Der Preis ist günstig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hoch, aber das Hotel ist ein paar Jahre alt, und viele der Einrichtungen sind relativ alt.Zum Meer sind es etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß, und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Die Zimmerbedingungen sind ok. Da es sich um eine Wohnung handelt, ist der Kühlschrank (Kühlschrank + Kühlschrank) groß, induziert, und es gibt eine Küche, wo Sie essen können. Das Zimmer war ziemlich groß und die Terrasse war gut, aber das Badezimmer Dusche war klein und der Tauchbad war klein, so war es ein bisschen enttäuschend, dass der Raum für Toiletten war klein. Das Frühstück ist nicht separat verfügbar und Sie müssen separat bezahlen, um das Spa und den Fitnessraum zu nutzen. Und es gab kein Handbuch im Zimmer, also musste ich zum Empfang gehen und um Informationen bitten, um den Service zu nutzen. Es war ein neues Gebäude, so dass es insgesamt sauber war, aber es gab ein paar Ärzte, die wieder zu besuchen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden wieder hier übernachten, gutes Essen und sehr nettes Personal, Sauberkeit war gut. Nicht fett vom Strand ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Danke Hotel Omega. 👍

Das Hotel ist groß und erinnert mich an einen Resort; viel zu tun, und groß für Ihren Geschäftsreise, wenn Sie schnelles Internet und Zimmerservice benötigen. Das Zimmer war über der Erwartung, mit einem großen Balkon, Blick auf den Garten und den Ozean - nur erstaunlich! Die Mehrheit der Hotelpersonal wusste Englisch, was die Dinge viel einfacher machte! Ich werde zurück sein.

dieses außergewöhnliche Hotel mit seinem sehr aufmerksamen Personal hat uns einen wunderbaren Urlaub über unseren 43. Hochzeitstag beschert. Von unserer Concierge Youssef, bis zu unserer Dame Oumaima in FB bis zu Imad im Beef und Reef waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr sehr hilfsbereit und man hat gespürt, dass jeder unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis machen will. Ich bin jedes Jahr mindestens 3 Monate geschäftlich und auch privat unterwegs, aber eine solche Freundlichkeit habe ich selbst in 6* Häusern nicht erfahren.

This is by far the oddest hotel experience of my life. The Hilton Tagazhoute is by far the nicest Hilton I've ever not stayed in, or certainly not completed a stay in. We had rented a lovely apartment almost next to the hotel and every day we went to either the beautiful Calypso club or the main hotel restaurants. Looking back through my credit card statement it was three lunches, one amazing dinner and three 'just for drinks & snacks' visits. We'd made friends with the staff, my son had been invited to surf with the waiters and we'd been treated like friends by everyone. As a treat for my last night I decided to book a room using some Hilton points. The idea was to enjoy the hotel properly and enjoy the room for a comfortable nights sleep. All going to plan and the hotel welcomed me even at 12.30...a bit cheeky, but I was genuinely excited to make the most of it. My room was amazing, sea view, super comfy bed and to top it all I was invited to a buffet on the terrace by the team. It started to go super weird about 2 hrs later when my son (who had been in the hotel 4-5 times already) came through the beach entrance and was pursued by a pretty grumpy looking security guard. He gesticulated and shouted that we must leave as we weren't guests and couldn't use the pool. An understandable mistake and it was easily rectified when I showed him my room key. All calm again. We went up to my room and at five o'clock we were treated to complimentary drinks in the bar, so far so amazing. We went out for dinner about a mile away and at some point I recall hearing some pretty loud music. I was hoping it was nowhere near the hotel but on arriving back it was obvious it was in the hotel grounds, full club music, light show, dancing. For additional context the Hilton is not a beach club vibe hotel and with average rates of over $250 a night not likely to attract a beach club crowd. We had some drinks hoping that as advertised the club would close at 11pm. By 11.30 it had only become louder and I knew I wasn't going get any sleep. At this stage I asked my son to wait whilst I grabbed my case. At this point the same security guard ran across the hotel lobby shouting at us to 'go to reception, go to reception' not entirely sure why. I packed my case and by the time I'd made it to reception there were 2 other guests complaining about the music. They were offered rooms on the other side of the hotel not overlooking Calypso where the music was coming from. It's now well after midnight and when I asked to check out I was told I couldn't and must either pay or get a different room. A bit of a stand off ensued with a further 2 guests joining the queue to complain. Finally my room was refunded and I had to walk back in the dark to our apartment, where, yes, ironically I could still hear the music! This has to be the oddest experience of my numerous Hilton stays. Still no idea what had rattled the security guard so much that he was so hostile

Perfect holiday for some winter sun. My husband and I wanted to go on holiday with our 4 month old baby, and Morocco seemed like the best choice. Some winter sun, but not too hot, and a fairly reasonable flight time. This hotel was nothing short of perfection. I thoroughly enjoyed the yoga, my husband enjoyed the surfing, and my husband's parents enjoyed long walks along the beach. Breakfast was included and was absolutely delicious each day, especially the eggs. The food served at the bars and restaurants throughout the resort were delicious too. I have to say that I didn't think much of the surrounding area, so we mostly stayed inside the hotel. We drove to Tagazhout one day too and honestly, I'd give it a miss. Food in the hotel is delicious, as I said, but quite expensive so we often cooked in our apartment using produce from some of the local stores. Great to have this option. The one time we ate outside the hotel, my mother-in-law got food poisoning. Also worth noting that I'm not a huge fan of the stray cats around the area, but they mostly keep to themselves inside the hotel – but the ones at the restaurants outside the hotel and in the town can be quite persistent, and this made for an unenjoyable dining experience which is another reason I'd stick to the hotel. The spa was wonderful too – I had a couple of treatments too as a new mama. Thoroughly enjoyed, highly recommend, would go again.
