmer nicht betreten werden darf. Nachdem wir unser Frühstück beendet hatten, fanden wir den Badetuchhalter im Badezimmer ...

Nicht so sauber wie erwartet.
Die Vorhänge konnten nicht geöffnet werden, da das Zimmer direkt auf den Parkplatz blickte.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Sie haben viel Geld in die Renovierung des Hotels gesteckt und unser Sohn hat den Pool sowie die Fußball- und Basketballplätze genossen.
Die Zimmer fühlten sich modern und sauber an.
Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und höflich.
Das Einzige, was wir seltsam fanden, war, dass wir unser Essen und unsere Getränke bestellten, aber 40 Minuten warten mussten, bis unsere Getränke zum Essen serviert wurden. Das Hotel könnte mehr Geld verdienen, wenn es die Getränke serviert, während Sie auf Ihr Essen warten. Wir hätten wahrscheinlich noch ein paar Drinks getrunken, wenn wir zuerst unsere Getränke bekommen hätten.
Das Essen war für den Preis sehr gut. Kompliment an den Koch. Wir hatten Hühnchen-Souvlaki und Carbonara. Es war köstlich

I stayed over a weekend at The Rondon hotel Agros. The accommodation was excellent. Very clean spacious rooms with a small balcony and refreshing view of the mountain side. We ate at the Buffet and the service and food was Excellent and a wide variety to impress most people. My favourite place at the hotel was down by the lower pool area where we were sitting under a beautiful canopy of grapevine plants growing beautiful above us as a pergola and protecting us from the sun. The Saturday night we ate at the buffet once again and moved to another part of the hotel where there was a man playing and a woman singing beautiful greek songs and we were also able to get up and have a dance and enjoy the night away. Definitely a beautiful hotel and a wonderful place to visit up in the mountains and only 45 odd mins from Lefkosia

We went to eat at the a la carte restaurant and my pork stew was stone cold so I asked for it to be reheated. My partner had souvlaki and it was very tough. For 45 euros it was a huge disappointment. We wouldn't stay at the hotel based on this. The serving staff were very polite and friendly however. Not their fault.

We just arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the friendly staff. A big shoutout to the reception staff who gave us one of the best rooms in the hotel with a view facing the village. The weather is perfect! I highly recommend everyone to come here and have an amazing experience.

Bed was comfortable and room was a good size and clean which is more than I can say for the corridor carpet. The restaurant wasn't open just the cafe with bar food. Staff were friendly but there was a lot of noise from other rooms. The hotel is housing some refugees. There was also a very loud buzzing noise from the water tank every time any room turned on a top or flushed a toilet which happened every few minutes making it impossible to sleep. Hence the low star rating

Needs rennovation in general Warm room with heating units Lobby has a lot of space to sit and relax Lack of service in Cafe and Restaurant. Looking for waitress to order and had attitude in some cases. Buffet in christmas lunch did not have a lot of options. I was expecting at least two more main options.

I saw many write the staff was rude but my experience was the Opposite!! They were so kind and friendly!!They were all so helpful! I was upgraded to a fantastic room!! With an Amazing view!!I believe it must have been a suite room # 203...I was so happy to have this room!☺️The receptionist was super kind when I arrived...All of them at the reception well kind and always smiling..The manager I believe ( I can't remember Her name) gave me this fantastic suite...she was very kind! I was even able to get a late check out today!!! 2:15 pm...The hotel has lovely grounds surrounding it..I walked around and enjoyed the scenery...the large outdoor pool is beautiful...if it had been a bit warmer I would have gone in..It was lovely and super clean...Also there is a tennis court and basket ball court....the lobby area was lovely...it looked updated and also s lovely section where the fireplace ,nice gym too My room was updated too from the last time I had stayed yrs ago I could see see so many nice changes even the hallways were more bright and lit up...Their are 3-4 restaurant areas and a lovely bar room...My room was nice and clean ,The bed was very comfortable with really nice pillows,!The decor bed pillows were big feather down pillows!! 🙂 The bathroom I had a tub with a shower new tiles in the bathroom ...I had a really relaxing stay and I loved the atmosphere of the hotel.... Breakfast had a variety...it was good ...I enjoyed the espresso coffee I had 2.. All in all a great experience..I would gladly go back.... Agros village is a cute village (the town square)...further down from the hotel with a car u can reach it in 5-7 min is a nice square and their a a good playground their for small kids plus a nice little water fall at the square there are some cafes and an ice cream shop there..Their are some taverna's before the square but the hotel provides all meals too...I had dinner and it was good....10/10 score from me!!I hope to return again this summer or possibly in the Fall season....Great staff ..My impression of the hotel was it was run properly..I felt very welcomed you can't ask for more than that!! 😀😊❤️Thank you for my lovely experience.....xx
