Hervorragend! Die Unterkünfte sind sehr gepflegt, sauber und komfortabel. Der riesige Wasserpark und Freizeitbereich bietet zahlreiche Aktivitäten für die ganze Familie – eine Übernachtung reicht da nicht aus. Das Essen im Restaurant war köstlich. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter, vom Empfang bis hin zu den Helfern im Hintergrund. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Nia! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This hotel has a wonderful view of the sea and the rocky reef bar. Can take many beautiful photos here with the helix like bridge hanging over the reef, and the spiral shape chapel. Buffet breakfast has many choices of food. Lobby staff Ada is so pleasant and helpful. The rooms we booked were for level 4 to 5, but she upgraded us to level 29 rooms after hearing that we had brought our 88 yo mum for holiday. She added us on WeChat and sent us information on the hotel activities. When I told her we want to buy the hotel rubber slippers, she arranged for them to be sent to the room. The only bad points are: 1) irresponsible pet owners who didn't leash their pets (my girl was scared by a dog that chased her in rounds), 2) the beach sand is quite rough and full of pebbles.

Von dem Moment an, als wir mit dem Auto angekommen waren, begrüßten uns alle Mitarbeiter mit warmen Lächeln und echten Gastfreundschaft. Das Front Desk Team war professionell und höflichno matter, wenn wir einen Antrag gemacht, Ihre Kollegen gegeben sorgfältige Hilfe und wertvolle Empfehlungen, so dass wir wirklich besorgt fühlen. Die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind hervorragend, der Poolblick ist besonders schön und wir genossen die Einrichtungen in unserem Zimmer. In nur zwei Tagen haben viele Teammitglieder einen dauerhaften Eindruck auf uns hinterlassen. Wir möchten besondere Anerkennung für: Front Desk: Lucy, Ella, Crystal, Bob und mehrere andere Mitarbeiter, deren Namen wir nicht gefangen haben, waren konsequent freundlich, effizient und bedenklich in ihren Vereinbarungen.

The room is quite big, bed is big and very comfortable, television is good with all the channels, got a balcony with private spa. Front desk is very good and friendly, restaurant is surprisingly good , but breakfast was not great, can make it better with hot fried eggs and more fruit choices. Hot spring area is good, but if they have shelter even better and if there’s someone to serve the hot drinks will be perfect 😊

This is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

Swan Lake Hotel enjoys a spectacular setting at the foothill of mountains and facing a large lake. If one gets up early enough, from the balcony of the room there's the beautiful sunrise to catch at the far side of the lake. The atmosphere is serenely beautiful! I occupied a luxurious spacious suite on the top floor basically made up of 2 rooms, one for the bedroom and bathroom, the other for a tea ceremony table. Each room has a large balcony and fabulous view of the lake. The bed is huge and the mattress is firm and very good in supporting one's back. The air-conditioning system thoughtfully offers a choice of cool or warm air to suit the seasons. There's a capsule coffee machine but no capsule was offered. Similarly, the beautiful tea ceremony table doesn't come with any tea at all. The bathroom is enormous with a toilet cubicle, double sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The shelf inside the shower cubicle has been designed a bit too small for placing toiletries. Maybe I missed seeing it, but I didn't notice any escape route plan which most hotels display on each floor in the lift lobby. The hot spring center is beautifully set in a garden. Numerous pools offer different fragrance of flowers or tea. Night time soaking is very atmospheric, but safety measure can be greatly enhanced by installing lights to shine in each pool of water. There's plenty of choices for breakfast in the buffet restaurant. The Chinese restaurant serves tasty local cuisine, some ingredient are even from local water and farms. The staff are very friendly and helpful in general, very accommodating with even special requests.
