I have been staying here on and off since 1995.... Always loved it, even when it was a ”rustic/vintage” motel. Now....WOW! So beautifully remodeled and completely spotless clean! It is aesthetically modern but still feels beachy and comfortable. As always, the staff are helpful and friendly, really lovely folks! The only thing I would suggest is a ”Swiffer” type dry/damp mop in the room for beach sandy floor touch-ups in the evenings, or for those who prefer to just exchange towels during their stay, rather than have the room made up daily. It's a 10 minute drive or short shuttle trip to all the best Provincetown has to offer, while being in a quiet relaxed setting. I can't wait to come back with my dogs and family!! So pleased with my stay!!

Very conveniently located within a short walk of the bus station. Large, spread out layout although Motel style, no interior corridors, so door and front window open to the parking lot. The room is a bit dated but very clean and I found the bed, shower and WiFi all good. Checkin was fast and easy which was a relief because I had a question about it and no-one from the property had replied to my email (calling might be better but I was coming from outside the country). Not the most scenic of locations, but it was quiet and felt safe enough. I would stay again for an overnight after coming on the bus from Logan. Thank you.

We love this place so much that you will need to come here to experience yourself. Warm hospitality, cozy vibes, free snacks, fruits, tea and coffee and a well functioning kitchen to cook light meals. Quiet neighborhood and lovely view from the window. Insgesamt bietet es ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, eine hervorragende Lage, ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen und von vielen chinesischen Restaurants umgeben. Ein großer chinesischer Supermarkt mit zahlreichen Restaurants befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, was es zu einer sehr empfehlenswerten Option macht.

The receptionist was very helpful and the car park was great as there was ample parking - which meant you can often park your car right up to your door. One thing I’m upset about is that this was advertised as having breakfast included… but I was told on check in that hasn’t been the case since the pandemic. I did book this as it had advertised breakfast as I’ve been in Hyannis unexpectedly… so this was a shame that wasn’t correct

Habe eine tolle Erfahrung hier. Zimmer waren sauber und nett zu bleiben. Ich kam mit einem Kühlschrank. Einchecken war schnell. Das Frühstück war typisch für Getreide, Muffins, Waffeln, Saft und Kaffee. Eggs und Bacon auch. Einchecken war schnell und effizient. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn Sie die Fähre aus dem Oaks Bluff nehmen.

This hotel was pretty good. The staff were kind. They let me know this is a new hotel, so they are still working out some kinks. There was some difficulty with check-in due to their computer system. Besides that, there were no issues. The heat worked well, which was a relief. There is no youtube or netflix on the tv, which I was not used to, but there was cable so we did watch some tv.

Im Campus leben, sehr sicher. Es gibt einen Zug nach Boston, einen Spaziergang von etwa 15 Minuten, ist eine gute Wahl. Es gibt kein Frühstück, kein Wasser, in den USA ist es häufiger.

Great location, very clean and comfortable beds. Stuff at the front desk was helpful, couldn't have asked for more.
