Die tägliche Zinmerreinigung wurde leider nicht so ausgeführt wie man sich das wünschen würde beziehungsweise hat teilweise auch mal gar nicht stattgefunden. Im gesamten Hotel gibt es auch Verschleiß/Abnutzung wo über eine Renovierung nachgedacht werden müsste. Positiv war die Zimmergröße und Ausstattung sowie die zentrale Lage für alle Ausflugziele die ich für meinen Trip geplant hatte. (Disney,NBA,Outlet,Universal)

Großer Service, Kemar, Evan Front Desk, wunderschönes Hotel, großes Zimmer mit herrlichem Meerblick, wir werden zurück sein.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The guest laundry facilities were very convenient — they are located on the 4th and 7th floors of Towers 1 and 2, which made it easy to do laundry during our stay. Another great point was that we were able to store our luggage even after check-out, so we could go to the parks and enjoy the day without worrying about our bags. Most importantly, all of the staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.

Good food but service has a lot to improve. its not a matter of the people, but the process. Sunday, mothers day, the only food available during the afternoon was Steak Kebabs, that would take forever to arrive (they were good by the way). We couldn't have dinner at the place so we anticipated our checkout, but the system just did not close the account. They made me wait for 30 minutes until I decided to leave, so we could have a proper meal before the restaurant would close. Did not check my invoice yet, but it should be ok. For clarity, place is amazing, room was great, people were great, but there is a lack of process and good management. The grab and go, beach service and pool teams were super nice.

We love Westgate lake and resorts. This is our 3rd year. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the resorts is beautiful. If there’s only 1 minor thing we could point out, it is that the rooms have no real curtains. They have the window shades which u can open and close but they are not blacked out. This means you’re early awake from the sun coming in your rooms.

Die Lage ist gut, die Reise ist sehr bequem. Das Zimmer ist groß genug, für den Urlaub in der Familie geeignet. Es gibt eine Küche und kann selbst Frühstück machen. Im Gegenteil des Hotels gibt es ein chinesisches Restaurant, Süßigkeiten, Grill-Raketen-Selbsthilfe. Der größte Nutzen ist die Waschmaschine und die Trockner, sehr bequem. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist kostenlose Parkplätze und sparen Sie viel Geld. Der Nachteil ist, dass es keine Heckschranke gibt und es ein bisschen schwierig ist, mit dem Gepäck am dritten Stock zu gehen. Wenn es älteste Menschen in der Familie gibt, wird empfohlen, im Voraus mit dem Hotel zu kommunizieren und auf der niedrigen Ebene zu leben.

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, and their friendliness and helpfulness were evident throughout our stay. Our furry friend was treated like a VIP. It was evident that the staff took great care to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. As we returned for our third visit, our love for this place only grew stronger.
