Eine sehr schöne Lage mit super Aussicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, professionell und hilfreich. Wir wurden in der Rezeption sehr gut aufgenommen, alle unsere Wünsche wurden realisiert. hier ist zu erwähnen, dass Herr Mohamed und Herr Karim sehr hilfreich waren. Die Putzfrau Meryem war sehr ordentlich uns Sauber ”großes Lob”. vielen Dank für alle diese Mühe.

This is by far the oddest hotel experience of my life. The Hilton Tagazhoute is by far the nicest Hilton I've ever not stayed in, or certainly not completed a stay in. We had rented a lovely apartment almost next to the hotel and every day we went to either the beautiful Calypso club or the main hotel restaurants. Looking back through my credit card statement it was three lunches, one amazing dinner and three 'just for drinks & snacks' visits. We'd made friends with the staff, my son had been invited to surf with the waiters and we'd been treated like friends by everyone. As a treat for my last night I decided to book a room using some Hilton points. The idea was to enjoy the hotel properly and enjoy the room for a comfortable nights sleep. All going to plan and the hotel welcomed me even at 12.30...a bit cheeky, but I was genuinely excited to make the most of it. My room was amazing, sea view, super comfy bed and to top it all I was invited to a buffet on the terrace by the team. It started to go super weird about 2 hrs later when my son (who had been in the hotel 4-5 times already) came through the beach entrance and was pursued by a pretty grumpy looking security guard. He gesticulated and shouted that we must leave as we weren't guests and couldn't use the pool. An understandable mistake and it was easily rectified when I showed him my room key. All calm again. We went up to my room and at five o'clock we were treated to complimentary drinks in the bar, so far so amazing. We went out for dinner about a mile away and at some point I recall hearing some pretty loud music. I was hoping it was nowhere near the hotel but on arriving back it was obvious it was in the hotel grounds, full club music, light show, dancing. For additional context the Hilton is not a beach club vibe hotel and with average rates of over $250 a night not likely to attract a beach club crowd. We had some drinks hoping that as advertised the club would close at 11pm. By 11.30 it had only become louder and I knew I wasn't going get any sleep. At this stage I asked my son to wait whilst I grabbed my case. At this point the same security guard ran across the hotel lobby shouting at us to 'go to reception, go to reception' not entirely sure why. I packed my case and by the time I'd made it to reception there were 2 other guests complaining about the music. They were offered rooms on the other side of the hotel not overlooking Calypso where the music was coming from. It's now well after midnight and when I asked to check out I was told I couldn't and must either pay or get a different room. A bit of a stand off ensued with a further 2 guests joining the queue to complain. Finally my room was refunded and I had to walk back in the dark to our apartment, where, yes, ironically I could still hear the music! This has to be the oddest experience of my numerous Hilton stays. Still no idea what had rattled the security guard so much that he was so hostile

Dieses Resort übersteigt alle Erwartungen. Das Resort ist schön, unglaublich komfortabel und spotless. Die vielfältige Auswahl an Lebensmitteln ist perfekt mit erstaunlicher Aufmerksamkeit auf Details ....... und das ist nicht einmal der beste Teil! Das Personal ist in jedem Fall absolut unglaublich! Wir gingen für einen entspannenden, lachenden Urlaub für 7 Nächte, aber dieser Urlaub wird lange mit uns bleiben! Wir kamen spät in der Nacht, am nächsten Tag war das Wetter nicht das beste, so dass wir das Hammam, Massage und Jacuzzi-Paket nutzen. Diese Erfahrung wird sehr empfohlen. Das Spa-Personal ist professionell, gründlich, und wird Sie fühlen sich unglaublich. Wir wurden im Restaurant für Wahlen verdreht, das Personal ist so aufmerksam und wird glücklich helfen, in jeder Weise, dass sie Sie fühlen können. Erinnern Sie sich an das lazy Wochenende, das wir wollten? Ich habe mich entschieden, sich an den Yoga-Klassen, Aqua-Aerobik, Darts, verrückter Golf, Arabisch-Lektionen zu beteiligen und konnte die Mehrheit der Tagine Demonstration ( sie konnte sich für die vollständige Demonstration beteiligen ), die zufällig perfekt geschmackte. Wir haben die Tanzlektionen verschoben, aber noch zur Beobachtung besucht. Es gibt hier viel zu tun und noch viel Zeit zu entspannen. Das Personal macht Zeit für Sie, und das macht den Urlaub so besondere und einzigartige. Sie werden nicht mehr als Personal, sondern als sehr liebe Freunde gesehen, die wir lieber vermissen werden, weshalb wir unseren nächsten Urlaub hier buchen. Ein besonderer Dank an Lahcen, Rachid, Hamza, Ayoub, Hisham, Rachid, Otmane, Abdullah und Mehdi. In der Tat, Ein besonderer Dank an euch alle!

Wir waren eine Woche im Radisson Hotel und haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus war sauber und der Service in allen Bereichen sehr gut! Die Anlage ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Tolles Frühstück und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal! Das täglich wechselnde Angebot an Yoga und Pilates Stunden ist super. Der Trainier Khalid gestaltet die Stunden sehr vielfältig ,sodas es für jeden egal ob Anfänger oder Profi gut umsetzbar ist. Er ist sehr erfahren und professionell. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

4 time in this hotel like my second home thanks fout you’re hosetality and humanity thanks for the pool teams and the snack bar teams ( Omar,Ridda) the best service morning to evening. War für die erste Zeit zu besuchen ağadır das Hotel war groß von Anfang an von der Rezeption Gastlichkeit 10 von 10 Hicham von der Rezeption Person war sehr hilfreich jederzeit, als ich jede Hilfe hi alle war mir mit allem, was ich liebe ke sagen danke viele und alle Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich Ich empfehle allen, im Hotel nur eine Sache zu bleiben die Budha Bar war schlechte Erfahrung für mich, wenn sie wissen, dass Sie Touristen sind, sie wird Ihnen 3 Mal extra ich empfehle nicht jedem Touristen dort westing Geld beste Bar in ağadır ist Zanzibar sehr empfohlen für alle Ich möchte sagen, danke dem Hotelpersonal war großartig, um den Blick ağadır zu bleiben

Die Zimmerbedingungen sind ok. Da es sich um eine Wohnung handelt, ist der Kühlschrank (Kühlschrank + Kühlschrank) groß, induziert, und es gibt eine Küche, wo Sie essen können. Das Zimmer war ziemlich groß und die Terrasse war gut, aber das Badezimmer Dusche war klein und der Tauchbad war klein, so war es ein bisschen enttäuschend, dass der Raum für Toiletten war klein. Das Frühstück ist nicht separat verfügbar und Sie müssen separat bezahlen, um das Spa und den Fitnessraum zu nutzen. Und es gab kein Handbuch im Zimmer, also musste ich zum Empfang gehen und um Informationen bitten, um den Service zu nutzen. Es war ein neues Gebäude, so dass es insgesamt sauber war, aber es gab ein paar Ärzte, die wieder zu besuchen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden wieder hier übernachten, gutes Essen und sehr nettes Personal, Sauberkeit war gut. Nicht fett vom Strand ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Danke Hotel Omega. 👍
