The staff are all very friendly. Location wise for us is amazing as we want a quiet place away from the busy streets. Food is good. Going anywhere is easily accessible by grab. Will definitely come back again in future.

Room is extremely small and tight. There is no fridge despite listed as 4 star which is required to keep my mom's medication chilled. Doorman n reception is friendly. While location is near largest mall in Bandung, the walking path is uneven, narrow and dangerous to walk. Would recommend to stay opposite the mall instead if you are looking for convenience to mall.

Great Staff. Nice lobby. Free parking. Nice and clean room with big TV and queen size bed. Nice pool. Onsen was closed that day. Restaurants, coffee shop and market around hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!

- The water in your hotel room is not portable. Please switch to single-use bottles so that guests staying at your hotels can take the water you provide with them. - I would like to see more variety in the breakfast menu at your hotels. Especially Korean food. - Your room service food menu has too few options. There are not enough options to choose from for in-room dining.

Gute Lage, einfacher und nahezu zu erreichen 3 Malle im Zentrum von Galuh Mas Karawang Viele Frühstücksorten, Schöne Stadtblick aus den Fenstern. Wir kamen zum Feiern unseres fünften Geburtstags unserer Tochter. Wir baten um einen Spiegelschreib und sie taten für uns. Danke, dass Sie es geschehen haben. Aber leider geht unser Sorge zum Bett. Unser Bett ist etwas laut, wenn wir auf ihn bewegen. Hoffentlich wird es bald wieder reparieren. Danke.

Es ist ein tolles Hotel. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war auch sehr beeindruckend die Menge der Wahlen ist riesig. Die Lage ist auch angemessen, dass es in der Nähe von einer Freizeitzone. Wird wieder sicher kommen !!

Please just be careful before booking this hotel. I'm not sure what's wrong here. The type of the room is not the same as the real one. it gets swapped with other room types. so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good. overall okay.
