Schönes Resort-Stil-Hotel von Biwako. Groß, wenn Sie die Umgebung erkunden, da es in einem etwas zentralen Ort in der Nähe von vielen Attraktionsstätten ist. Das japanische Stilzimmer ist geräumig und wir haben einen Blick auf den See.

I chose this hotel because it is close to lake biwako and my friends area. To my disappointment, my room was at the end of the hallway supposedly facing the lake but upon entering my room, there was no window facing the lake instead my view of the window is the car parking of the hotel. The room is definitely dated, old television, i only had tea bags, on my first day and they never replenish until i checked out., no coffee as well. The carpet is red which looks so old, has some old marks too and the bed is old too, but nevertheless the room is clean. The staff are very friendly, the breakfast was great. But if i will compare it to a business hotel where i stayed before in the same area, the beds, amenities of the business hotel and the hotel rate is more worth it than this one. I don't think I will stay in this hotel again. My impression is, it is an okay place but not great. I paid almost double the price of the business hotel where i stayed last year, which had modern beds and nice amenities but for the price this hotel is charging i don't think it is worth it. This hotel needs to update a lot of things my room looks so old and feels so old. I thought staying in a hotel like this was going to be a nice treat for myself as it was more expensive than my usual budget but it was a disappointment. Really sorry if i had to say all of these on my review but the room is really dated.on every single thing.

Sehr gutes Hotel am malerischen Biwa Lake, sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer und dazu noch sehr groß für japanische Verhältnisse, Ausblick vom Balkon auf See ist fantastisch. Frühstück ist hervorragend, das betrifft sowohl die Organisation als auch die Auswahl der Speisen und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Onsen auch an, den wir täglich sehr gerne in Anspruch genommen haben, einfach herrlich. Das Hotel bietet auch kostenlosen Shuttle-Bus vom und zum Bahnhof an, dazu gibt’s im Hotel entsprechenden Zeitplan. Die Anbindung an Kyoto ist sehr gut und dauert vom Bahnhof Otsu bis Bahnhof Kyoto ca. 15 Minuten. Wir waren sehr begeistert vom Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Die Umgebung und die Zimmer des Hotels sind sehr schön und können eine schöne Naturlandschaft erleben. Obwohl es keine bequemen Geschäfte in der Nähe des Hotels gibt, gibt es verschiedene Trinkwahlen im Hotel. Auch wenn die Hotelbeamten nicht sehr gut Englisch kennen und ihre Service-Einstellung ist sehr freundlich und ein guter Ort für einen Urlaub

Dies war das erste Mal, dass ich das Paket inklusive Frühstück genutzt habe. Die Landschaft war wunderschön und ich konnte mich entspannen und die Gegend in gemächlichem Tempo erkunden. Im Zimmer herrschte ein Gefühl von Sauberkeit. Aber der Kissenbezug hat Flecken Ich ließ es ersetzen, war aber sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage war gut.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, zu Fuß zur Bahnhofs ist nur zehn Minuten. Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Schlosses von Wangen, es ist sehr bequem zu besuchen. Die Mitarbeiter sind höflich, professionell und bereit, den Gästen zu helfen. Nicht jeder Mitarbeiter kann Englisch kommunizieren, aber es gibt kein Problem mit einfacher Kommunikation. Obwohl der Hotelhalle als Luxus erscheint, fühlen sich die Zimmer und Bettwaren nicht so raffiniert. Ich fühle mich einige Jahre alt und etwas alt. Am Abendessen im Hotel, das japanische Abendessen erlebt es gut. Aber ich habe drei Tage gegessen und der Mund ist relativ einzigartig. Ja, das Frühstück ist immer noch gut, ich bin sehr zufrieden.
