Expensive, but super top-notch hotel. One of the best in London. Location in the heart of Chelsea perfect for those on a shopping spree or who want to experience the 'high life' in London. Super central so everything else (Theatres, Palaces, etc.) are all easy to walk or cab to.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Aufmerksamkeit, Freundlichkeit und Gastgeberqualitäten aller Mitarbeiter ist nicht zu übertreffen. Ein wunderbares Hotel, das in Charme, Gemütlichkeit, Stil seinesgleichen sucht.

Sehr schönes hochwertig ausgestattetes Hotel, Zimmer sehr leise, freundliches Personal, super Lage. Einziger Nachteil nach 23:00 keine Infrastruktur im Haus wie Drinks usw., würde es jederzeit wieder buchen wirklich schönes Hotel.

The hotel: beautiful, open, light filled, sparkling clean. Attention to every detail. Original art on walls. Mosaic tiles, chrome polished classic fixtures, fresh flowers, plants, terrariums, Antiques, crystal vases, marble. The staff: Every single interaction with a Cadogan staff culminated in a positive experience. Often we were amazed! For example, the concierge, Jaimie on the morning we left called ahead on his walk into work to let us know the King’s horses and riders were passing by the lobby of the hotel at any moment. He didn’t want us to miss it. Mo, the restaurant manager, with his team, made suggestions to make our stay memorable. There were countless examples of extraordinary actions by the staff during our stay that made it special. I imagine you would experience the same level of service.

The hotel is situated in a nice position, typical classic English architecture with a touch of modernity, the room was very clean and nothing was missing. The breakfast was perfect and Brian and Esteban were fantastic. I suggest to improve the welcome and the service from the reception.

A beautiful retreat in a wonderful location. The rooms are stunning, I was fortunate enough to enjoy a beautiful bath with artistry. The team are welcoming, attentive and the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed cocktails and some great wine with a fantastic host. My choice every time I am in London!

Aside from the amazing rooms and the great ambience of the dining what makes this hotel so great are the people that take care of you whilst staying. Each and every one is attentive, professional yet a real person with their own character. Engaging, helpful and sometimes funny. Good people is a hard aspect to recruit for but The Cadogan smash this part out of the park.

The service at the Cadogan was second to none! It is a beautiful hotel in Chelsea, a lovely area of London. It is also a GREAT place to have afternoon tea! They even have a "pillow menu!" This is one of our new favorite places. We cannot wait to go back!
