Die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details wurde von wann begrüßt, als wir aus dem Auto kamen und zur Rezeption genommen.Die Lage des Hotels war bequem zu unseren Geschäften sowie zu Fuß zu den Geschäften und Restaurants zu kommen.Meine einzige Enttäuschung war Der Club-Zugang, den ich fühlte, war nicht bis zu den Pullman-Standards, die wir in anderen Pullman Hotels erlebt haben. Ich würde dieses Hotel noch empfehlen, wenn ich in Adelaide wohne.

Überschaubar grosses Mittelklassehotel in bester Lage zum Zentrum. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und recht gross. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig und man kann zusätzlich Eispeisen bestellen, Kaffee und Tee werden kostenlos den ganzen Tag lang angeboten. Nur vom ”Roof Garden” sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten, das ist ein etwas grösserer Balkon.

Decided to try he Arkaba Hotel bistro twice during my stay in Adelaide. I'm glad I did. Whilst this is a huge complex that has the bistro, pokies, sports bar and accomodation, it is a family friendly place that is well patronised. When I was there on a Friday and Sunday night, the dining room was bustling, with diners having a meal before theatre/comedy shows and birthday celebrations, in addition to the usual casual dining. On Friday night, I tried the sourdough garlic bread with cheese, which had some nice density to it, grilled to perfection with stretchy cheese. Then I had the beef schnitzel with mushroom sauce. The schnitzel was crunchy and I really liked the mushroom sauce - lots of mushrooms in a possible cream of mushroom soup base. Lots of crispy chips were on the plate too. When I went back on the Sunday, I had the Yoder smoked scotch fillet, once again with mushroom sauce. I didn't need the sauce, as the steak had a lovely Smokey flavour that stood on its own. I ordered mine medium, and it was cooked perfectly. The Caesar salad was fresh and tasty, and the dressing was not too heavy. The chips were crispy once again, but the only downside were the two onion rings, which could have done with a bit longer in the fryer. Meals are ordered and paid for at the register, with drinks purchased separately at the bar. Multiple televisions screens showing sport and select commercial stations are also present in the bistro. All in all, next time I visit Adelaide, I will be heading back to Arkaba Hotel for a meal.

Echt sauber und modern Wohnung mit zwei guten Schlafzimmern. Die Küche hat einen Ofen, Geschirrspüler und alle elektrischen und kühlschränken Sie brauchen. Perfekt für Familien, die vielleicht nicht immer gerne essen wollen. Freundliches Personal. Woolworths ist ein 5-10 Min. Spaziergang entfernt. Es gibt auch Jenny’s Backe 15 Min. Spaziergang entlang der Glen Osmond Road in Richtung der Stadt, die einen großen Kaffee und erstaunliche Backwaren auf der Website serviert! Es ist nur ein 5-10 Min. Fahrt in Adelaide. Nur Rückmeldungen habe ich ist die Block C 102 Erdgeschoss Wohnung, die wir benannt wurden, um sehr laut mit der ganzen Türschlamm von Menschen, die in und aus dem Gebäude gehen. Es kann wirklich laut sein, wenn Sie schlafen, da die Wohnung direkt neben den Haustüren ist. Sie werden überlegen, wenn wir nächstes Mal Adelaide besuchen.

The Grand is without a doubt all about the location! Given it’s ocean front position it should offer an absolute premium experience but instead falls a little short as it continues to date without much sign of refurbishment. The rooms are basic, the carpets old, the furnishings aging and everything just feels in need of some love. Bathrooms still have showers over the bath with shower curtains and the air con in the room wasn’t very effective (too hot despite being on the coolest setting). There was also a wedding being hosted during my 1 night stay and despite my room being on the 5th floor (ballroom is on level 1), I could hear the band/music until the end of the reception at 11:30pm. On the positive (besides premium location), the staff at reception / concierge were excellent. They greeted with absolute care on arrival and happiness during check out, despite being early in the morning. It felt like they enjoyed what they did and that’s so good to see in customer facing roles. Worth considering this hotel for a stay, just as long as you’re happy with basic ammenities in a great location.

GGuest UserDas Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel und schön fertig. Die Blinden öffnen sich automatisch und der TV tritt an, wenn Sie den ersten Schritt in das Zimmer, das ziemlich cool ist. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und die Regenkopf-Dusche war auch wunderbar. Service war ausgezeichnet! Wir genossen eine kleine Upgrade und eine komplimentäre Flasche von Blasen mit einem Handschrift-Not, wie es unser Geburtstag war - ein schöner Touch. Boden-oberfläche Fenster im ganzen Hotel machen für einen guten Blick, egal wo Sie sind. Die Aussicht auf das ovale aus der Bar/Restaurant ist ziemlich schön, während wir einen Drink oder 2 genossen haben. Wir werden zurück sein!

GGuest UserDas ist mein dritter Aufenthalt in Sofitel Adelaide im letzten Jahr, und ich liebe es absolut. Ich bin eine sehr besondere Person (wie ein bisschen scheiße) und fast jede Anfrage, die ich von Sofitel Adelaide gefragt habe, wurde gewährt. Neben einer schlechten Erfahrung mit einem weiblichen Mitarbeiter während meines ersten Aufenthalts waren alle meine Aufenthalte wunderbar. Während meiner letzten Aufenthalt in der Prestige Suite war die Begrüßungskarte persönlicher, und ich genossen den wechselnden Service auch (Zimmer frisch, und Teebecher und Chamomile Teebeutel für mich). Es ist kleine Dinge wie das machen ein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Ich bevorzuge ein Suitezimmer, so ist Club Millesemme komplimentarisch. Aber ich würde nicht für eine Aufrüstung für den Zugang zum Club zahlen. Die Stunden sind sehr begrenzt, das Essen ist weit unter dem Durchschnitt, und ich verstehe nicht, ob sie alle Zutaten für einen Basiskocktail haben, die sie nicht während. Der Fitnessraum ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist nicht nur erstaunlich, sondern das Jahr um die Pool-Zone und das Poolwasser ist eine perfekte Temperatur. Es ist schade, dass es keine direkte Parkplätze gibt. Besonders im Winter; zahlen $30 pro Nacht zu Fuß vom Autopark zum Hotel. Ich habe dieses Hotel als solides 4-Sterne-Hotel bewertet. Ich habe viel reisen, aber das ist ein hartes Rating; aber wenn ich dieses Hotel gegenüber anderen Hotels in Adelaide bewerten würde, wäre es eines der besten, wenn nicht das beste Hotel in Adelaide. Ich habe noch nicht Sofitel Adelaide verlassen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt 😊

GGastnutzerMarch 2024 Here is a list of issues you may have to deal with: 1. Lights are weirdly wired. You can’t turn on the bathroom lights without having the rest of the lights on. This is problematic when one is sharing the apartment and one needs to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Other guests staying at the apartments had the same issue. 2. It is stated that the apartment has Netflix but it does not work. When I mentioned it to the marketing girl she said she would have it looked at but no one came to the apartment to repair the problem. Again, other guests staying in the apartments had the same issue. 3. When we arrived on the 13th, there was only one tea bag instead of 2. I was sharing the room with my husband, that is not thoughtful, obviously we would have needed 2 teabags. 4. We stayed 5 nights and only had the room serviced once. I had left the tag to service the room but it was only done once. 5. On the Saturday our room was finally serviced but they did not replenish the toilet paper and we were left with none which meant we had to purchase toilet paper as there was no one in reception. If conveniences and service isn't important to you then by all means stay here. The apartments are just off the main road that have lots of great cafes and restaurants. The apartments are brand new, fresh, clean and modern. The staff are helpful and listen to concerns you may have. Read less Tip: An apt description for this place is Location, Location, Location. GGuest UserPerfect location for our drive Perth to Melbourne, easy access from and to the highway. Spacious, clean room with table, couch, TV, aircon and very comfortable bed. Ensuite a little outdated but the room had been freshened up. We had trouble connecting to the wifi. The restaurant was closed on our visit but we ordered room service and enjoyed our meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Be aware that while there is a 'late check-in' window, a sign on the door said that reception hours had changed to 8am - 8pm (when we booked the site said it was open all night... it might be wise to check ahead if you're likely to be later) Good, clean accommodation. We had a good stay.

GGuest UserIch blieb eine Nacht, als mein Mann und ich eine Tageschirurgie hatten. Wählen Sie es, als es die nächste Unterkunft zum Day Hospital war. Nach den Ops ein wenig früh angemeldet und sie konnten Zimmer gereinigt für uns. Zimmer sehr klein, Queen Bett nahm die meisten davon. Ensuite ok außer Toilette zerrissen die ganze Nacht. Bett gut und sauber. Warmwasser nahm Alter, um zu heißen. Auch nicht sicher, was wurde renoviert? Geh nach Bistro zum Abendessen. Hubbys essen gut, meine Durchschnitt. Ich habe einen kleinen Rabatt für den Aufenthalt auf Mahlzeiten und Unterkünften. Ein wenig laut mit dem Verkehr, aber es ist auf einer besetzten Straße (und wir sind aus dem Land). Ich würde lieber ein größeres Zimmer mit einem wenig Ausblick in der Zukunft.

GGuest UserKeine Rezeption oder Front-Zähler. Einreisen ist ähnlich wie Buchungsfälle am Flughafen mit einem Computersystem an der Front-Tür. Hatte ein Problem mit der Operation (wahrscheinlich ich) und keinerlei Sinn aus dem ersten Telefonanruf für Hilfe, aber keine Sorgen mit dem zweiten Anruf an eine andere Nummer. Der Ort ist ein bisschen müde in den Hallen Wegen, aber Maler arbeiten aus der Seite so vielleicht gehen, um das Innere zu tun. Das Zimmer war gut groß, ein älterer Ort, ein Bad neuer und moderner, im Allgemeinen ein schönes Zimmer mit üblichen Einrichtungen, einen Blick über die Stadt. 10. Stock. Wäre in Zukunft wieder zurück.

Als Sie direkt in das Zimmer gingen konnten Sie sagen, dass der Boden nicht alles war, dass sauber und die Wände waren extrem schmutzig auch hatte Tücher und schmelzte, als ob das Zimmer nicht geöffnet und/oder ausgeluft war

Because we were a large group of 6 adults & 5 children, I made a booking online during the week, any easy process. Our table was ready when we arrived. Our order was taken promptly. The food & drinks were came quickly considering the number of people that were there. All our meals were great. The service from all staff fantastic. They were friendly & helpful. We are happy to recommend the Espie Hotel.

GGuest UserDie Check-in-Einrichtung, um das erste Zimmer zu setzen und fand eine Menge Haare im Bett, die Blätter schienen überhaupt nicht sauber. Das Personal war wirklich hilfreich und bewegte uns in ein anderes Zimmer, das größere, aber leider nicht sauberer war. Der Kerl war so gefärbt, dass ich mich nicht bequem fühlte, auf dem Boden zu Fuß, wir sahen auch einen seltsam braunen Splatter trocknet auf dem Kopfschrank sowie Nägel. Wir wurden für zwei Nächte gebucht, aber nach dem Einchecken verlassen, würden nicht empfehlen, hier zu bleiben.
