Das Zimmer ist ausgezeichnet, nett Design und sauber. Die Lebensmittelsorte am Frühstück ist freundlich und die Restaurant-Atmosphäre ist willkommen. Der Pool-Bereich ist schöner Hangoutplatz.

Room is extremely small and tight. There is no fridge despite listed as 4 star which is required to keep my mom's medication chilled. Doorman n reception is friendly. While location is near largest mall in Bandung, the walking path is uneven, narrow and dangerous to walk. Would recommend to stay opposite the mall instead if you are looking for convenience to mall.

We booked a loft room, and I think it was a very interesting concept and very fit for families. The room was great spacious but unfortunately the cleanliness was lacking. The crew didn’t check the room thoroughly and we found some left over food left in the fridge by the previous occupants of the room. It was stated in the hotel description that this hotel had a warm water swimming pool and actually we were very interested in staying here because of that. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any and the swimming pool that they have is very very small it couldn’t be described as a swimming pool, but only a dipping pool. The sauna wasn’t hot at all. And the parking lot is lacking so we had to park the car in the building adjacent to the hotel.

Es ist ein tolles Hotel. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war auch sehr beeindruckend die Menge der Wahlen ist riesig.
Die Lage ist auch angemessen, dass es in der Nähe von einer Freizeitzone. Wird wieder sicher kommen !!

Please just be careful before booking this hotel. I'm not sure what's wrong here. The type of the room is not the same as the real one. it gets swapped with other room types.
so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good.

Kamarnya bersih,AC dingin sekali,petugas disana ramah-ramah..mulai dari Security,reception,gardener,staff resto..Kolam air hangatnya best banget sih ditambah view nya yang JUARA !!,sedikit masukan untuk rotasi menu breakfast mungkin & live cookingnya lebih variatif lagi. Dua hari stay kurleb hari pertama & kedua hampir sama item menu buffet nya.

The place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was fun, even though we did not manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very attentive and helped us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. Nobody mentioned this in the review column. This was a very nice touch to our stay. I really love this hotel. Will come back if we visit Garut.

Ursprünglich in Dubai zu Karawang kommen für eine kurze Reise.
Ich habe einen sehr langen Flug von meiner letzten 2 Wochen Reise aus Europa und ging von Dubai nach Karawang.
Jetlag, meine Tochter 3 Jahre alt, die sich über den schlechten Geruch beschwert (Ich schätze aus dem Zigarettenrauch)
Auch das Zimmer und der Korridor ist nicht rauchen, aber ziemlich stark. Ich denke, das Hotel muss diese Sorge ernst nehmen.
Nach dem ersten Tag langen Schlaf und die Bestellung für die Kehle und das Eisen von 10 AM schulden müssen bis 2 AM am nächsten Tag warten, um es zu erhalten.
Ich verstehe nicht, warum es keine Erklärung gibt, weil ich bis drei Mal auf die Finger treten muss, dann habe ich fast nächsten Tag das Eisen.
Leider weit von meinen Erwartungen.
Ich habe mich jedoch für die 3. Nacht überprüfen am 25. Hoffentlich fühlen Sie sich besser hier zum ersten Mal.

IIth4Kolam renang ok. Ada kolam anget dan dingin. Yg seru ada ember tumpah..ditunggu sm anak2. Ga nyoba makanan resto. Tp kamar mandi kurang nyaman krn klo mandi mesti masuk bathtub dan pake shower. Lampu kamar mandi redup.

LLisdarather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either.
room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea
the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person --
swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut.
the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

GGastnutzerLokasinya mudah dijangkau dan dekat dari pusat kota, tp tdk terdampak kemacetan kota. Sdh bbrp kali menginap di sini, suasananya tenang sehingga cukup nyaman untuk istirahat. layanan dan fasilitas termasuk kategori sangat baik dibandingkan tarif hotel yang ada. Kebersihan...ok, hanya ada satu komplainnya: ada semut ! Jadi, tdk bisa meletakkan cangkir teh manis berlama -lama.

- I would like to see more variety in the breakfast menu at your hotels. Especially Korean food.
- Your room service food menu has too few options. There are not enough options to choose from for in-room dining.

GGastnutzerStayed four nights in a standard room. It was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, lots of variety, and they changed things up each day. Many international TV channels. The room was standard 24 square meters – no wardrobe, but they had some hangers. It wasn't downtown, but easy to get to by car.
