Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, vielfältig und lecker. Die Fertigstellungszeit ist jedoch 09:30 Uhr, aber das Essen wird um 09:00 Uhr abgeholt. Beim Frühstück am ersten Morgen machte das Hotel einen Fehler und verzichtete auf Mahlzeiten. Ich musste bis 09:30 Uhr an der Rezeption warten und sagte dem Personal, dass das japanische Abendessen sehr gut sei Kostengünstig. Insgesamt war es sehr gut. Ich werde wiederkommen.

Das Hotel ist nicht groß, aber sehr schön, der Service ist gut, das Essen ist sehr lecker und der Gehalt an warmem Kohlenstoff ist sehr hoch. Vielen Dank für den geduldigen chinesischen und japanischen Service im Restaurant. Vielen Dank für den freundlichen chinesischen und japanischen Service, die Rezeption-Sister, die uns am Schneetag beim Bus unter dem Berg helfen konnte. Ich möchte noch ein Hotel zurückkehren. Sehr empfohlen.

This is my first leisure trip in 2025. That's a vey good experience trip with my wife. A modern and comfortable lobby lounge area provided a nice coffee area for a easy breakfast before my day trip. On the final day, i enjoyed the full buffet breakfast and staffs were really helpful with that gave people nice day beginning. Onsen provided me an refreshments daily and made me energetic, also relaxed me as happy ending. I forgot the female staff who received my fruit on 14Jan night. She and her colleague assist us to prepare the fruit which purchased outside. It was my nice dessert that night. Another memorable gentleman on 13Jan overnight, i was handling some business during overnight in sudden. Therefore, i went down lobby to complete it. He approached me for assistance and offering me help for wifi service. For the design of lobby, this is very great to locate the front desk towards the main entrance and the most front line to welcome guest. The FO team need to perform the most professional and consistently services. Especially the cold weather, they keep a good image to maintain professional. The shuttle bus driver was nice to take care us every evening back to hotel. For the room reservation, we selected the room with beautiful view Sakurajima and i could enjoy my drip coffee myself to see the sun raise. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

I think this ryokan has great dinner. Each room guests have our own dining room, and the kaiseki is very delicious. The location is also right next to the black sand bathing.

Das Hotel soll einen tollen Blick auf Sakurajima bieten, doch leider konnten wir ihn aufgrund des starken Regens nicht genießen. Der Fernseher im Zimmer war mit YouTube und anderen Abonnementdiensten kompatibel. Es gab auch einen regelmäßigen Shuttlebus vom Bahnhof zum Hotel, was die Fahrt sehr praktisch machte. Die Windbeutel in der Lobby-Lounge waren köstlich, und abends genoss ich an der Theke einen Süßkartoffel-Shochu. Der Süßkartoffel-Shochu war genau nach meinem Geschmack ausgewählt, und ich hatte einen köstlichen und angenehmen Moment. Die Kombination aus Getränk und Blick über die Theke war wunderbar. Ich würde gerne beim nächsten Mal bei besserem Wetter wiederkommen.

雖然係最細房型 但都有露台睇到海景 酒店lobby有好靚既山水園景 雖然酒店既足湯同足砂浴感覺比較失色 但溫泉非常好 入住時有welcome drink 職員會幫忙拎行李上房同埋落黎 有酒店車定時係JR站接送非常好 酒店既兩餐都係私人個室度食 好有私隱

Its a good place as a onsen resort hotel. The onsens are really good. The food is so so but they provide free flow ramen and ice-pop at night as supper and snack. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. There is a private onsen tub at the balcony of our room. It is so nice to enjoy it in the breezy spring. It will be better if you have own car to stay here. There do not have much choice of public transport direct to the hotel. But hotel staffs are also helpful to assist you to grab a taxi to any scenic spots nearby. The taxi drivers are all very nice. Even they can not speak english well, they tried very best to drive slowly when we pass by beautiful sakura park and use simple english to introduce few scenic places. The hotel limousine provided us one way when we arrived the jingu station and one way when we checked out from the hotel to jingu for free. I like their service and have great stays here!

위치는 불편할수 있으나 힐링목적으로 너무 좋은 곳이에요 밥도 맛있고 경치가 정말 끝내줍니다 저녁엔 별도 많구요 여름엔 수영장도 즐길수 있어 더 좋은것 같아요 호텔안에 온천은 무료이며 사람이 많지 않을땐 혼자 있어 탕 사진을 찍었습니다. 혼자 즐길수 있어서 마치 개인탕 느낌 이였습니다 바다를 보며 즐기는 온천은 최고 였습니다 온천시간은 오전5시부터 밤12시까지 운영해줘서 너무 좋아요 그리고 무엇보다 직원분들이 정말 친절 했습니다 호텔 도착 해서 갈때까지 끝까지 인사해준게 인상 깊었습니다

Einrichtungen: Das ehemalige Royal Hotel war, und derzeit ist ein Teil des Westmuseums auch extern renoviert worden. Deshalb habe ich ein neues, östlich renoviertes Museum gebucht. Die Holzstruktur im Zimmer ist hauptsächlich, die Doppelbetten und die Ozean-Zimmer sind sehr gut. Die Warmwasserbereitung ist sehr fein, der Außenpool ist nicht schlecht. Aber nicht die Haupt-Weiß-Pilze vor Ort, die Behandlung sollte besser sein. Es gibt einen warmen Wasserpool, Tennisplatz und Basketballplatz, Spielzimmer, Kinderspielplatz Gesundheit: Gut Umgebung: Neben den Hochseefischereien, die Landschaft ist hoch, die Südseite kann die Insel Klee sehen, die Sonne ist gut Service: Ja. rather old hotel. we came during the low season so not so crowded but most restaurants outside the hotel were closed for business. there is only one onsen pool indoor (no outdoor). the fun part was the sand bath for experience @¥1500/pax. Ocean facing room is nice.
