The Stay at crown plaza was one of the most amazing experience that we had after a long time , Me and my family stayed in the hotel at the Christmas time , there were activities for kids and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay , the food and drinks were amazing and the shops in walking distance if you like to do shopping. 一個不錯的酒店，位置不錯，房間風景硬件在澳洲都算是不錯的了。就是當出現了問題以後，酒店的嘴臉，讓人髮指，你永遠都不敢相信這是一家五星級酒店的態度和處理問題的方式。 6月15日照常用完早餐後外出工作，直到晚上9點多才回房間，發現酒店並無打掃，奇怪的是床頭留的5塊澳幣的小費卻不翼而飛，然後電話到前台反饋並要求經理給於解釋，當然毫無意外的用了6天時間給我回了一封不痛不癢的郵件，告知房間是因為工作人員被告知不需要打掃，（誰告訴的？我都不在酒店）有沒有進房間刷誰的卡也不説，監控攝像頭誰拿走的小費也不説，然後給出的解釋，居然讓我聯繫保險公司？？？？excuse me? 房間裏丟東西了不是應該報警了，是不是故意拖了一個禮拜讓我報警無門啊，真的感謝這位 XCARET CORONA TURNER的前台經理，讓我學習了原來可以這樣把人當**。
