"Die Lage ist in Hafennähe und in der Nähe von SM Bacolod. Das Frühstück ist ok. Das Wellenbad funktioniert, wird aber nicht oft eingeschaltet. Wir waren nur einmal für 5 Minuten im Wellenbad. Das Becken muss gereinigt werden. Parken ist kein Problem. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis."

"Das Avenue Suites Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen Lage. Nahe dem büsten Herzen aller Dinge. Das einzige negative ist sein ein wenig preiswert, im Vergleich zu einigen seiner viel günstigeren Wettbewerber, die nicht ganz so zentral gelegen sind. Ist die Zahlung eines höheren Preises wert der besseren Lage und etwas bessere Einrichtungen? Die Antwort auf dies wird natürlich ganz von dem einzelnen Reisenden und seinem Haushalt abhängen."

"The room is only 12 sq.m, but cozy, clean, and comfy, and these are the most important for me,
there's a hairdryer, bidet, 4 pillows and complete toiletries that made us more comfortable as a travel.

"We originally booked three nights at this hotel but due to a sudden change in my boyfriend’s flight schedule, we were only able to stay for one night. Even though our stay was short, we truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were very accommodating and helpful from the moment we arrived, making sure our needs were met. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, which gave us a relaxing rest despite our busy schedule. It’s a bit unfortunate we couldn’t stay longer, but we would definitely consider coming back in the future to enjoy the full experience."

"Quaint and simple well thought out rooms, but not very big and lacks amenities that would be present in a larger hotel like the gym sauna and pool. Breakfast is also plated instead of buffet. Overall good but a little expensive for the size and location."

Ggibo_27Location is good as it is in the city proper - situated beside the famous capitol lagoon and just few walks away from Ayala mall.
The room is just the right size - not too spacious though but has the basics- study table, kettle, fridge, hot shower is also availbale but not hot enough. Staffs are good and very courteous and attentive.
Breakfast buffet is available and has a wide variety of food - also changes menu for the next days which is good. Their hot chocolate is creamy and not too sweet which is also good.
They have a pool available in the 2nd floor, also a gym and spa area. Also, one of the higlights will be the rooftop bar where you can chill with their classic and signature cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also has a good view of the capitol lagoon especially at night.
Overall a good experience, we were just not approved for a 3-hour late check out even if we are willing to pay. Have not seen much people checking-in that day as it is a Monday so not sure if they are fully fully booked for that day.

FFebie LopezDas Hotel ist gut ausgestattet. Ich liebe den Pool und das Restaurant, aber das Frühstück ist sehr teuer. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert automatisch, und nur das Personal hat den Schlüssel. Das hat uns gestört. Es muss einen Schlüssel im Zimmer geben.
Es gibt einen Spiegel im Zimmer, aber nur in der Klimaanlage. Der Rest war gut.

GgalihurstAverage hotel, looks ok from the outside and around the lounge, the rooms are alittle worn out and noisy aircon and roasters can make a peaceful nights sleep alittle rough if your a light sleeper. The location is next to the bacolod bay walk and sm megastores.

RRoland TanA very homely and loving hotel filled with very hospitable and friendly staff. Location is very convenient and accessible to restaurants shopping malls (SM) and many eateries. Few staff are exceptional in their service rendered. They are Alexandra Diose and Dijordan who have made my stay more enjoyable and memorable. Overall all the staff have done a very good job with their service oriented approach and mindset throughout my stay from 25Dec24 to 04Jan25 ( 10 nights ) .

LLunkechuangwuerNeues Hotel, das Zimmer ist sehr klein, das Badezimmer ist auch klein, das Bett im Zweibettzimmer ist ein Minibett und ich habe Angst, dass ich vom Bett falle. Ein solches Hotel verlangt tatsächlich eine Kaution von 1000 P. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht hoch. Ich war nur für eine Nacht hier und werde nicht noch einmal übernachten.

TTaehyungshieThe place was good. However, accomodation wise, it was stressful. The owner of the unit did not provide us the room number so the front desk personnel had to scour all sources to find the right unit. It was not organized properly and owner did not communicate prior to our arrival. We had to get the keys from a locked mailbox. So imagine the hassle and difficulty of reaching out those keys and keycard which were not inside the pouch. It was stressful.
The first thing that greeted us upon entering the unit is a broken mirror on the table, incorrect wifi password and complicated door locks.
We had to ask the receptionists downstairs for the owner's contact number so that we can have a wifi access.
Lastly, we hate it that the pool is only open from 6am-9pm. I mean, can't you make it accessible until 11pm at least for some guests prefer to swim late in the night.
Overall, it was an okay experience. Will come back but will not rent tge same unit because the owner is irresponsible and inconsiderate. We wanted to de stress but checking in was not smooth sailing given the fact that it was expensive but paid beforehand.
P.S. Please tell the owner to be give extra care to the guests and not be a burden.
