Stayed 3 nights , had 2 nights booked and decided to book a day early , unfortunately they could not give us the same twin room , so we settled on the king Riverview room. The staff were great accommodated the situation with no fuss taking our bags for.the short window between transfer of rooms. They really looked after us as we went out however as.mentioned they quickly got the room ready. The rooms are spacious clean have a great outlook and bathrooms are well designed and the decor is wonderful Hard to fault really , the spa, sauna steam room and a good gym. Maybe the pool which is more than sufficient, but hard to do laps if that is your thing Location next to the station , great , stadium a short walk Excellent

The room was very 4 star at best. Ac wouldn't adjust and windows cleaning from 8am while people want to relax seems very unprofessional. With nothing to heat any meals your forced to go out for dinning.

I booked this hotel for my boss and contacted them for the car park arrangement. Their staff are very friendly and helpful!

位於阿德萊德市中心，多倫河畔，臨近火車站和會議中心。房間視野開闊，乾淨舒適。去主要景點步行可達，服務也很到位，是值得推薦的酒店！

就是國內四星級酒店、前台老外男服務太度很差！要水都不給！沒見過這樣的！浴鹽要收10澳元、牙刷化粧棉都沒有！早餐是點單的品種單一！有個馬來西亞女孩前台很好

酒店位置很好，周邊環境也挺好的，但是酒店本身的裝修和設施極其一般。我們在澳洲10年內住過不下40家酒店，第一次遇到退房時要等一刻鐘，等他檢查完房間才退回按金。這種做法我印象裏應該是很多年前才有的，這麼高的房費，居然服務是這樣。沒話説。不會再住了。

健身房設備不錯，服務人員不錯，浴缸沒有清洗🧽，全是前人留下的紀念物，水龍頭壞了，一直滴水，早餐不是自助餐，是點的一份西式食物。

房間還行，有點冷冰冰的感覺。提供的水太少，可以去**裏面獲得。停車費較貴，可以通過每天在**花費10澳幣獲得免費停車

環境很贊，賭場也不錯

放心，各方面都挺好。
